Best restaurant and location there is! I work nearby and it's super convenient! Where else are you going to get 60 g of protein for $9?! Amazing customer service, super super nice people! Nothing beats it! GNC is right next to it too. Amazing combo! Praise the Lord for this blessed life we have the opportunity to live! read more

Ok I've eaten at this chipotle probably 10-20 times in the last 4-5 months and it is usually AMAZING. Like spot on. However, I went today and the server gave me extremely tiny portions and when I went to eat it (5 minutes later) I realized that the chicken was cold. The whole bowl was cold actually. Like it was sitting in the refrigerator. I'm not sure what's up with that, but it feels a little unacceptable! On top of that, the rice was not fully cooked and came with a scoop of rice water. read more

The food was good and chipotle always hits the spot but I'm about to call the police on this fresh guacamole situation. Please reference the green lettuce for comparison. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - I think it's supposed to be guacamole. - Mexican Near Me - Chillicothe, Ohio

The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the dining room is very clean. Really enjoy going to this Chipotle! read more

Food was great, service was extremely fast. The brisket is very tasty and my burrito was made exactly how I wanted it.

I love chipotle but it is not very consistent. You never know if you're going to get the best chipotle of your life or the worst. But I'll always keep going back for more lol read more

Ordered a Carnitas bowl- very, very little pork, difficult to find in the rest of the ingredients. It was indistinguishable from the rice and vegetables. The romaine lettuce was fresh and green, but there were exactly 7 pieces of it on top of the rest of the food. Chipotle, if this restaurant is an example, is slipping. Not a fan today. Service was fine -maybe a hello to the customer? Ambiance- consistent with all my experiences over the years= good. The food though, that is why I eat Chipotle- and it was very disappointing. read more

Great bowls!!! Great burritos!!! Food made fresh, great choice. Don't worry about long lines they move you through quickly. read more

It's pretty bad I had to give one star!!!! Not an usually busy night on Thursday May 4th around 8pm but every table was nasty. Had to clean your own if dining in. Waste bins over filling with trash. No utensils to be seen. That was all before we ordered food!! Should have walked out right then. So we order multiple items oh sorry we have no trays to carry food!!! Uggg. The worst part was the girl that was cashing us out said my card didn't work. So tried again it went thru. So I checked card was charged 2 different amounts. Huh did I pay for somebody else's food too??? She could not tell me anything except oh it will drop off in a few days....what happened to at least one adult working...nope just kids that don't give a shit!!! So your welcome to who ever got my money at end of shift when drawer was $35.39 over because our order was $44.94!!!! Not a minute apart!!! That's ok you will never see me back there again. read more

Was part of an online group order. Paid for extra steak and cheese. Received possibly half a regular order. Tried to call, they refuse to speak on the phone. The automated chat is a waste of time!! This was from North Bridge St location. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Not what I ordered - Mexican Near Me - Chillicothe, Ohio

This place sucks! The guy taking my family's order "accidentally" put queso in her bowl after she literally shook her head no, and almost put it in mine too! The bowls were barely filled half way, there's food all over the floor, flies, the chicken wasn't cut good either. I suggest going to Wilmington. read more

Wow, it's been several years since I have eaten at a Chipotle and it will probably be that long before I do again. If I wanted a shaker of salt to eat I will just go buy a box of it. It seems salt is the main ingredient of everything in my bowl. I had all of the extras but I did not expect the overpriced meal. The portion was small unlike what they built their reputation on. That's a joke now. Recap: smaller portions, higher prices and severely over salted. I will run from this place. read more

Stood in line forever, got to the counter and were pretty much out of everything..gave me whatever scraps they had left and looked at me like..is this okay?. Wouldn't have fed a child. And what was there looked disgusting. I turned around and walked out..don't waste your time. read more

Decent food, however we ordered to dine in and although they were not busy at 4pm on 7/21/22, the staff were chit chatting and there was not a clean table in the place. I hope management takes cleaning seriously, but it does not appear so! Hello, we are still in a pandemic!. Did I mention there were 5 or 6 people working and not busy? read more

Only taking online orders. This logic is silly! That someone can come in to pick up their order and there are a dozen people standing around waiting or eating their food inside, but I can't go in and order. Complete oxymoron and Indio ray at its best. You lost my business today and in the future. read more

Chipotle makes amazing food...but this one doesn't. Not only was this the slowest and least crowded Chipotle I've ever visited, it was also the whitest as far as the workers go...and not surprising the poorest food and smallest fajita I've ever purchased at one of these restaurants. Usually when I'm done eating a burrito I can't eat anymore...here I was left hungry. And also I have no idea what the slow line was all about. There was only maybe 6 people in front of us and we waited 20 minutes, the Chipotle's back in Columbus would have 100 people through the line in that amount of time, with burritos so big you'd be sick if you ate it all. read more

This location is SLOW. Seriously slow. People were walking out seeing jut two or three people in line. The burrito makers seem to have an affinity for under portioning. The worst is I had the misfortune of listening to one of the most painful interviews as I ate my food. I felt bad for the girl looking for a job as amateur hacks butchers the interview process with her. However, it did shed some light as to why this location seems to have no sense of urgency what so ever. Also, not very upbeat and happy like most Chipotle's. The soda counter is consistently messy and dirty and the tables are consistently dirty. There is plenty of parking, so there is that. read more

