I gave a call and the person just said Hello. No Professional greeting. I informed them that I wanted turkey tips and not rib tips and they let me know that they were sold out of turkey tips. I let them know I wouldn't be able to eat them, and they took care of the situation. The chicken wings were good, but the sauce was the star. I enjoyed it.
