This was by far the worst meal I've had from chipotle. Ordered through the app and when we picked up/got back home, all of our orders were screwed up beyond reasonable comprehension. And by that I mean, half of it was missing, received brown rice instead of white, and what little meat I got was hard as a rock and burnt. It's not hard, read the ticket and scoop it! I don't understand you can fuck up an order this bad! I love chipotle but holy geez! This location needs better employees :/ read more

This is the best Chipotle I've been to in a very long time. It exceeded my expectations.

Went in on a weekday for lunch. They were busy but not slammed. The line moves quickly and the food was made quickly. Got the steak bowl. It all tasted very fresh and it was an adequate amount. The place was not swept or cleaned up. Tables needed wiping ect. The queso I asked for in the side was an odd texture. When the employee was scooping it, he asked another employee "did you put a bar in it". The other guy said no..... by this I figured they must have left something-out. It was apparent something was not right. read more

I went to chipotle because i was starving and i got the new chicken thing and it was SO good! But after i ate it i felt sick so i was like why would i feel sick so i went to the microwave "where i keep leftovers" and looked in it and cut a piece of it up. And it was because i had raw meat. And i know a normal person would've looked at it but i was STARVING! read more

We have been coming to this location for over a yr now and we always get good service and the food is always great. But yesterday (8-15-20) all the rice in all 4 meals we ordered was either under cooked or stale . Very disappointing for us as this is the closet one to us read more

Everyone I order I get a small amount of food... but this time it got even smaller?! I took pictures to document this because all the other chipotles give a good amount read more

What has happened to this location, ( White Oak, Garner ) Ordered and it took almost 1hr to arrive at our house! And we only had a bowl and 3 Tacos. Also the steak was fat and with leaders. Also why can't they add lettuce or something green with the Taco? PS: They are 10" from my house. Last time we ordered they forgot our drink. There is another Mexican grill nearby I'll be going to from now on......Oh starts with and M read more

I came here around 6pm today and ordered a chicken bowl.. lets just say i wasn't satisfied. They gave me a very small serving of chicken (roughly about 6 chunks) probably wont be coming here again unless I just wanna try & order something different. read more

One of the most frustrating things a business can do is blatantly ignore you, standing in their business trying to give them money... in this case I had already ordered and paid online... it had been almost an hour and my food wasn't there. So when I went up to the counter to just ask them if they had received the order... not even to say anything about the timing... they literally completely ignored me standing there! A simple acknowledgment isn't too much to ask for.. and this went on for a good 5 min... I'm looking at them, they see me (zero chance they don't) and they just refuse to say anything! One more place customer service is dead read more

Seriously ... Queso is not supposed to resemble a mix of scrambled eggs and cottage cheese all clumped together. Not to mention that the oil in whatever processed cheesefood they use had separated from the rest of the clumpy mess. How difficult is it to make queso??! Lol read more

I went in to have lunch today only to see the cook throwing chicken on the grill with his pants below his butt cheeks. I addressed with the manager on duty, told her I was going to eat here but changed my mind after seeing that. Folks, there's some things that just have words! read more

Might be the worst chipotle in NC, I've had numerous bad experiences over the last 3 years and I wouldn't step foot in this chipotle again if my life depended on it. Wouldn't recommend to any human being. I'd rather starve than deal with the terrible management and workers arguing while dealing with my food! read more

Been waiting in the 15 minute max parking spot now for 40 minutes (and counting) for an order we sent in online 60 minutes ago. I wish they could hear my two kids saying 'daddy, I'm hungry'' from the car read more

The service really is not very good. I ordered a vegetarian bowl- which comes with guacamole - she put about a tablespoons worth in my bowl before I asked her for more- you know the standard scoop..... My husband's burrito was so poorly wrapped that she had to put another thing of foil around it to hide her shabby job- and same with my guacamole she put about a drop of sour cream on his...... It can't possibly be that hard to make a burrito.... This is not the first time we have received crummy service either- his burrito was once the size of a kids burrito... just pitiful. read more