The service at this location is usually spot on, but since they've been doing the pickup from the app it has went downhill. I made an order last week and there was a hair in it, today i ordered and there was barely anything in the bowl half of it was empty! read more

Quick, polite service, with delectable high quality ingredients you could expect from a chipotle. Got a burrito with some guac, and it was great. Would recommend if you're looking for some pricey-but-good food. read more

I've been to this Chipotle numerous times over the past several years. Often the service and quality are what I expect from a Chipotle and occasionally it has been much better than expected, hence the four stars. The service has always been quick and is usually relatively friendly. One time they got our pick up order wrong, but when we pointed it out and they confirmed the error, they immediately made us new bowls and were very nice about the whole thing. The parking lot is not always easy to navigate, I would avoid it if you can during the really busy times on the weekends and during the height of the lunch hour. Overall, solid. read more

They need to do better. As an ex-employee of Chipotle, I know this location is doing too much wrong. First off, I'm at the rice and I could just straight up tell that the white rice was not cooked properly. Too much water when it was being cooked, which made it too sticky and soggy when it came to the final product. Sure enough when it came to eating it, it was just a mushy mess. Then the beans were both old, dry, and crusty. And she could see that. But still proceeded to scoop it into my bowl. Then the fajitas, older, drier, crustier than the beans, and I thought that was impossible. They were horrible that I considered having her remake my whole thing once she had scooped it in and I saw just how bad they were. The meats looked ok, I wouldn't know, I'm a vegetarian. Then the salsas, I thought they had finally done something right, until the corn. When she was scooping it, I had had enough, and said, "There's still ice all over that corn." Her response was literally, "Yeah, just a little bit." And she proceeds to scoop it into my bowl. Never have I ever known Chipotle to give frozen food to customers... Never. And I worked at one. That was it. This location needs corporate to come in to fix the problems. read more

Worst food I've ever had. The meat was cold and the rice hard. I have eaten at chipotle all over the place and I would never recommend chipotle on bridge st Chillicothe to anyone!!! read more

I've never personally had a negative experience with Chipotle. The food is really good, and I don't feel guilty after eating here unlike other chain restaurants. The food is kind of on the expensive side, but it's kind of like Starbucks in the sense that people keep coming back for more, and pay extra for the quality. I like getting tacos, but I've also had burritos and the bowls, and haven't been disappointed yet. read more

Arrived two minutes before they officially opened and was told to wait, they weren't open yet! Why is the door unlocked? Not very courteous staff. People standing around in the dining room. Terrible. read more

Had a great meal ! I walked in and notice a line. I thought to myself " Oh Great " I get in line with my mom and they get me through the line quickly. I was very suprised I got a Burrito bowl with rice chicken lettuce sour cream and guacamole. I thought it was excellent. The meal was very reasonably priced. I got a pop and a bag of chips to go with it. read more

This is the most disgusting food I have ever eaten, not to mention the cheapest. I ordered three tacos with nothing on them and got a pinch of beef on each and the meat was old, at that. Looked like it had sat for two days and tasted like cardboard. I will never eat here again. No stars. read more

Not a bad place, But when the townies use it for and internet cafe, one or two people seating at a four person table just hanging out and elderly people have to seat at the cafe tables..... I will go to Columbus instead of dealing with rude customer's. read more

So it's Chipotle so it's an automatic four stars right? Well, on this night the Chillicothe Chipotle falls short. At dinner they were out of two types of meat, the restrooms were not tidy at all and the workers seemed to "mail it in". I have been to a lot of chipotles in ohio but id have to say this is the chipotle to end all chipotles. My only complaint would be the lack of seating. Overall, they give large portions, staff is friendly, and the ingredients are fresh. We even got free guac with our large order. Not sure if it was a mistake or not, but it was awesome! read more

Good food. Large portions. Friendly service. Frequent visitor when in Chillicothe. But what happened to cleanliness? Wife and I stopped 4/22/17 and got to "bowls". Food is good but cleanliness is lacking. It was about 9:15 p.m. There were only 2 people sitting at a table when we came in. There was 10 dirty tables and more employees than customers. Where was management? read more

I visited Chipotle last night in Chillicothe, the food was OK noting special. My biggest complaint is the service! They act like it's a bother to wait on you!! I always feel rushed at this location, they don't give you time to decide . If I had a huge line behind me it would be different but I was the only one in line ! When I got home I thought the price was a bit off so I looked at the register tape and I had a 2.50 charge that said small chicken?? I got two bowls that was it?? With all the bad press Chipotle is getting it will be awhile before I go back!! Also the place is very messy!!!! read more

Stopped by tonight on my way home with my son from swim lessons, I love Chipotle and I come here often( I live in Jackson and we don't have one, boo) anyways tonight's was by far the best... the best service, very quick and efficient, the best tasting , love the tomato salsa and the chips were awesome with what seemed like extra taste on everything... so if I could I would give them literally 5 thumbs up!!!!!! read more
