We waited and watched as she continued to go from table to table taking orders, delivering orders and occasionally looking our way. Finally, the owner came to our table and took our order. Our food was brought to us by the waitress and that was the last we saw of her. Still, people waiting for table seating. Other customers finishing their meals and we wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, the owner comes back over to us as our waitress watches. We told him that we have been waiting for a box and the check for over twenty minutes. I guess she thought that we made her wait to take our order, that she would make us wait for our dinner. The owner apologized, brought a box and the check. And the waitress watched. Her passive-aggressive behavior was amazing. As we were leaving, the owner apologized again. We have always enjoyed eating at his restaurant. The owner is such a hard-working gentleman and the food is so good. It is a shame that his business is being ruined by this waitress. As good as the food is, the service was horrible. I can honestly say we will not be back.
