I love Chipotle and have never had a bad experience with their food..until now. I ordered a burrito with double meat, and pretty much all the fillings. When I get a burrito with a regular portion of meat it's always been bursting at the seam. This burrito was tiny, filled 90% with rice, and definitely didn't have double meat. It was more like triple rice and half of the normal meat. Almost no lettuce, sour cream, guac, pico, or cheese. Be careful with online orders here. You might be a dud. This was a very disappointing experience and can't say I'll be returning to this location. read more

Westview Shopping Center Location and was profiled or something. First of all I was patiently in a long lunch line... no problem it's lunch time. I was held up by the cashier to get togo orders no problem I'm patient. The cashier in front of everyone ask me if I was videoing I'm like wth no?! The service at this specific location is probably the worst service I've ever received from anywhere else. Not only are the woman workers mean, and rude, i'm a very understanding person but it seems like the communication never goes with them. They literally gave me a pinch of cheese the other day and told me that's the amount they're supposed to give. So I asked if she could add more and she said she was gonna charge me for more CHEESE when everyone knows you can get sour cream, cheese and etc double for no additional charge and I've been getting those things double here at no additional charge. This is even only one experience, there's been plenty of other instances in the past. This place has screwed us over time and again. I like to give second chances, especially since they are the closest location to us but they are just SO bad. Their mobile order system is trash...they've "lost" my confirmed order before, and they've never once had my order ready on time. It is currently 5:43 and I am still waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 5:15. As I saw the 5:30 orders coming out I asked to make sure my order had actually come through their system this time. They looked around, found my order receipt, and said they'd be starting to make it soon. I asked why the 5:30 orders were coming out when my 5:15 order wasn't made yet, and they said the special mobile order prep station had the 5:30 orders and the girls at the main counter who were also waiting on the line had the 5:15 orders. I dismissed the ridiculousness of this excuse, and went to wait outside. 5 minutes later I came back, THEY STILL HADN'T STARTED MAKING MY FOOD. In the meantime the 5:45 orders are coming out from the mobile prep area. I have no idea how I got so lucky as to have my order chosen to not be made, but it was completely unacceptable. How could they talk to me after my order was 20 minutes overdue, realize I was there, then STILL not even start to make it until I came back in and asked again??? I think the service has gotten steadily worse over time. I guess chipotle corporate has started charging when you ask for more rice/cheese/beans (is what it is). Worked here for 3 weeks. Employees encouraged me to prepare food outside of the instruction in the training videos. I was not allowed to study training videos outside of work hours. Quit after being told not to clean containers/utensils that were not properly washed the night before. Food contact surfaces not sanitized frequently. Certain employees not aware that sanitizer should be allowed to dry or rinsed before serving/storing food and didn't care to listen. Filed a report with Chipotle after leaving and encourage others to do so in hopes current management/employees reinforce the instruction provided in the training videos. Of around 10-12 employee meals, 1 meal had me praying on the toilet. read more

It is located right on the Golden Mile, which is convenient for Frederick residents more so than the other chipotle location in Westview. Just a side note--you must turn left when leaving the parking lot, so unfortunately it requires a U-turn if you're trying to go northbound on the Golden Mile. read more

Worst Chipotle ever, they never had anything always running out of ingredients and people just dont care about it at all

When I entered the restaurant there were a few people in line. The cashier was on her phone and clearly on a personal call. All of the call in order bags were piled up next to the register instead of being on the rack. I arrived at 8:39 to pick up my order that was to be ready at 8:40. When the cashier couldn't find it in the pile she walked over to the printer and pulled the order off and gave it to others to make. It hadn't been started yet. While I waited for my order more people were coming in. I felt the worst for the 3 people who were up next. One received her order and left only to come back to tell the cashier that the order was wrong. A person who she was with pointed out to the cashier that the order she was ringing up for him seemed incorrect. She asked one of the food preparers to check it but that guy, who was walking away with another guy, had his phone in his hand and said he couldn't check it because he had his phone out. He was laughing. I could tell because he had his mask down below his mouth. At this point there are people in line and no one making food because the 2 guys left. The cashier was trying to get someone to check the order but no one would. I finally got my order and left. I've had other terrible experiences at this Chipotle location but chalked it up to the pandemic but no more. These people just don't care. read more

The place is always packed which I guess is a testament but what's the point of ordering online if you have to queue up for 30 minutes to pick it up? No food in the world is worth all that. The worst Chipotle in Frederick. I'm a DoorDash driver, and constantly have problems with this location. Not only are my orders always 15-30 minutes late, but I consistently see them putting orders on the rack with a later promised time than the one I've been waiting for. That is, when they actually put orders on the rack. Today, I had an order with a 12:00 pickup time. Only a minute after I arrived, the employee at the counter asked which order I was waiting for. I showed her the name. By 12:15, the order still wasn't ready. Then I saw them put a bag with a 12:15 pickup time on the rack. I asked the employees if my order was coming up. They looked through the receipts and couldn't find the name, and had to reprint it. This sort of thing happens all the time here. Miraculously, when I have orders at the other two Chipotle locations in Frederick, I am usually in and out, or only have to wait a short time. This place needs a better system. I've learned my lesson, finally, and will not be accepting orders from here anymore, nor ordering online for myself. read more
