Nacho fries are back at The Bell, and I haven't been in a week, so naturally I asked my mother to take me and my sister. We all ordered the nacho fries box (with some alterations: fresco tacos and I didn't want sour cream on my burrito).
The only thing (that I'm gonna let slide) is that there wasn't diet Baja Blast at this location. Nevertheless, from my experience of going to Taco Bell, accidents happen and I'm not too furious if I eat sour cream.
When we pulled into the drive thru, the worker told us we'd have to go to the parking lot, and that she would bring us our drinks first. I was pretty excited to try the new feature of the Taco Bell app that would allow me to scan receipts. We soon got our drinks and the wait seemed nonexistent.
Next thing you know, the employee gives us the bag with our three boxes. But she straight up told me the top box had no sour cream; usually I'd be lucky if something was written on the box (there was writing too). She gave us sauce to my Mommy's joy (even though I hadn't ordered any). And to top it all off, the employee gave us two coupons for the "long wait."
I was so pleased to see that there were kind people in the world, and I was looking forward to giving a customer review; and I looked on the receipt to see the website for the survey. But the needed a long number to access the survey, and my receipt didn't have one. I couldn't even scan it. That's why I'm writing a Yelp, but dang! No mistakes and only good things to say with my service!
I wish that Taco Bell employee the best. 10/10 people person, would like to order from again!
P.S. I understand a lot of people don't like eating from Taco Bell, and to be fair it's kind of a useless review coming from a person who's favorite restaurant is Taco Bell. However the service at this location is so lit, I recommend getting nacho fries while they last. read more
