The tortilla chips are never fresh when I order online!!!!! The chips taste like weeks old!!!

Horrible experience. The server chola girl wlipliner treated me rude smashed my tortilla into a ball with aluminum. I didn't think nothing of it. I get home and couldn't open the tortilla. I went back i was the manager sided w/ girl and said I didn't need to get crazy. I was offended. Asked u want your money back? I said I want my food made right. No apology given. Overall there's no major issues because I go often but I need to leave a review today. The chips are usually stale and today my guac is dark like it's been sitting and not fresh at all. If we have any issues it's normally with the chips and guac. It's disappointing and I'm not writing the review out of anger but I'm hoping they can do something about this moving forward. read more

This chipotle location has let me down so many times, I went for a bowl i wanted my regular with guac , the guac was BROWN and black. I understand it oxidizes but it looked like a day old. I let it slide, today they had no ingredients line was out the door meaning it is busy, so they should keep making food. I had to get a completely different order, to make things worse the white rice was terribly UNDER COOKED. The rice was stuck together because the water wasn't absorbed by the rice yet. RICE WAS CRUNCHY. Also to make up that they didn't have ingredients my bowl was primarily rice... undercooked rice. Also ive gone to this location, they charge me for guac and forget to put it in. I'm surprised this location's rating isn't higher. My friend and I were meeting up at the Pulaski Orange Line to go see a movie together, and we decided to pick up food here on our way there. We both ordered online and set the time for pickup to be 6:30pm, and when I walked in I was greeted immediately. Our food was also ready for us and accurately made. The meal tasted fresh, and I'm so happy we ended up coming here. It's also my first time having Chipotle. I went with a bowl -- steak salad with tomato salsa, tomatillo sauce, cheese and half chicken. I also did an order of their chips and it was the best. I'm so glad I finally gave Chipotle a chance. I've always been under the impression that it's overrated and a chain. With my recent dietary restrictions, I do see myself frequenting this chain more often. If I'm ever in this area, I'll definitely come to this location because of the great service I received. The restaurant is spacious and clean. There's also a ton of free parking on premise. I do recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for Chipotle. read more

Every time I come to this location, the worker with long thick hair rolled his eyes when I politely asked for extra chicken. He said it was an up charge and said it with a nasty attitude. Then he smushed my burrito and when I asked him to remake it he slammed it on the counter. On top of everything, he didn't even tell me to have a good day. They are thieves. I went in there today 11/16 my bill came to 23.70. I gave the cashier two twenties and she said we only take exact charge. I went in my wallet and found three singles and I said I'll put the 70 cents on my card. She gave me one twenty back and I swiped my card and left. Only two stars for the nice staff! Food is awful here, chipotle when I worked with them had standards! Or at least quality control. Clearly There is no rotation of the pans, food is just sitting in a crusted pan. They are cooking enough to feed 4 people per an hour maybe! Just left this place around 20 min. ago and these people are so unfriendly. When I walked in the door, the girl just stared at me. No "hello", no "can I take your order" (and I was the only person in line). So I just said that I'd like to order tacos and would like two tortillas with each taco. She repeated "two tortillas" and seemed so bothered by it. Then she skipped the rice and beans and once again seemed bothered that I wanted beans on my tacos. No other chipotle in Chicago has ever been bothered with the way I order my food. Is that particular employee paying the bills and is mad that I wanted extra tortillas?? Is this coming out of her pocket? Then when I asked the next person for mild and medium salsa, she just started laughing. I really am not sure what was so funny. To the owner and manager: there are plenty of kind people with good customer service that would love to work. When I came to yelp to write the review I see that I am not the only person who is not comfortable with the customer service received. Seems like you just don't care if it's not getting fixed. It's better to treat every customer as if it was your only customer. More people would visit more often. I will definitely think twice about coming back. There are too many taco places in this particular neighborhood to choose from. Your employees are a refection of you. Customer service is important. read more

I was excited about this location being open because it's 5 minutes from my house. I've only been too chipotle once before I visited this location and I'm still getting familiar with the menu. I finally decided to go to this location and I was very disappointed with the customer services .They were rude and impatient. The lady that was preparing my plate which was a bowl was rushing me and my daughter then she walks away from us with an attitude in the middle of us placing the ordered. Food was also cold. I have been to this chipotle twice because it's close to my house and it just opened. I usually go to the one on 95th but I decided to try this one for a change. The first visit was bad. The food was cold and the employees act like they don't know how to smile and greet customers. I went here a second time and the meat was so dry. The food had a bit of a spice to it which I have never experienced at any other chipotle. They need to make sure the meat is not dry and the employees need to smile when greeting customers. I will not be back to this chipotle. I will take that drive to the other location. Better service and better food. read more
