This KFC location has horrible management. They are always out of items without fail. And even if you order online they will take forever to give you your food & the black lady who attended me gave me so much attitude. I go out of my way to go to the Cicero location which is way farther away from me but it's worth the drive because they don't suck there & know how to do their job correctly. read more

Good experience grabbing some KFC. Ordered online an order was ready upon arrival. Plenty of parking and dedicated spot for online orders. Service was friendly. The biscuits were just as good as remember and enjoyed the chicken tenders. read more

Big box meal?? Yep that's what you get is a big box! The pictures on the menu were by far more appealing than what I was served. Chicken tasted old and dried out, chewy consistency. Not exactly what I would expect from someone whose business motto is,"We do chicken right." Service, this woman should not be interacting with customers. If you are that disgruntled about your job, please find something that is more appealing to you and less of issue for the consumer base. A person who does not care fails to produce and distribute a quality product. read more

KFC - Big Box meal - Fast Food Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Got a bucket of original tonight, mashed potatoes, corn and cole slaw. Enjoyed everything! Breading on the chicken was not greasy and not too thick. Cole slaw was fresh and the cabbage snapped (in a good way) when you ate it. Not soggy or "old" tasting. Only thing I can say is it was expensive for take out at $45.99 for a 16 piece meal read more

Delivery was prompt and efficient. Food was still warm. Delivery followed instructions perfectly read more

I believe if you can rate things when they're bad...you have to be willing to do the same when they're good! Yesterday I placed an order through the app....the food was ready when they said it would be, customer service was on point..and the food was good, hot, n fresh! This was leaps and bounds from the last time I ordered! Idk if they are under née management or not..but I'll definitely be back! Great Job! read more

The healthiest food comes in a bucket. This started as a nostalgic pilgrimage to my first Kentucky Fried Chicken. My sister worked here in the 1970s when they wore hideous yellow & brown uniforms and "mod" hats that looked poofy on top like a chef hat with a brim. It had been a few minutes since my prior meal, so I was hungry like the wolf in that song. Leg & thigh had great flavor and texture. It was a pleasure to bite them. Biscuit didn't need butter. I gave away the cookie, which was "really good," so I won't make that mistake again. Carbs blah blah blah, but mashed potatoes & gravy were good but probably not real but I don't care-- I was hungry and the $5 fillup box did the trick. That was a 3-but sentence. In the 70s they had tall display coolers filled with a wide variety of tall dessert cups. Chocolate pudding on a crumb base with a layer of whipped cream on top. I can't recall the other flavors but this was a multi-level display cooler so I think they offered a wide variety. ("Wide" paragraph following "but" sentence...) They have a drive-thru too. The staff service was polite and accurate. Bathroom was clean. Air-dryer though. Cheap brown paper towels are more hygenic. They need one more person behind the counter to make the non-eating part of the experience a little better. The cashier had to help the kitchen with packing so that could be fixed with a third person from 11-3 and 4-7. You can get grannies to take 4 hour shifts. I know it's a chain, but taste is the reason they've been around since 1952. That's 67 years as of July 2019. Inflation hit the bucket of chicken hard so you don't see people carrying them around, but that needs to be fixed at the corporate level. That bucket is free mobile billboard advertising, so get the price down. I wish they would go back to using the giant bucket signs. read more

Theese people don't want to work here and will find excuses as to why they don't want to make you a sandwich and why a famous bowl takes 25 mins to cook. Trash city. read more

Man, I ate this for dinner last night. The food gave my son and I and my sister the shits. I woke up feeling so sick and with a headache. I mustve gotten food poisoning. FUCK THIS PLACE!!!!! FOOD IS SHITTY read more

Food was delivered to wrong house by Door Dash, but that's another story. Ordered the 12 piece extra crispy with mashed potatoes and gravy. Potatoes and gravy tasted okay but arrived COLD. The chicken, however, was totally overcooked. Too much spicy breading, chicken dry and cold and the oil for the breading tasted old. For the price, don't think we'll be ordering KFC again. read more

