Ok I've eaten at this chipotle probably 10-20 times in the last 4-5 months and it is usually AMAZING. Like spot on. However, I went today and the server gave me extremely tiny portions and when I went to eat it (5 minutes later) I realized that the chicken was cold. The whole bowl was cold actually. Like it was sitting in the refrigerator. I'm not sure what's up with that, but it feels a little unacceptable! Ordered a Carnitas bowl- very, very little pork, difficult to find in the rest of the ingredients. It was indistinguishable from the rice and vegetables. The romaine lettuce was fresh and green, but there were exactly 7 pieces of it on top of the rest of the food. Chipotle, if this restaurant is an example, is slipping. Not a fan today. It's pretty bad I had to give one star!!!! Not an usually busy night on Thursday May 4th around 8pm but every table was nasty. Had to clean your own if dining in. Waste bins over filling with trash. This location is SLOW. Seriously slow. People were walking out seeing jut two or three people in line. The burrito makers seem to have an affinity for under portioning. The worst is I had the misfortune of listening to one of the most painful interviews as I ate my food. I felt bad for the girl looking for a job as amateur hacks butchers the interview process with her. However, it did shed some light as to why this location seems to have no sense of urgency what so ever. Also, not very upbeat and happy like most Chipotle's. I've been to this Chipotle numerous times over the past several years. Often the service and quality are what I expect from a Chipotle and occasionally it has been much better than expected, hence the four stars. The service has always been quick and is usually relatively friendly. One time they got our pick up order wrong, but when we pointed it out and they confirmed the error, they immediately made us new bowls and were very nice about the whole thing. The parking lot is not always easy to navigate, I would avoid it if you can during the really busy times on the weekends and during the height of the lunch hour. Overall, solid. read more

They need to do better. As an ex-employee of Chipotle, I know this location is doing too much wrong. First off, I'm at the rice and I could just straight up tell that the white rice was not cooked properly. Too much water when it was being cooked, which made it too sticky and soggy when it came to the final product. Sure enough when it came to eating it, it was just a mushy mess. Then the beans were both old, dry, and crusty. And she could see that. But still proceeded to scoop it into my bowl. Then the fajitas, older, drier, crustier than the beans, and I thought that was impossible. They were horrible that I considered having her remake my whole thing once she had scooped it in and I saw just how bad they were. The meats looked ok, I wouldn't know, I'm a vegetarian. Then the salsas, I thought they had finally done something right, until the corn. When she was scooping it, I had had enough, and said, "There's still ice all over that corn." Her response was literally, "Yeah, just a little bit." And she proceeds to scoop it into my bowl. Never have I ever known Chipotle to give frozen food to customers... Never. And I worked at one. Not only was this the slowest and least crowded Chipotle I've ever visited, it was also the whitest as far as the workers go...and not surprising the poorest food and smallest fajita I've ever purchased at one of these restaurants. Usually when I'm done eating a burrito I can't eat anymore...here I was left hungry. And also I have no idea what the slow line was all about. There was only maybe 6 people in front of us and we waited 20 minutes, the Chipotle's back in Columbus would have 100 people through the line in that amount of time, with burritos so big you'd be sick if you ate it all. read more

I've never personally had a negative experience with Chipotle. The food is really good, and I don't feel guilty after eating here unlike other chain restaurants. The food is kind of on the expensive side, but it's kind of like Starbucks in the sense that people keep coming back for more, and pay extra for the quality. I visited Chipotle last night in Chillicothe, the food was OK noting special. My biggest complaint is the service! They act like it's a bother to wait on you!! I always feel rushed at this location, they don't give you time to decide . If I had a huge line behind me it would be different but I was the only one in line ! When I got home I thought the price was a bit off so I looked at the register tape and I had a 2.50 charge that said small chicken?? I got two bowls that was it??
