    Grecian Chicken

Visited this location for lunch today after dropping my son off at the airport walked in the young lady taking orders was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. The restaurant was immaculate so clean so bright so organized outstanding super super clean place my order receive my food and the food was amazing. We ordered the Grecian chicken, a hamburger lemonade and vanilla ice cream cone. All of the food was amazing some of the best ice cream in the entire city. The grease and chicken was enough for lunch and dinner outstanding service outstanding food. Excellent the restaurant is so clean and bright and the food is amazing exceeded all expectations.

The Big Baby (double cheeseburger) and shake

I got the big baby and chocolate shake, ive been coming here a while now, the food is great and the atmosphere is good as well, the workers are warm and welcoming, the place is rustic looking on the inside, the bathroom is clean, they have a rotating shake for different seasons, and a different soup of the day

We did take out, strawberry shake

AV Anthony's can be very busy at times, the wait wasn't long at all today. It was quiet & only had a few people in the diner. The prices are decent, they have a daily special.

6 pieces "Chicken Wings" instead salty already breaded portions

I would like to say I am disappointed, annoyed, and disgusted with my food. I work nights, and I order my food so when I come home, I can eat and rest for the next working night. I was craving BBQ. I should have known better than to order that type of cruise around 10pm, but I had done it before, and the food was fine; then again, those were other places and pick-ups. I ordered off Uber Eats, Ribs, Rib Tips, 6 "Chicken Wings", Maxwell styled Polish. Others are in the home to collect the meal. When I got home, the food looked like it wasn't touched; I should have guessed, and thought they were being polite and waited til I ate, but that was not the case. The potions were annoyingly small and not at all what expected. The flavor was off, specifically the ribs, flavorless and burned to taste even though they were oven-cooked. I noticed that with the ribs tips, slimy and mediocre to my taste buds. The sauce was highly vinegarette. You order "chicken wings," which they have a picture of, and get potions, and the taste is so salty. The only thing that could be saved was the Polish; truthfully, I'm horrified to try it. The amount I paid for this was highly embellished. I should have done more research or just waited. Not satisfied at all.

First time here and I ordered delivery online . I order an Italian Beef dipped with cheese and hot peppers . It was OK . Not portillos of course , but I have had better . The service was quick for pick up . Will I be back again . I'm not sure .

Wide variety to order and dine in is available!

My travels took me to Chicago Midway. This is the one off restaurants that make Chicago food so good! They do allow indoor dining. I ordered the Italian beef and my girlfriend got the gyro. The Italian beef was extremely tasty and is moist with dipping sauce already applied! The gyro meat was very favorable and not dried out one bit. The pita was perfect with a golden brown roast. Both were 5/5 in flavor! I'd give AV a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the wait. We waited over 30min for our food. Do not come here if you are on a short time situation, or call in your order ahead of time! If you have the time they are definitely worth checking out... I know I'll be back!

Great spot to grab the best soft serve ice-cream! Service is great! Very clean when you walk in, very easy to get to as well ! Close to 63rd and Cicero.

Gyro Platter (yes, there is a pita down there somewhere).

Holy menu overload. This was a quick option close to Midway that provided a lot of food for a cheap price! I opted for the Gyro Platter and it was massive. The meat was fantastic but it was pretty hard to eat! I had to eat half the meat by itself before I could even pick up the pita! (This is a good thing). The fries were your average traditional boring fries. I also wasn't a fan of the off brand soda but that's a small complaint to their great food options.

Ordered Cheese Fries and this is what I received

Very disappointed in what I ordered and received would like to get what I pay for I called and told them I received old cheese and they said "I know I know"

"Greek" salad and a chicken "gyro." Both lacked the necessary ingredients to make either a proper Greek salad or a gyro.