I actually think that if someone can still have their secret stored and people can love the goods, it's worth it. I like going to this location just really nice employees. Most of the time the wait is less than a few minutes, and if you have a bigger order it may take 10-15 minutes, but overall its still a great place. Although I usually just do the take out thing, coupons ALWAYS help. read more

i bought 8 pcs chicken .1 small coleslaw and 1 small macchess cost me $32 and charge u foc KFC foundation without asking..!! people working there should be fired and doesn't care.. if i could rate negative 50! i will read more

If I could I would rate this place zero stars. They are the absolute worst at customer service.

We walked in to have a late dinner and my Dominican husband was confused as a black man and we were discriminated so bad they refused to talk to my husband in Spanish and asked us to leave with no reason!!! $29 for a dinner of 3 flautas is ridiculous, they have downtown prices and don't deserve our local business! read more

The customer service at this location is horrible. On top of that their always out of something. How do you run out of sandwiches? & the wait for tenders is 10 minutes. Really think they give you any excuse cause they don't wanna work. read more

KFC makes yummy, delicious, succulent chicken that you totally crave. This franchise serves the chicken with high quality at a fair price without keeping you waiting too long. If you don't want to cook once in awhile this is the place to buy some fast food to fill you up read more

Disappointed in the crew especially putting the blame on us for having an ORDER NOT COMPLETED! worst crew men ever. Third time this place messed up my orders. This time when I got home I called to complain only to listen to a rude employee and then hang up on me. Then they refused to answer phone tried calling back 20 times. read more

So horrible the employees are so rude. Half the time the I went in and you would see certain employees with there uniform not even on and with a horrible attitude. But what really set me off is I just got out of work so I got my order didn't choice to check just get the food to my family and was missing stuff. Called and told the lady she said she packed it her self and that's my fault for not checking there so I will never be going back to this one told her to check the cameras and said that she couldn't do that if you were the manger then you can check I got there 3 times out of the month never complained about your attitudes or not being dressed in uniform only to try and get the items I didn't receive so just want everyone else to know this about this kfc. And if I could give them a 0 star but have to at least give them a 1 start read more

Even though there were three KFC locations around that neighborhood I decided to go to this specific location last week after seeing its ratings compared to the other ones and reading the reviews. Damn did I make a mistake. I immediately regretted going to that location as soon as I started putting my order in to the cashier. The other reviews stated this location is friendly and has great service...which is BULLS**T! The cashiers were rude, rolled their eyes constantly as if I they didn't need the customers business, and half the times I couldn't even understand them cause they were both mumbling. The location itself doesn't have a full menu and what I did try to get off of their menu they told me a couple of times they didn't carry that item even though it's right there on the menu behind them. I wonder if they were just lazy and didn't want to make more cause it wasn't sitting under the heat lamps so they told me and the customer after me that they didn't carry that item. I would have gone somewhere else but I was on a short lunch break and had no extra time to go somewhere else before heading back to work. As for the food itself...it's KFC...usually the food is consistent...but not this location. I ordered extra crispy chicken which it was not. It was soggy mushy chicken meat around bones with not even that much meat on it. The mac and cheese was pretty much the same as other locations but the biscuit was rock hard as if it's been out for a couple of days. To anyone looking to try this location I really recommend you do not and go somewhere else. read more

I ordered from here off Grubhub and they completely screwed up the order extra crispy came original recipe and completely soggy. Disgustingly soggy and they forgot the Cinnabon biscuits. Never again! read more

It's only a KFC, but I've always been impressed with this place's customer service. We go by there on the way to Costco every once in a while and the manager is always very friendly. This last time she even dropped by our table and asked us if everything was alright. In KFC!?! That's above the call of duty. read more

They don't make popcorn chicken anymore. Nothing special as far as KFC's go. Service at the front counter is always speedy and extra friendly. However via the drive thru it is lacking and borderline rude. read more
