SHARING THE LOVE My family adores Chick-fil-A, and so far the feeling is mutual. I downloaded the CFA mobile app years ago and discovered that their user rewards have some of the "highest yield" of any fast food place. For instance, I probably squeezed 5-6 chicken sandwiches out of them for completing the customer satisfaction survey. No frequency limitations apply, mmmokay! This location is on Cicero Ave in the Burbank neighborhood of Chicago. It sits on the periphery of Ford City, a mall that's seen better days (with a very post-apocalyptic parking lot). I've stopped in a few times for lunch, and while their drive-thru isn't the fastest, employees are friendly and they're generous with sauces. The 3 tenders medium combo is $10, a fair price these days. Be sure to ask for 'light ice' in your drink so you don't get jipped - pellet ice is a very sneaky cost-cutting tactic! Personally, I think the chicken sando at Popeyes is better than here, however Chick-fil-A's breaded nuggets easily surpass the competition. Speaking of which, I got a free 8ct nuggets (valued at $5.50) just for placing an order through their app. I guess I owe a big thanks to Erin F, operator/manager of this Ford City Chick-fil-A! It's much appreciated and I know a certain 4yo that will directly benefit from the freebie.... provided he's got bbq sauce nearby. * TL;DR * Yes, you can have one of my waffle fries. Okay fine, two, but no more than that. Up to this point, Chick-fil-A's been very kind with in-app rewards redemption, extra sauce tubs, and other various goodies. Noah took our order and he greeted with a smile which is key to me We ordered for take out but then ate it at table. The food was good as I only ordered a spicy chicken. Little pricey but I don't order much from fast food. Only bc I treated my nephew. The place was packed but not overwhelming. They have order they so that's helpful. Worst drive thru configuration and process ever. It's just doesn't work and takes forever.

Worst one ever. Waited twenty minutes for a mobile order. What am I mobile ordering for if I still have to wait 20 minutes. Staff rude as hell. Pearl greeted me very pleasantly. She took my order promptly. Since the weather was cold, she asked if I only wanted a little ice for my fountain drink, which is all I want in the cold weather. I am grateful she remembered such a thing because I often forget to ask the staff to go easy on the ice. Overall friendly staff, and quick service! read more

Its Chick-fil-A what is there not to love. The ordering system in the drive thru is fast and efficient. Those taking orders are very friendly. Once you drive up your hot fresh food is handed to you with little if any wait time. Its gets no better than this. read more

Order online.... Get to the store my order isn't ready. They grill about my online order asking to see the email, I show them they then come back asking for the last four of my phone number. They then tell me it will be ten minutes for a chicken sandwich I order 15 minutes ago before I got here. All this for a damn chicken sandwich and orange juice. The absolute WORST location I've ever visited nationwide. I've never been dismissed so rudely when requesting to purchase an item (which they have the ingredients for) The clerk doing the dismissing had long, silly, clown like eyelashes and vampy claws. What happened to the standards?!! And Jose was no better. No wonder the reviews are so poor for this establishment. My daughter and I, visits this chick fil A @ Ford City maybe 2-3 times a week. Today, I decided NOT to order through the app, as I always do because the drive Thur wasn't crowded for a change. The very pleasant cashier, takes my order and gives me my balance due and then responds by saying, that I owe an additional $2.06. That's NOT the problem (the money) why, I owe the amount is the question. My ordered totaled $29.30 and I have $30.57 balance on the app. I'm like ok. Please explain this so it makes sense. Y'all can't add or something. (I'm thinking, to myself) The cashier asked that I drive ahead, so they can figure out the problem. The Cashier NEVER mentioned that she canceled the order when I approached to get my order. A older Hispanic lady walks out and up to my car asked my name and RESPONDS YOUR CARD IS DECLINED! What's the problem! I look over at her and say, ma'am my card didn't decline. I said, I just need to know what's the addition $2.06 is for. She said let me check your order. So, this is where it gets messy. The lady who I now know is the manger sends a younger black female out there to deal with me like, I'm a angry black woman or something. She explains, WHY I was charge extra, they charge me for the wrong order. Simple right?! NO, I said ok please send out the manger and she responds the manger DOESN'T want to talk to me again. I said, ok no problem what's her name and she said, I can't give her name if she didn't give it to you. I said, well I haven't asked her name before but I'm asking now. She offered ME corporate phone number. Yes, that's fine unless, there's someone here over her. YES, there is. The OWNER! I'll gladly, speak to the owner. I said, nicely ma'am I'm not going to hold up the drive Thur, so I'll just come in. This very pleasant and nice lady walks out and she's the OWNER (Erin), and asked me How I'm doing, tell me her name and asked me what happened. I explained what happened and she offers me an apology and offers me free food which I really appreciated. However, my problem, is this so called manger who doesn't want to deal with BLACK people or a Black women so she brushes me off on another black person. YOU'RE a manger and can't have CIVIL conversation with a customer. You're imitated and afraid for WHAT! I'm not hostile and yelling. I must say, I won't STOP eating at Chik Fil A ...but, this will be my last time visiting this location here. I don't know if anything at all will be said, to this so called manger but I'll never know.
