I've been holding back on reviewing this location with the hopes that they'll change but that has not been the case. I go to this location the most since it's close to home. But every time I go on a weekend night my orders are always either messed up or over cooked. I just got three chicken burritos and I bit into all of them and the rice was over cooked on ALL of them and no sauce on any of them. I know I sounds weird with the sauce but that's what makes them good and not only that but the customer service is almost all the the time not good either. I don't recommend this location. Hopefully they'll do something about this but I doubt it. read more

I am astonished by these guys lack of understanding of the concept of fast food. We ordered at 6:40 PM on a GrubHub mobile order and it is currently 8:30 PM as I am typing this out, and we still have not received our food. If you're looking for Taco Bell, I recommend you just make the extra time to go get it at a different location because this is a huge waste of time. So annoyed. I go to this Taco Bell all the time and the service is always awful. It is either really slow or they say they're closed when they're not. For example: it's 7:30 and they said that they were closed and we said we had a mobile order so they said ok. This is The Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!!! And I've been to ones that have given me diarrhea! Twice I've been there with very very slow service just to take my order. Both times I've waited 30 minutes just to order a taco. The first time was waiting behind 6 or 7 other cars. The last time I went I waited 30 minutes behind 2 cars and I was so annoyed I blasted the Jeopardy theme music while cars behind me left. Pretends to be closed past 9pm. Yeah you read that right. They pretend to be closed at night because they are too lazy to do their jobs. This was confirmed a few nights ago as my hungry college appetite was fixing for some late night tacos, and by late night I mean 10pm. I pull up to the ordering machine and they don't respond. That's fine, I sit and wait out of curiosity. About 10 minutes later some kid says "our system is down we can't take orders" and I asked if I could wait until it was back up. I kid you not 20 seconds later he says "can I take your order?" At this point I'm hella sus because they fixed that shit in 20 seconds after they realized I wasn't leaving. Not only that but they handed me the bag of food without saying a word, music playing in the background, and his friend/co-worker comes over to show him a video on his phone. Wow, what a mess. My guess is that they're chronically short-staffed. I ordered and paid through the app and chose in store pickup, not drive thru. The app said that order would be ready by about 7:15 PM. I arrive around 7:25 PM, and the doors are locked. There is an employee behind the door looking at his phone. I told him I'm here to pick up an order that I already placed, paid for, and should be ready. He tells me to go to drive thru, which has a line of about 10 cars. After waiting in line for a long time, I eventually get to the microphone. There is a sign taped to the microphone that says the store is closed because of maintenance (inaccurate). The employee also said that the store is closed. I said I already ordered and paid, and so would I get a refund? They told me to drive up to the window. I wait in line longer, and when I show up, explain the situation. Then they start to make the food which was already supposed to be ready and made from my paid order. I'm told they're closing early because they don't have enough people to work. I eventually got the food, but ended up spending over 30 minutes to pick up a simple order. They also only got part of the order wrong and gave me 1 type of sauce instead of 2 as requested in the order. read more

