I'm leaving a five star review because this location consistently hits the mark. I went through the drive through for my usual Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and as always the food was excellent. In my opinion, they have the absolute best fries in the business and their Coke always tastes better than anywhere else. It's that consistent quality that makes it worth the price every time. The process was smooth as I paid at the first window and moved to the second. The staff asked me to pull into the waiting area. I didn't have to wait long at all maybe ten minutes before Lauri brought everything out. Laurie was wonderful, extremely friendly and had a great laugh. She was quick and professional getting the food to me but she still managed to make the interaction feel upbeat and personal. Great food and even better service. I'll definitely be back!! read more

Stopped in while traveling so my Granddaughter could play a bit. Never again. Absolutely FILTHY! Our feet, clothing, hands.. everything we touched stuck to the floors, tables and seats. My granddaughter couldn't slide down the slide. She had to butt scoot because the slide was so filthy her clothes stuck! Horrid experience. Would never return. Toilet paper dispensers were broken or not set up. I had to pick up a huge toilet paper roll to pull off some paper. Terrible slow service during late night hours. They close the lobby at 11:00 p.m. As a result the drive-thru line especially on weekends, can get backed up and wrapped around the building and out onto 2nd Street. I would personally skip late night fast food and I get much faster service at a gas station convenience store. Also, food delivery drivers have no choice late night but to sit in that long line and wait for orders with the general public resulting in long unacceptable delays for their customers. Similar to Dairy Queen, open the lobby and/or special pickup window after hours to food delivery drivers only. The workers here are not totally to blame for the delays, but the ownership, corporate, and management should take the full blame for this debacle. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I think have ever been to in my entire life. It annoys me that the world's worst McDonald's would be in New Hampshire which I love so much. The freest state in the freest country is home to the worst McDonald's, go figure . The line was wrapping around the building so I decided to go in. When I got inside the manager, who's name was "Breonna" or something very close to it, was unbelievably rude. *The food: Whenever I order my Egg White Delight McMuffin sandwich I always get it with the English muffin "well done", in fact it was a McDonald's employee who told me to use that verbiage. I have never had an issue with this request any place before, Breonna handedly put an end to this run of luck though. That woman she had a complete and total attitude about it and really gave me some crap. She made as if I was requesting she work an extra 12 hour shift or something when I asked. There was eye rolling ,light scoffing and I think I saw some chicken necking as well. Totally rude! I mean she really gave me some static about this and she wasn't even in the kitchen. She played stupid regarding the initial request, she said she "didn't want to burn it" which was total nonsense and like her fourth reason for why she didn't want to do it. I knew it was nonsense because even the girl at the register was like "just put it through the toaster a second time", she then gave that girl a death stare. She really really didn't want to do it. The thing is I honestly have to say I wasn't rude or jerky in the slightest. I'm not saying I can't be a bastard but I was totally cool that day. I have never seen so many flies inside of a modern day restaurant in my entire life. It was like Haiti, it really was. If I didn't know any better I would honestly think they were pets or part of some affirmative action program to get work for insects. I have seen so many flies in any restaurant in my life. If I had to guess I would say 50 plus flies and of course they put the bacon just sitting up on top for all of the flies to land on. Fellow Yelpers, I write to you today in a somber state. With my spirits crushed, and my stomach begging for mercy, I decided to dedicate my time warning anyone who dares to venture to this particular McDonald's. We six travelers were longing for a good meal. Parched and filled with youthful exuberance, the idea of a satisfying McDonald's experience seemed to be the perfect escape from life's struggle. Unfortunately, we where painfully unaware of the horrors that awaited us. Our first warning sign was the egregious face of a lady lacking in general hygiene and social awareness. Her falters would later prove to be fatal, as a hash brown was lost in its glory and prime of existence, murdered by that fowl woman. After one order was overcharged due to the cashiers incompetence, the worst tragedy of all was at hand. The hash browns where on hold, again being delayed by the women whose face can turn a straight man gay. Finally after receiving our order, the devastation was just beginning. Two orders where completely wrong, the food was disturbing to the touch, and the fries were not salted. However, these travesties, as hurtful and disappointing as they may seem, are nothing compared to the true horror of our endeavor. As a final statement, I warn all travelers that this McDonald's biscuits are dry. Similar to a desert, I could feel the water in my mouth slowly draining out with each bit of my disgrace of a biscuit. Uhhhhhh I do not really know what to say to this place. The amount of errors this McDonald's has is petrifying. First off, anytime and I mean it, ANYTIME I order an ice cream their machine is supposedly down. I doubt it and I believe there's some fat gremlin in the back that just eats all the ice cream before the ass crack of dawn. Secondly, they're always stingy about handing out extra ketchup packets for my fries. awful. everything about this location is just awful. walked in to see a line all the way to the door, with only one cashier taking the orders, while two young female employees walked around on their phones. went back to the counter right afterwards because i realized i had forgotten to order something, and had to wait while the man in front of me was being refunded for something he was charged for and never ordered. after that 5 minute ordeal, i was next, but one of the employees going on break decided to order her lunch at the register, so i waited another 4 minutes while she did that, but then needed a manager to discount it for her. at that point i just walked away. returned to my table to see my kids were just about done eating, and my food was now cold. never returning. read more

Staying at the hotel down the street, we did a drive through. They do not give military discounts. The French fries were COLD - not warm, but actually cold. Got back to the room and tasted my salad. It tasted sour. I began to inspect it, and the leaves were flimsy, iridescent, and soggy - this was old salad. I looked for the "fresh by" sticker and nothing was there - I could tell it had been removed!! I get back in the vehicle and drive all the way back. Manager was extremely nice and gave me a full refund. She said all salads are made at 10am in the morning and whatever is left over at midnight is thrown away. There was no way I could have had an expired salad - my opinion was they were out of salads at night and found one in the back of the fridge for me. Went through the drive through as I have a really bum leg right now. Got my bag, tried a fry ...it was cold. I was still at the window so I asked for fresh ones. The girl stared at me for awhile and then finally said to pull up. 15 minutes later I got a semi hot order of fries . Did Imention it was a small order of fries? I love a good sausage, egg, and cheese bagel from McDonald's for breakfast and I recently moved near this restaurant so it seemed perfect. I was, unfortunately, mistaken. Although they have it on the mr I (which many don't; they have to customize another bagel sandwich), that's about all they have going for them. Although every time I've gone I was the only person there (early morning), it always took at least 15 minutes between order and leaving. At least 50% of the time (probably more), I was told they were cash only (for no reason given, no explanation and it seemed arbitrary. Had it only been once, I might have guessed it was due to an unexpected issue... but regularly?). I also fill out the online surveys so I have a coupon to use; every single time I've gone through with one (every time I go) it seems confusing and like a surprise; the most recent time I went through I was told I couldn't use a coupon because they were cash only. I was confused because I've used one every other time they were cash only (and it is always the same person). I gave up and will not be back because clearly they do not have their stuff together. I've had other issues ordering from them at other times in the day (long waits, wrong food, not to order, etc). Additionally, they charge $1.59 for a cup of ice water because that's what they've always charged (literally no other McDonald's I've ever been to charges for water) and it tastes like it has chemicals in it so it isn't even good water. Took a VERY long time before I got over the sour tasting burritos I got here several times (last year), so thought I'd try once again. This time the food was very good - but I ordered TWO burritos and only got one (in a big bag that could fit an entire meal). Of course I didn't realize I got screwed until I was back on the highway. I throw up my hands at this place. I have been in here several times for a quick lunch and aside from food that wasn't very hot it wasn't too bad. But this is a "last resort" type of place.