I've been going to Chipotle since they opened, not once have I ever had a bad experience. Well until now, I went to this location a year ago and it's was awful and I vowed never to go back. Until today, I went back to get two burrito bowls for me and my husband. They are so stingy here! Like does the manager tell the employees to be stingy? Three people ahead of me had issues with their orders and everyone there is just rude and unhappy! Read your reviews and make a change! Ridiculous. read more

ALERT: IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN OR DON'T EAT PORK, DO NOT EAT HERE. THE FOOD TEMPERATURES ARE TESTED WITH ONE DIRTY THERMOMETER WHICH IS NOT STERILIZED BEFORE GOING FROM MEAT TO VEGETABLES, SALSA, SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE. Edited to add: the person testing the food temperatures did so without wearing gloves. It was nauseating. This location is fairly new, but it's pretty terrible even if you take that into account. Went for a late lunch, around 2:15pm. The line wasn't long, but the service was still slow. There were at least 8 people working. The tables were really filthy - all of them. The guac had been in the air too long, so it was brown and green. The portions were inconsistent as well. My bowl and my husband's bowl were really different as far as portion sizes. We sat in to eat, so I had to clean a table myself. We should've just eaten in the car, but I didn't want my car to smell like food. I hope they fix this spot. For the price point it should be better. I've never had this experience at a Chipotlé. Update: Went back to this location on 7/10/17 and it's even worse. It was filthy. There was trash all over the floor. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to get. a fork to eat with. On top of that, the "manager" or whatever she was, was hauling some dirty book over the top of all of the food, while recording food temperatures. At one point old, dry rice from the book spilled into the salsa and guacamole. Sucks for the people whose food handy been prepared yet. She also used the same dirty thermometer to test the meat, veggies, salsa, sour cream and guac. She wiped the thermometer with a dirty paper towel in between tests. I'll never go back to this location and it makes me think the rest of the locations are probably doing things just as bad. read more

Just your average chipotle. Friendly service, clean and well stocked for the most part. Nothing really remarkable.

Food wasn't very good and the reviews about the rude employees are right, I asked for a water cup and the cashier acted like I just cut her finger off and rolled her eyes at me. Like bruh just give me the cup and be polite. It's not that hard read more

As a frequent Chipotle customer, I was very dissatisfied with my food portion size. Every time I order food from this Chipotle I feel like I'm begging for my food portion. Do you really think putting 1 half spoon of rice in a bowl then patting and spreading it is satisfactory? The portion size of rice wouldn't even satisfy a kid. I then asked for my sour cream on the side because I wasn't going to eat my food right away and was charged for a side of sour cream because it was in the container and not on the bowl. Let's not talk about the how rubbery the tortilla was. To say I was dissatisfied was an understatement. read more

Went there about an hour ago and the service was absolutely horrible! A girl named Kaycee was the absolute worst person to be the cashier! I made an online order and it said it would be ready at 9:30. I went inside after 9:30, walked up to the front and was never acknowledged. She was getting other orders together, but never once said anything to me. Finally, after a while, I stepped up to the counter and Kaycee says "they're cooking the chicken." At this point, Im confused because I didn't even tell her my name or anything so how would she know what I even ordered! I said huh?? And then she mumbled somebody else's last name (the lady who was in there before me) and I simply said no and told her my name. Well she looked it up on the register and I saw her print the ticket and take it down to the line for them to fix my order. She NEVER came back to apologize or even tell me what happened! She did the exact same thing to someone who came in after me! She was really horrible.. when my order was finally ready, she put it on the counter, looked at me and said NOTHING once again. I grabbed my bag and left. Food was ok but listen, the customer service is the worst I've EVER experienced there! I called to tell my sister about my experience and she says "yeah the customer service at that location is terrible!" You're really going to lose a lot of customers if Kaycee remains up front. I personally thought this was one of the most bussing chipotle bowls I have ever had.

