Espresso brownie is yummy. Always great coffee. I drink it 5 days a week. The app is great for pre ordering.

Consistently bad coffee. Ordered flat white the temperature is not the same as other Starbucks, milk texture was too foamy like a cappuccino and it was too milky. And this was not the first instance of it. read more

I have to say, this is one of the slowest servicing Starbucks I have ever been to. While generally the drinks are priced with a premium and seemingly ever changing, the lack of urgency whether inside or at the drive thru never improves. And worst yet, WORST YET, we have part time hours everyday of the week, assuming they are open at all. Is it a worker issue, is it a pay issue or is it a simple lack of caring and assuming everyone has time to WASTE each and every minute they are open is amazingly frustrating. I have to echo what almost everyone else has said here. S.L.O.W. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-thru lane, when I asked at the speaker if they had a specific type of croissant in-stock, the drive-thru guy said "Gee, I don't know." Silence. WTH? I replied, "Well, can you find out?" After finally getting to the window, when I had an issue with redeeming my rewards which could not be rectified by drive-thru guy, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told, "He is busy hanging signs." I reiterated that I wanted to speak to the manager, whom I presume (hope) is more interested in customer satisfaction than hanging signage. The manager, to his credit, took care of my issue promptly (while drive-thru guy glared at me) and I was on my way. But who on earth is staffing the drive-thru section of this Starbuck's?! There is simply no excuse for the snail's pace and borderline hostile service which awaits you at the end of a very long drive-thru line. At the probably hundreds of Starbuck's I have been to over many years, this ranks as one of the worst time and again. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks since Covid and they've done a great job getting things under control lately in terms of efficiency, it has a tough layout which isn't the staffs fault, not an ideal floor plan for heavy traffic and flow since it's so narrow. This store might benefit from a renovation and reorient the counter lengthwise of the store so they don't have such a jam at the pick up counter. They have great welcoming and friendly customer service though. I will say I've ordered the new Oleato cold brew twice here and it was definitely missing the vanilla which helps balance it (I've had it elsewhere), it's an expensive drink because of the Italian olive oil, so it's just annoying, but it's a new drink so I'll give them a break.. Hopefully a manager sees this to remind the staff that should be in there :) I've learned you should take a sip or two before leaving the store at any Starbucks, just in case, so you can ask them to fix it for you if the made an oops. Reeeaalllllyyy slow service. Waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate at 4pm on a Thursday. Thought maybe it was a fluke, so I went back on Saturday mid-morning, and waited even longer for a cold brew. There were cars wrapped around the whole building, so drive through wasn't any better. I also asked the cashier a question about a promotion they were running through the app, and neither she nor a colleague she pulled over knew what I was talking about. I am a huge fan of Starbucks, and have been since I first discovered them in California, 20 years ago. When they opened up the one in Bedford, I was thrilled! Unfortunately, this location is extremely poorly managed. They are painfully slow and never apologetic! I've tried the drive-thru, ordering ahead and ordering inside the store. All of these options take way too long! I honestly think they should send a manager to one of their busy urban locations, to see how how a Starbucks should run. Until then, I give up! Incredibly slow! This is by far, the slowest Starbucks I have ever. I don't bother coming here before work because the wait is at least 15 mins....today, I waited 22 minutes for a latte. I am not sure why this location is soo inefficient. Also, they need better furniture.... all hard chairs, no truely comfortable seating. Almost 50minutes in line. Nothing ever in stock. Time for an operational/service overhaul or another location to serve the communicate. When Pressed Cafe opens we will not be coming back. Not busy enough for them to be this unorganized. Ordered a medium iced caramel frappuccino, and a small hot Veranda. They were all out of the Veranda. None brewing. On to a small hot Pike Place. It was full of grounds floating on top, which I noticed ed as I was adding sugar... I had to wait for either the dark roast or the Pike Pkace to brew. They were out of cream. When I went back to the counter to ask for cream, I was handed the pitcher, which I assumed I had to take back over to the cream and sugar station...which was fine, since I waited for the crew to make small talk with friends and had to ask twice about my iced coffee drink. Not sure if management needs to micromanage better, since the place really was not busy and they should be pretty much on top of coffee orders. read more

Can't understand why they hire some of the rudest staff...curt, abrupt etc.... gave this one a break for awhile because of the consistently rude service. Went back today and more of the same. The Starbucks in the Bedford Target consistently hires a much nicer crew. Go there if you need a Starbucks fix. read more

Wow!! This Starbucks has improved so much in the last couple months. I know it's under new management and you can see the new improved teamed up and coming. I have been a regular here for a couple years as it's close to my house. I'm excited to see where the team ends up going. I am seeing improvements daily, the staff doing all they can. I'll stop at this Starbucks, only if I'm in no hurry. The service inside has been slower than other Starbucks in the area including during busy and non busy times. They have plenty of staff behind the counter during busy times, but they are focused on the drive thru and as a result there is a long line in the morning. In the evening, one barista is making drinks, getting food, and running the register while the other staff member is focused on other things (cleaning). The coffee and drinks here are fine with no issues. "Most partners" at this Starbucks are pleasant. If I'm in a hurry, I'll go to the other location inside the Target for faster service (no drive-thru). This store needs to take field trips to the Starbucks in Concord and Keene (full service drive-thru locations) and see how a model Starbucks store is run. read more

