This is easily the worst Chipotle location on earth. I have finally given up ordering from there. No matter how far ahead you order, you end up waiting. I'm typing this while waiting for my now 25 minute late order when there are only 3 people in line and there is a woman who has been here longer than me. They also had to turn customers with cash away because they have no change. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I gave this Chipotle another try on a busy night where I didn't want to make dinner. Boy was that a mistake! I placed an online order and arrived to the store a few minutes early. I then proceeded to wait over 40 minutes after the "promised" time for my food. I understand being busy, but they weren't! There were about a dozen people waiting for their online orders, but the front line sat empty a lot of the time or served walk-in customers who got to get their food immediately and leave... while we continued to wait. And you can't cancel your online order that you already paid for to just go through the line in-store. So if you place an online order be prepared to be held hostage by incompetence--hope you don't have anywhere to be (like I did). To top it all off, I arrived home only to find that they hadn't even correctly made my order that I waited so long for. And the customer service that I reached out to for help? This evening I waited 45 minutes past my pick up time for two bowls that were missing the protein. I feel bad for the kids working here, feels like it's under poor management that doesn't understand how to properly train/prepare for peak meal periods. This one is not like the others. I am on the road a lot a pit a lot of value into consistent quick serve restaurants. I ha e found Chipotle to be one of the best and probably eat at one at least once each week. This location is close to my office but I don't think i will be returning. The chicken and steak here are consistently cold, not like warm, out of the refrigerator COLD. I can understand that with high volume they need to cook some food in advance and then reheat but at least make some effort. Nobody wants COLD meat in a burrito. I have seen the Chipotle commercial where they talk about no microwave ovens in the kitchen. I think a microwave would be a dramatic improvement for this location. This is absolutely wild. I just spent 95 dollars on chipotle and refunded all of it because of the nitwits inside of the store. As I already said we ordered 95 dollars and only got ten dollars of that which was only chips and guacamole. So far in this review I have already mentioned it's overpriced and the service is terrible. In my 14 years of life I have never seen anything more outrageously terrible from a fast food place. This restaurant is a stain on the Chipotle franchise. We have frequented many Chipotle's in different states and even though we have given this one many chances it is always a disappointment. Tonight will be our last visit. There seemed to be plenty of young people working but the place was filthy. They were out of many ingredients. There was no eating utensils or even napkins in the holders. The kids working (nobody looked over 20 and we saw no one who looked like a manager) seemed to be giving away food to their friends and joking around. So to start off, not only am i a customer of this chipotle, but i used to work at this location. During my time there we were always understaffed, and treated horribly by the managers. Which contributed to my reasons for quitting. As a customer, I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the lack of care this chipotle has for its customers. Just as an example, I placed an order around 7:00 PM and not only was the order almost an hour late, but when the driver showed up, we were not even given the right order. The poor guy drove all the way back, and retrieved our order-- when we opened the bag, no drink, and cold food. They didn't even have the decency to REMAKE THE ORDER that had been sitting there for over an hour now. Absolutely disgusting. I paid for fresh food, and didn't even get my full order. And that's not even the first time they've forgotten stuff. They've forgotten so many chips, drinks, etc. It's hard to keep track at this point. Overall, this is a terrible location and i would recommend not only not working there, but if you're gonna order, order from the chipotle at the Northshore mall. This Chipotle is so terrible. The food is okay, once you finally get it. Everytime I've ordered on line I've shown up and they didn't even know my order came through. They have to make it once I get there and usually I'm ignored due to the line of in person orders even though my order should have been ready by the promised time. I always check my bag before leaving this Chipotle because they are consistently missing items. The staff clearly don't care and pretend to ignore you when they see you standing to ask a question. Honestly, this place used to suck, hour long waits, staff who seemed like theyd rather be anywhere else , dirty, and unorganized, however the last two times I have been there it seems as if there has been a dramatic shift.