Was JUST at the drive thru at EXACTLY 6:09PM on Friday 9/10/21 in Danvers and the girl RUDELY said "we are CLOSED!" And I said "why?" And she stated BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSED!!!!!" And I said "wow, you are VERY RUDE!" At which point she opened the drive thru window as I was driving away and said "YOUR F'N MOM HOE!!!" Given my mother has been gone from this earth about 2 months I will never return to this place again. The Taco Bell in Everett is a palace compared to this place! I just had a 29 minute experience at the drive-thru. 29 minutes. And if THAT had been my only problem, I'd give this place a glowing review. I pulled into the drive-thru at 11:41 PM. There was one car in front of me waiting to order, and one car at the pick-up window. Around 11:48 PM, the car in front of me finally placed their order and moved up to the pickup window. I finally got my order placed at 11:56 PM. (That whole time, I just sat there in silence - I was never once greeted, or told that they'd be right with me, or anything like that.) My order: 2 Cheesy Potato Burritos (with Chicken instead of Beef) 1 Cheesy Potato Burrito (with Steak instead of Beef) 1 side of nachos with cheese 1 Large "Limeade Sparkler" I pulled forward and waited behind the other car (the one who had finished placing their order 8 minutes before me). Eventually it was my turn to pull up to the window. The guy handed me my drink. Unfortunately, it seemed that most of the drink was on the outside of the cup. The indented lid was covered with liquid, all of which spilled on me when I took the drink into my car, and the outside of the cup was soaking wet and sticky. Delightful. About 5 minutes later, another employee came to the window and handed me two bags. "Here's your order" (handed me one bag) "...and here's your steak burrito." (handed me another bag. Ok,, that was weird, but whatever. I wanted to pull away, so I tried to condense the bags. Of course, as I drove off, I noticed that there were only 2 total burritos in the bag. I turned around in the parking lot and looped back around to go back to the drive-thru - only to discover that there were now SIX cars lined up. There was NO way I was waiting in that line. So I pulled up alongside the car that was currently at the window. The guys in that car were nice enough to tell the guy at the window that I was back, looking for the rest of my order. Eventually, the girl who handed me my order came skipping (yes, skipping) out to my car to see what I needed. She asked to see my order. I handed her the bag. I don't want to say she was rude about it, but let's say that she seemed "pretty sure of herself" that I had, indeed, received everything correctly. I watch in PURE HORROR as she (with bare hands) took one of the burritos out of the bag, UNWRAPPED IT (yes, in the middle of the parking lot - and yes, with bare hands) and said "Here's the chicken one!" She then waved the other burrito in my face and said "And here's the steak one!" It took a great deal of effort and patience on my part to remind her that I had ordered 2 chicken burritos and 1 steak. She then asked to see my receipt, because she was "sure that there was only 1 on the order". She then skipped back into the restaurant, and I returned to the waiting game. Eventually someone else brought out the new burrito and handed it to me. Not once did anyone apologize to me. I left the drive-thru at 12:10, making that a 29 minute drive-thru experience. BUT, here's the best part...not only did I get dinner.... I got dinner AND a show! In that wonderful 29 minute "experience", I was blessed enough to be visited by mother nature's littlest creatures, as I counted no less than 10 various mice and rats scurrying throughout the parking lot, and climbing along the ledges of the building. Mmmm, tasty and appetizing, right? And THAT isn't even the end of the story.... I got home, and promptly threw out the first chicken burrito (the one that Susie Skipsalot opened with her bare hands in the middle of their rat infested parking lot)... But, against my better judgement, I ate the rest of my items. The order of nachos with cheese i ordered? There were 8 (eight) nacho chips in there. EIGHT. Well, that's 8 plus enough shards and crumbs to possibly make a 9th chip. The cheese sauce with them was cold, and rock hard. One of the chips broke when I tried to dip it in the cheese. The steak burrito tasted "off"... which was really disconcerting, considering the wildlife I witnessed in their parking lot. The chicken burrito, however, was what really gave this meal a nice "finish". About halfway through the burrito, I bit into something that didn't belong... INSIDE my burrito was one of those plastic-wrapped cinnamon candies (the ones that look like the red and white peppermint candies). Yes, a plastic wrapped candy INSIDE MY CHICKEN BURRITO. Also, I asked for mild sauce, and got "Fire". I went on the Taco Bell website to try to contact them, but their webform is limited to 500 characters, which isn't nearly enough for me. I tweeted them, asking for an email address, and they responded with a 1-800 number. I responded again, asking for an email address, and they responded again with the 1-800 number. So I guess if they're not willing to contact me the way that's most convenient for me, I'll just say "screw it" and put my story on Yelp. read more

Awful time. They had no lines, but wouldn't let us pick up three mobile orders at the same time. They made us drive through multiple times for no reason to pick up every order. They made us pull to the side and wait 10 minutes per order, and the orders were extremely small too. Wasted our time, forgot a meal, and screamed at us because one of the coworkers called the manager a bitch. The manager needs to be fired for awful customer service. Every time we went up to the window too they were all on their phones or staring at the wall. The manager should be fired because that poor kid looked like he was being abused and held hostage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. I was in town to see a movie and had an extra 45 mins. We were going to go to Qdoba or Chipotle but thought it would be cutting it too close. We were wrong. Everytime i go to this taco bell they are always so sloppy... my quesadillas are always a mess the cheese isnt even melted and everything is cold.
