Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rice? - Mexican Near Me - Beverly, Massachusetts

This Chipotle is straight up sad. The workers got mad attitude and consistently don't give enough food to fill a regular bowl. The management needs to change because Chipotle should be better. read more

This is easily the worst Chipotle location on earth. I have finally given up ordering from there. No matter how far ahead you order, you end up waiting. I'm typing this while waiting for my now 25 minute late order when there are only 3 people in line and there is a woman who has been here longer than me. They also had to turn customers with cash away because they have no change. Other times I have been here I have seen employees arguing with each other and not once has my food ever been on time. read more

didn't have any ingredients. mobile ordered chips and quac but they failed to tell or advertise that they didn't have anything on the app

Two times in a row online order was 30 minutes late. Seems very understaffed. I think they need to hire more people ASAP.

Horrible service. Incredibly slow. Tables are dirty. Consistently this way. They also lack leadership and desire to push customers through with the best experience. Chipotle should work on repairing this establishment, great location and wonderful potential. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dirty tables - Mexican Near Me - Beverly, Massachusetts

This one is not like the others. I am on the road a lot a pit a lot of value into consistent quick serve restaurants. I ha e found Chipotle to be one of the best and probably eat at one at least once each week. This location is close to my office but I don't think i will be returning. The chicken and steak here are consistently cold, not like warm, out of the refrigerator COLD. I can understand that with high volume they need to cook some food in advance and then reheat but at least make some effort. Nobody wants COLD meat in a burrito. I have seen the Chipotle commercial where they talk about no microwave ovens in the kitchen. I think a microwave would be a dramatic improvement for this location. Maybe put it in the dining area so the customers can heat up their cold food. read more

I've had many experiences here, mostly including extra small portions and lateness with online orders. This evening I waited 45 minutes past my pick up time for two bowls that were missing the protein. I feel bad for the kids working here, feels like it's under poor management that doesn't understand how to properly train/prepare for peak meal periods. Trying to get a refund for my order this evening but none of the kids working were "allowed" to give refunds and directed me to corporate. read more

Always wait 30-60 minutes for my food when they give me a specific time. Ridiculous. When you order online and it says pick up time 6:45 i shouldn't have to wait until 730 to get my food. read more

Same experience everyone else seems to have with this location. Order was suppose to be ready at 6:30 at 715 was told it would be another 20-30. Canceled order and told I would receive a refund, but hasn't come yet. read more

This place seems to have really wet meat a lot of the time and doesn't do it as well as other chipotles. I generally will make the drive to peabody if im craving it. Not here. read more

So to start off, not only am i a customer of this chipotle, but i used to work at this location. During my time there we were always understaffed, and treated horribly by the managers. Which contributed to my reasons for quitting. As a customer, I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the lack of care this chipotle has for its customers. Just as an example, I placed an order around 7:00 PM and not only was the order almost an hour late, but when the driver showed up, we were not even given the right order. The poor guy drove all the way back, and retrieved our order-- when we opened the bag, no drink, and cold food. They didn't even have the decency to REMAKE THE ORDER that had been sitting there for over an hour now. Absolutely disgusting. I paid for fresh food, and didn't even get my full order. And that's not even the first time they've forgotten stuff. They've forgotten so many chips, drinks, etc. It's hard to keep track at this point. Overall, this is a terrible location and i would recommend not only not working there, but if you're gonna order, order from the chipotle at the Northshore mall. I've worked there, not only is it better as far as service goes, but it's cleaner, and the food is fantastic. I genuinely hope this location closes. read more

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I gave this Chipotle another try on a busy night where I didn't want to make dinner. Boy was that a mistake! I placed an online order and arrived to the store a few minutes early. I then proceeded to wait over 40 minutes after the "promised" time for my food. I understand being busy, but they weren't! There were about a dozen people waiting for their online orders, but the front line sat empty a lot of the time or served walk-in customers who got to get their food immediately and leave... while we continued to wait. And you can't cancel your online order that you already paid for to just go through the line in-store. So if you place an online order be prepared to be held hostage by incompetence--hope you don't have anywhere to be (like I did). To top it all off, I arrived home only to find that they hadn't even correctly made my order that I waited so long for. And the customer service that I reached out to for help? Terrible and unhelpful--in no way made up for this terrible experience. read more

Why was the door locked at 4:44 on a weekday? There was a bag of food left on a table outside, looked like a pickup order. Y'all close and forget to tell us all? I just wanted queso. read more

THERES A STRAY PIECE OF WOOD IN MY CHICKEN BURRITO!!!! For the past couple months I've put up with this locations bs. I've waited in the hour long pickup lines, I've put up with the rude service, and of course put up with the small and bland portions of food. It's obvious this chipotle is completely mismanaged and is WAY beyond its prime. I'm a local and it's tough to say that I would willingly support this location. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the Peabody location or somewhere else than drive 5 mins down the road to the North Beverly location. Fix your shit, because I know I'm not alone. read more

This place is horrendous they are never open on time and never have the food and fresh toppings stocked its nonsense and when they do have the food stocked the food is dry and overcooked very disappointed chipotle has gone down hill fast read more

this place is Never open or never has all food options. They just keep the door locked and never open it.

