This is the worst Chipotle. Visited on evening of Nov 13 and they had no vegetables. The server said it with such pride, that it was annoying. This is a problem when your guest is only having a veggie bowl. Second was last night 11/24, ran out of guacamole, how can a Mexican restaurant have no guacamole? Really disappointing. The kid making the meal was half paying attention to me as he was more focused on his friends who were sitting at a table. I had to correct him 6 times because he was not listening to me while I was ordering. He was getting frustrated at me because I was correcting him and I was getting frustrated because he wasn't listening. I got home to eat my burrito which I asked for half chicken and half chicken alpastor and there was maybe 5 pieces of meat in the whole burrito. It was all rice, corn, and sour cream. Back in the day this place used to be good, the workers seemed to care and prices was good. Today a whole different story, prices are jacked, quality and quantity are shrunk and the workers half the time don't give crap about being. The biggest problem is the the cost. One of us tried the new brisket and had it in a bowl. He was doing keto so chose what he could and decided extra brisket. Insane, the bowl was $12 and the they changed almost $8 for the barely extra. Same happen with the two burritos. Extra was more than half the cost of a whole one. They have no idea how to put a burrito together. Ever get that mass glob of sour cream and nothing else. I used to have a decent experience here a bit ago but recently, the culture has really changed. It is very dirty inside and definitely would not pass a state inspection, now that I think about it. At this particular visit, the girl who gave me my order shoved it at me, spoke to me like I was stupid, and overall was just very rude. When I asked if she wanted to confirm the pick up order is mine (like they typically do to make sure no one steals someone's food) she made a face at me and said no in a very disrespectful tone. I've never had someone not verify with my order confirmation that the right person is actually the one picking up the food, considering it's prepaid. When I got home, I opened my bowl and was given the COMPLETE wrong order. The label placed on my bowl even says the complete opposite. The employees at this place are beyond rude. Last time I was there the two cashiers were having a conversation about hanging out with girls during my transaction and were not paying attention to the actual paying customer. I had to reach across the counter to get my food because they were more focused on the unnecessary, inappropriate conversation than their job. I was then told they could not fill my order of chips and queso; they were out of tortilla chips and I would have to call a 1-800 # for a refund. I just wanted something quick and easy, so I succumbed to the call of Chipotle. One of their salad bowls without the rice or beans, with double steak, guacamole and cheese is a perfect meal on my keto diet. Adding a little of their hot salsa to it is just fine. Busy on a weekday evening at 6:15 PM, there was a short queue down one side of the restaurant. I would really recommend ordering ahead with their app and save yourself the trouble, since app orders are processed almost immediately. They even have dedicated parking for pickup orders. It's my first time at Chipotle. The place was quite empty for dinner hour (6:00) on Tuesday. Someone was ordering before me. I couldn't help noticing how dirty the floor and tables were as I looked around. Why? There were plenty of workers available. There was no reason to see such filthy conditions. The food containers were almost empty (remnants from lunch) and the area between the containers had food lying around. The place was so disgusting I decided to leave and never return. I wished I had read all the negative reviews on Yelp before visiting. If what we can see is bad, I can only imagine how bad things are behind the scenes. I ordered a veggie bowl with white rice and black beans. I noticed that my veggie bowl had chunks of chicken mixed with the black beans so I asked for the bowl to be made over. But in actuality, I had to shout out multiple times because the worker couldn't hear me over the music and the other customers. "please, can you make this bowl over, there is a lot of chicken in this veggie bowl". Once it was made over, I added some extra veggies and went home to eat my dinner with my hubby! Once I opened up the veggie bowl, I noticed that there were still chunks of chicken in it and I couldn't eat it. I think I have learned a lesson, don't order if the prep area looks like a bomb went off since you can guarantee cross contamination. Yelp really needs to add a ZERO star option for completely failed establishments. This is a two part review, once for the performance about a month ago and then again 9/14/22. The time we went there previously the place was just disgusting. Shocked to see a Chipotle this dirty and mismanaged. At least 4 employees let their shift with food in hand while we were waiting and walked right past all the trash all over the store. The cans were overflowing onto the ground. Tables were filthy, behind the line a mess. Food took far to long to come out. No ice and half the drinks were out. I asked for a manager and when he was brought to me you could see he was clearly in way over his head. Told him if I ever came back to it being tis dirty it would be out last. Fast FW to 9/14. Ordered with the APP for a 6:30 pick up. got there at 6:30 and they stated they were just then working on the 5:50 orders. The APP was not working for one of us so we got in line while we waited for the online order. Was able to get food through the line 40 min faster. Should have reordered the entire thing while I stood there but did not have the foresight that I would be waiting nearly an hour to pick up my food. Someone mentioned it was a Goffstown fundraiser night which is why they were busy. It did not get busy until were had been there for 30 min. We asked if they were still taking online orders and they said yes! They were failing and will continue to fail due to poor management. Will never go there again. The interesting thing about Chipotle is most locations, including this one, just aren't that clean. I have a feeling the walls, floor, tables , etc. just don't get cleaned very often. You can see stains, crumbs, etc on flat and vertical surfaces. Given the issues with contamination they have had, a swipe with a soapy rag from time to time wouldn't be the worst idea. The other thing with his location is the doors stick so people struggle to enter and exit. That said, I go to Chipotle a couple tomes a month so it's not like it's deterring me. read more
