After avoiding this place for almost a couple of years I decided to go back to see if things were improved. They were definitely improved. The staff is friendly and gets the orders done quickly and correctly. My only complaint is that even if you order sauce on the app or in store, they were never giving out sauce. I had to go into the lobby and grab it myself as the quickest option. Today I ordered and I got the sauce that was listed on the order. So they got it correctly once in a row so far. I'm hoping they fixed whatever problem they had and this is now the norm. I don't do fast food very often so it will take me a while to determine if the correct sauce added to my to go bag was a fluke or just what they do now. The interior looked clean. This Taco Bell set up like other's I had been in where you order off the kiosk or your mobile app. read more

Then they cancel the order and replace it because they "lost the ticket" just to wait another 45 minutes. My friends and I went here because this is apparently the worst Taco Bell in Massachusetts and I must say, I was pleasantly disappointed. (Yes I meant that). Upon seeing the 1.5 stars on Yelp, I was all "what the heck?" and rushed to the reviews. I read them to my friends and we decided to try it out and see if it was as awful as the reviews said. The answer is yes. First time we tried to go at a full 3 hours before closing and they were closed. Everything was dark. Not a soul to be seen. Second time we waited in the drive thru for.e.ver. The staff wasn't especially rude or anything but they obviously hate their jobs. We got eight items and they handed them through the window literally one at a time. And all of them had an issue to some degree. I got a bean burrito and it wasn't even rolled up. More like folded twice and before it was wrapped up in the paper. So yeah, points for being consistent I guess. read more

Order was placed at 1:08 PM. Got up to the window at maybe 1:10. We ordered 4 tacos, 2 bowls, nacho fries, and 1 drink. Got the drink then was told to move up while they finish the order. We had just finished a 3 hour drive and had a cat in the car with us. By 1:25, I got out of the car and went inside to wait at the counter. Not too many people inside, maybe 3 orders worth. Waited at the counter for another 15 minutes until someone finally decided to ask what I was waiting for. Once they found the order in the system, they seem to have completely deleted our whole order from their big screen bc they had to print out the order again. The manager was on the line, and when handed our ticket, proceeded to roll her eyes and reluctantly asked her employees to start on the order. In all, we waited for 43 minutes for the order listed above, and not a single apology was given. I understand why this location has 1 1/2 stars. read more

Not just not great. Downright terrible. I ordered on the self serve kiosk and selected to pay cash at counter only to find absolutely NO ONE at the counter. It remained this way for a good 20 minutes, in which a crowd of people pooled around the front counter, to which no employee came to provide service. After what seemed like eternity, they finally accepted my payment. While waiting for my order which was as simple can be only consisting of 3 items, i saw numerous people order and receive their food before me. This also went on for another 20 minutes or so. The service was very poor. The drive through line was long, so my father and I came inside to order. After a few minutes of patiently waiting at the counter for a worker to come take our order a lady comes to the counter and asks us to use the kiosk to order. The first time I came here on a Saturday night I spent a good 5 minutes at the drive thru waiting to order until I just drove away. It was during regular drive thru operating hours and there was no indication that they were closed. For some reason I gave this location another chance tonight. This time I placed a mobile order and opted to go in to pick it up. I will say the restaurant interior, including the bathroom, exceeded my cleanliness expectations. However there was no one at the front register for 5 minutes or so after I came in. My order was supposedly going to be ready in 3-5 minutes. Eventually when another customer came in an employee appeared and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. She got my bag and said, "You just gotta to tell us." Well, who exactly am I supposed to tell when no one is there? And when the app says "we'll call your name" when your order is ready, as it has been the case at other locations? I didn't get a receipt either. Look, I don't go to Taco Bell, or any fast food place, expecting Michelin restaurant quality service. I am not going to this place ever again. Most times the person taking the order does not speak English well. I ordered online once and payed with a credit card of my fiance. They said they did not have the order under my name or my account. They finally found it under his name but no account. I have waited way too long in line while a person working at the window was loudly arguing and swearing at the customer ahead of me. Tonight I tried to order a Cravings Box combo online but it wouldn't stop loading while trying to log in. On the app they give you the option to pay for "grab and go" in the store . Unfortunately when you get there, they lock all the doors and force you to sit in their drive through for 45 minutes while your foods gets cold. It is either that or leave and not get the food you pay for. If you are going to lock the doors you should not allow customers to use the app. If I am going to have to wait in the drive through I would rather just order it when it is my turn so the food is not cold. My experience with this Taco Bell is the line is always long because orders are frequently screwed up. Many of the employees speak little to no English and trying to get an order corrected is impossible. Today I waited in line for a good 20 min. I ordered a simple meal, nothing complicated. Get up to the window and of course I was handed the wrong meal. I was at the window for another 10 min trying to get the meal that I ordered. Needless to say I still left there without the correct meal only because I was so tired of repeating my order over and over. It would really help if someone spoke fluent English there. read more

At the window I corrected them and asked for a refund on the extras I didn't order. They wouldn't help me. They wouldn't provide any managers name. Never have their lights on at night, ever. Their registers go down or something in the kitchen "goes down" often and you're either left waiting in the drive thru line until you give up and leave, or you try calling and they never answer. Ive gotten the supreme Doritos los tacos instead of the regular type which I ordered, it was two meals worth which is 6 tacos, and I mistakenly did not check and realize the mistake until I was home and my son was disappointed because he does not like all the stuff the supreme has. I read the other reviews here and I'm dumbfounded. I agree with the long waits but I don't agree with the quality of food. Besides always getting the order wrong, the food we receive doesn't even come close to what Taco Bell tastes or looks like. Actually, so many ingredients are missing and what is there is subpar-not to mention it's a sloppy barren tasteless mess whenever we open our food.