This is a something for everyone place in a comfortable, family-oriented but messy environment. The 10' menu promotes burgers, dogs, gyros, sandwiches and BBQ ribs. The Greek salad was a disappointment--heavy on iceberg lettuce and sharp white onion slices. No Mediterranean or vinaigrette dressing was an option so I chose Ranch. Note; you could break a tooth discovering the black olives were unpitted. Tomato, bell pepper, and cucumber slices were other veggies. Basically, my Greek salad was a typical side or garden salad with feta cheese chunks. The gyro consisted of roasted chicken on a bed of more lettuce, white onions and tomatoes. No yogurt dressing--no dressing--of any sort was on the gyro. However, a small cup of sweet mustard was on the side. Since both chicken and salad were uninteresting I mixed them together. It didn't help much. I stopped here at the start of the supper period. There were very few people eating in. Still, already food scraps and debris were on the floor, seats, and tables.

I've been going to Anthony's for more than 10. We all noticed that they made the patty's smaller than usual. Common Anthony's

Perfect menu, ridiculously large and well made deli sandwiches and a store full of Italian food staples and bakery items! Couple of minor downsides to be aware of - no indoor seating and somewhat limited outdoor / shaded area. Also, I had The Roc sandwich, wasn't cut all through and the crappy plastic knife broke while trying to slice. Great problem to have, the sandwiches are pretty large but pretty basic to give you a good cut. In fact, in reviewing my pics the cutting procedure took so much focus after unwrapping my sandwich, I quit taking pics! Haha All minor stuff, this is a great spot for lunch... highly recommend!

Sitting at the intersection of W 63rd St and Cicero Ave, this fast food chain is directly in the landing path of Southwest Airlines. This is great news for plane watchers but bad news for anyone trying to have a normal conversation. First off, why is this drive thru window so high up? I'm not in a friggin Hummer! Sitting in a typical sedan, I've had to reach up & lean out to grab the food they're handing me with a lot more effort than normal. I'm fairly tall so shorter folks must have a real tough time. I usually get the #1 combo ($9.29) with jalapeno cheese that has a decent kick to it. Sometimes I'll get a 6pc chicken rings but last visit they were sketch AF....I think they put the unused chicken parts in a blender, hit 'pulverize', and form the pieces into circles before breading and frying. And was that a beak I saw? The guy at the drive-thru has been friendly both visits but noise from jets landing nearby makes it tough to place an order. If this happens, you can either 1) shout over the sound of the incoming jumbo jets, or 2) wait a few seconds until the plane passes by. There's two types of people in the world, and this determines which kind you are: the screamy kind or the patient kind. * TL;DR * This WC isn't great, but then again, are any of them? (no, not really) I like White Castle's crinkle cut fries and they have fun trivia on the sides of the boxes the sliders come in. However, I don't care much for this location due to the noise pollution and difficulty getting into the parking lot, which is only accessible via westbound 63rd St or northbound Cicero Ave. Could be worse.

It didn't take long after starting my new job to find the nearest distributor of chocolate Frosties. I hit up this location in Garfield Ridge for lunch every other week and the experiences have been generally pleasant, even though once they forgot a straw and on a separate visit they gave me no sauce :( You're greeted with a quartet of self-order kiosks when you walk in, but you can still place an order with a human being. I like the counter area they have by the windows facing Archer Ave. No ketchup pumps, which makes me think their condiments are behind the counter under lock & key. I recently tried the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich ($11 for a combo) and to their credit, it was pretty damn hot. Halfway through eating, I started seeing little horizontal lines which made me wonder if I was hallucinating or just needed new contacts. I made ample use of their Coke freestyle machine, regardless. Saucy nuggs are great, you can get them standalone or as part of a 10pc combo ($10)--I recommend the spicy honey bbq, garlic parm, and buffalo. The $5 Biggie Bag is still the best deal in town, a Jr bacon cheese with fries, 4pc nuggets and drink for a crazy low price. * TL;DR * This is a solid Wendy's with a clean dining room and quick drive-thru. I've tried to avoid going out to lunch more than once a week, and when I do, I usually only drop $5.54 (the exact cost of a Biggie Bag + tax). You can find some nice deals online, like a free 10pc nuggets when you sign up for Wendy's rewards, or $2 off a premium combo. Tip: trying to turn left onto Archer is tricky, and though you could get lucky with the flow of cars, you're much better off exiting onto Laramie and using the traffic signal.