I eat here every day and the food and service is always great! Service can be slow at times but I think it is just because they stay very busy. Also I wish the seating was different and not so open and in the middle of everyone. read more

We have ordered here for takeout from the app and there always seems to be a problem. This time our order was not complete. They did promise a refund for the missing items. I have to check in 3-5 business days to see if I get my refund. Kinda takes the fun out of the meal. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I've ordered from here several times through DoorDash and I'm not even kidding, 75% of the time my order is wrong/missing items. Today I was given lettuce instead of guacamole. I ended up having to trash my meal and find something else for lunch because I cannot eat lettuce. Half of the time I'm missing my chips too. This place needs to get it together. I will not be ordering from here again and wasting my money. Managers need to train their staff better. read more

Very disappointed with my online order last night. I've been to this restaurant several times before and never had an issue. In fact, i has used the "order again" feature so I know where the error lies. Seemed like the two bowls were switched and the toppings from one ended up on the other. Both bowls had to be thrown away. The issue seems like lack of attention while the order was being filled. The chipotle website doesn't show any way to email stores directly. I'm hoping that someone will read this and reach out to me. read more

This Chipotle location has the worst cashier working there. I ordered my food and she bagged and gave me the wrong order. When I returned with the order, she asked what was the issue and I said you gave me the wrong order. Her response "I aint give you nothin". Really! Ordered in advance via the app with a specific pick up time. Waited over 20 minutes past the designated pick up time and food is still not ready. This place really doesn't have it together at all. At this point it would've been faster to walk up and order. Won't be back. read more

The first sign of trouble came when I had difficulty cutting through my burrito with a plastic knife. I then found the first bite to be extremely chewy. I unwrapped the tortilla and pulled at it with both hands - it stretched (when it should have torn) and thenceforth remained uneaten. I pointed this out to the cashier who came by wiping tables; she said that she, too, had a problem with the tortillas. Beyond that, I passed on the pintos because they appeared to be dry. The burrito, as a whole, was bland. I did, however, find the lime rice to be quite good. So, unless you are looking for tasty rice, go to Mo's in the shopping center across the street. read more

My burrito was a sloppy mess before they even wrapped it up. All they did was put another layer of foil around it. The meat and veggie juice was doing through both wrapped. We sat outside and the food wasn't even hot, luke warm at best. Just horrible. read more

Very very slow service. A guy yelled and walked out because he had been in line so long, and I honestly couldn't be mad at him. I've never waited 10-15 min in a chipotle line. However, the food was good and the staff seemed friendly. Plus they're kind of new, so I might try again. read more

Came here tonight around 9:10. Stood in line for about, 10-15 minutes. When I got to the counter (with 50 minutes to close) - they were out of brown rice for the night because it would take at least 20 minutes to prepare, and didn't have any chopped lettuce to replenish their line.... I counted 6 employees. One who literally stood in the back of the house, dancing and yawning the entire time. One manning the register, one on hot food, one on cold. Another employee stirring white rice in the back, and another walking around in circles. As a manager in FS for many years - I can tell when people are ready to go home and doing the bare minimum to make closing & cleaning quick at night. But never, never is it ok to run out of food because you don't feel like making anymore. Other then that, they were pleasant. I'm a loyal chipotle fan. So of course I'll be back. Just not to this location. read more

I was so excited when the new Chipotle opened up in Garner at White Oak. Went in and had the 3 tacos meal like I always do. Unfortunately there was barely any meat in the tacos and it tasted like sour cream only tacos. Either Chipotle is getting really stingy and cheap or the new staff doesn't know how to make the food correctly. I was so disappointed. I guess I'll just have to drive the extra miles to go to Qdoba in Knightdale. read more

Tameka took my 16 year old daughters order and added a drink in error. My daughter saw her receipt and said I didn't order a drink. Tameka, mind you is a woman be near or over her 40's, went back and forth with her saying she DID order a drink, he not even given her a cup. She then handed her a cup and shoo'd her away saying "I'm older than your mother." My daughter came home and took me Back to the store. As I entered the store, before I could even make it to the register to ask for a refund of the drink, she came around from the back and stood inches from me and asked what the problem is. I asked for the manager who agreed to refund the drink as they should have in the first place. I stated they should offer a full refund or a gift card for the ill behavior of the team there. They called the general manager (Carl Vance) who said "he heard a lot of different stories and he can't give any additional compensation." I said "if it wasn't a child that asked for her money back, things wouldn't have went that way. They would have simply refunded the patron EVEN IF it was ordered by accident." We will never return and I am sending letters to Chipotle corporate read more
