A really good burger. I wasn't sure based on the pictures despite the good reviews but now I understand how it earned the reviews. I had the smash burger and added bacon jam on the flaxseed bun; strongly recommend that combination. The smash burger was perfect, the bacon jam was both bacony and jamy in a great way, with little chunks of bacon, and the bun complimented the burger well. I also had the waffle sweet potato fries, which were very good for sweet potato fries, not at all soggy like I sometimes experience. Also got their house sauce to dip the fries in and was so good did not touch the ketchup. Great place for a burger. read more

We've gone to eat here quite a few times and have loved it everytime! Since the first time we went, we've been hooked and love going back. We've never experienced any issues. The staff is so friendly and efficient, and we love their menu selections. Another plus? This place is always SO clean! Good, but not worth the expense. You are greeted by kiosks and no sign of "human" staff, but I was glad to see that they instead put human resources into kitchen staff, who were working very hard, including the manager who checked on us several times. The food was good, but portions were small (for the price) and we all left slightly still hungry after spending over $75 on two burgers, 2 beers, and a kids meal. It was very loud and every thing was served in plastic or paper (an environmental disaster for sure) plus you do 95% of the labor. It's a glorified fast food experience at 3 times the price. Came for a early dinner on the weekend and it wasn't too crowded despite them being busy. The location is clean, spacious and very welcoming to dine in even for big groups. I can order either by the kiosk or by someone. They have a pick up window for people who order take out. Our party order the lone star, rev burger and the chicken golden hour burgers. We had waffle fries, sweet potato fries and also have vanilla milkshake as well as Georgian peach tea. Food were amazing and very generous so you do get full! I personally love the golden hour but personal preference is that the bacon jam was too sweet or saucy for me. The drinks were great and service were amazing. Took a hour and a half to get here, but well worth the trip. Located to a side mall area here is Rev Burger. We were welcomed as we came in and asked if we were here before, when we answered no, the friendly staff member pointed us to the ordering kiosk. While the menu is up on the wall, the kiosk is self serve. You pick what you want and pick a number then take a seat. The food is delivered to your table. Standard fare, hamburger, hot dogs, waffle fries, shakes, cocktails, to name a few. Food is great quality, all GF options with a dedicated fryer. Inside space has plenty of seating, open view into the kitchen area. Two different staff members asked us how things were during our stay. We will be back!! If you are in the area try them out. Got the smash burger with lightning sauce. Sauce was very good the sweet potato fry's were god also. Got green tea with lemonade was really good too. You order via touch screen and have a staff person assist you if needed. My diet restricts added salt so they were able to accommodate leaving out the salt as listed on the hamburger description and none on the sweet potato waffle fries. Tables were regularly wiped down and the restroom was very clean. Dining room is kept cold for wintertime probably to keep people moving after they eat. One male supervisor in open kitchen was wearing a zippered vest by the grill so you know it was cold throughout the establishment. Price was okay. You pay extra to add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles ect. Beef was fresh and juicy. Not huge amount of meat but teens would need more. read more

Now that it's become popular and busy, the quality of food for a premium price is really bad. We ordered standard items (burgers). It took forever (over 30 minutes) to get our meals. The burgers were missing key ingredients on their menu. Very disappointing because we loved them when they first opened. The gluten-free fried chicken sandwich was so good and a rare find. Usually, the only option for GF folks is a sad, naked, bun-less version, but not here! AND they don't up-charge like crazy for GF, either. The heat of the "Nashville" was firey, as promised. We also ordered a Golden Hour sandwich (regular, not GF), waffle fries, and a milkshake: 10/10, no notes. I think REV Burger just became our new go-to spot for burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries.