I'd like to give this place 0 stars honestly. Every time I've been here the people working there are moronic. And we did an online order and legit messed every single item up. They forgot our queso, forgot a whole burrito, and gave us a TWO half ass burrito bowls. It was super disappointing. Then we called to tell them and they hung up. Definitely do not do online order here they will 100% mess it up. read more

This is absolutely wild. I just spent 95 dollars on chipotle and refunded all of it because of the nitwits inside of the store. As I already said we ordered 95 dollars and only got ten dollars of that which was only chips and guacamole. So far in this review I have already mentioned it's overpriced and the service is terrible. In my 14 years of life I have never seen anything more outrageously terrible from a fast food place. Honestly just go to Taco Bell or qudoba for Mexican stuff. And the lemon chips taste like chemicals. read more

This restaurant is a stain on the Chipotle franchise. We have frequented many Chipotle's in different states and even though we have given this one many chances it is always a disappointment. Tonight will be our last visit. There seemed to be plenty of young people working but the place was filthy. They were out of many ingredients. There was no eating utensils or even napkins in the holders. The kids working (nobody looked over 20 and we saw no one who looked like a manager) seemed to be giving away food to their friends and joking around. We waited over 15 minutes before we were able to place an order. I can't imagine that whoever owns this location will have it for long. read more

Can I give less than 1 star? If I could I'd give them negative million. This is literally the worst chipotle, matter of fact the worst restaurant in the world. They are always out of everything, literally everything. CHEESE. literally CHEESE. like what can you get without cheese??? The sprite & coke is 89% water 11% lime. No soda. Not even any bubbles in the soda. FLAT. the workers are so rude & don't care about anyone's wellbeing or starvation or cravings. I hate it here. It needs to be shut down immediately. None of those people deserve to be getting paid they are not helpful at all. Thank you & goodnight. read more

Absolute joke of a staff, whoever worked on 5/5 at 2:00 pm. Manager completely ignorant to people being upset that they literally had nothing, not even shredded cheese or lettuce, while laughing at customers being upset. They couldn't even fold a small burrito, it's almost comical how they were hired. Doing the utter least with the utter most attitude, blasting music like the ignorant people they are. Should be 0 stars. read more

Very disappointed. Tables were dirty, trash was piling up. Food was cold and didn't appear to be any adults running the place. 5 teenagers managing the front of the house. Won't be going back. As I go back and look at all the comments from months ago I am surprised to see the same themes. It's like the management hasn't addressed anything if the place is still as filthy as it is. read more

My wife and I went to Chipotle in Beverly today to grab a lunch. We ordered online and the food said it would be ready at 2:20. We showed up and first off the place was an absolute mess. Food all over the floor and tables, trash everywhere and our food hadn't been started yet. My wife and I were waiting an extra 30 minutes for them just to start the food. There was only once nice worker there. The others had a really bad attitude for no reason. I used to love to go there to eat but now I don't know. read more

just went to Beverly chipolte which has not treated me well in the past, but I love the food so I keep giving it one more chance. they really messed this time giving me just 4 peices of steak in my bowl. Backed up lines, employees yelling at each other, a complete and utter disaster and screwing customers over while they pay money for 4 lousy pieces of old steak is outrageous. this establishment should fire every worker and just figure it out. be better. read more

This Chipotle is so terrible. The food is okay, once you finally get it. Everytime I've ordered on line I've shown up and they didn't even know my order came through. They have to make it once I get there and usually I'm ignored due to the line of in person orders even though my order should have been ready by the promised time. I always check my bag before leaving this Chipotle because they are consistently missing items. The staff clearly don't care and pretend to ignore you when they see you standing to ask a question. If there was another chipotle close to me I would go to that one but there isn't. read more

Worst Chipotle I have been to. I have ordered from here a couple times. My order has been missing ingredients every single time. i refuse to eat at any chipotle or give it another try after eating it only once because of this location. every single time i have gone into this chipotle (usually because a friend wants food from here) its disgusting EVERYTIME. the tables are constantly dirty, the soda fountain is just as gross, and there is always multiple things/food on the floor. which just makes you wonder how the food really is taken care of. i work in the food industry and this place is just a disaster. no doubt in my mind this location has cross contamination. i'm surprised they're still open; health inspection should really look into this place. read more