So I truly did not want to go to Starbucks. I have never been but my mine was already made up do 2 the recent media coverage of other Starbucks locations.. in my mind I had already told myself to hate the brand etc.. long story short I went inside and I didn't feel like I was being "Profiled" I felt welcomed and the young lady at the register actually took time to help me pick my flavored iced green tea. And they said my name right.lol.. I think that Starbucks is more health friendly than others. Good quality not just limited to drinks either.. you can taste the freshness. Very clean. Convenient out side sitting area. Very busy the time I went in. That alone speaks for itself. read more

Frozen drink took forever and it was barely even blended. I paid like $5 to chew on chunks of ice. Kid in the window was nice.

I just waited in line in the drive thru for over 20 minutes when they decided to close the store EARLY at 3:30 and told everyone who was in line that they were SOL. They should have served EVERYONE who was already in line when they decided to close early. I am sick and tired of the Bedford Starbucks, they are constantly screwing up my orders, they are always painfully slow, and now this. I will NEVER go back. read more

This location is the worse store I have ever been to. Slow employees with no sense of urgency in servicing the customer. While understand issues raised with Covid closing the store during the prime times while selectively letting people in the store and having a 30 minute Wait on drive through and taking 5 minutes per car a little ridiculous. Great location, near a bunch of shops. The staff always try their best to get orders out as quick as they can and they are very friendly.

I asked for a refund after the barista handed us a coffee with the wrong size lid on it, causing it to spill everywhere. The register worker rolled her eyes dramatically and gave her co worker a look. I felt so embarrassed even though I felt like what I was asking for was pretty minor and I had been polite if not slightly annoyed. read more

They removed armchairs and any form of comfortable seating, and replaced everything with cafeteria-style chairs. May not be a deal breaker for some, but as someone living with chronic pain, that would have been good to know before making the trip over! Long lines, unprofessional employees and absolutely no customer service. I love Starbucks. But let's face it. We paid double the price for a Starbucks coffee then we would anywhere else . Went here today with 30 minutes to get coffee and get back to school in time for class (about an 8 minute drive). All I got was a macchiato. It took more than 30 minutes for me to get my beverage. They had a lot of employees working but they were busy having conversations amongst themselves rather than trying to speed up the long line waiting for drinks. Next time I come I'll know to budget more time than should be necessary. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. I moved here from LA 18months ago I have driven cross country and been to over a 100 Starbucks in LA and 10 other states. The Bedford NH Starbucks is consistently the worst. Why does corporate Starbucks not come and fix this store. It's a disgrace to the Starbucks name. It's nit a COVID thing, it's been awful for 18 months. It's always dirty, boxes of inventory stacked tall in the dining area. About 50% of the time the order ahead doesn't work. They are always out of stuff. Just awful in a 100 ways. The regional DM should be fired. Get someone to fix this store. It's Bedford. It could be such a profitable store but instead it's a disgrace. read more

This Starbucks has gone downhill fast! I moved here from Seattle a few months ago, and when I discovered a Starbucks not too far from my new home, I was grateful. For the last 6 months I have gone by the Bedford Star Bucks almost daily but lately things have really declined to the point where I just won't be back to this Starbucks. The daytime barista that worked on Sunday, May 29, 2016 (a young girl wearing a sweatshirt), was very rude and by the way she acted with everyone she interacted with, she obviously hated her job. I say this because of what i have observed when i was there today. I went inside for my order on purpose because lately I have been receiving the wrong drink through the drive through, ending up having to walk it back in anyway, so today I wanted to be there so I could make sure my drink (which cost $5.29) was made correctly. Upon walking inside I noticed the place was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing and trash on the floor everywhere. This is not common in most Star Bucks I have ever been too, and admittedly i was quite shocked at how bad it was. I ordered my drink after waiting in a VERY long line with only one girl taking orders. It seems they have many workers focused on the drive through and not the inside area, too bad they can't get the drinks right in the drive through with all the people they have working on it. While I waited for my drink to be made, I noticed 2 people come in and complain their drinks were wrong. The barista seemed openly annoyed each time this happened, which is kind of absurd if you ask me. The second lady complained her drink was wrong and the barista actually rolled her eyes at the customer, and snatched the cup from her hand. The customer seemed shocked and not sure how to respond, and even the girl working with the rude barista seemed very uncomfortable with her behavior. Apparently NO one had nerve to say anything to "miss rude pants". Frankly, I spend close to $10 a day on coffee and breakfast and I can do that just about anywhere, i don't need attitude, long lines or expensive coffee. After being a Star Bucks Fanboy for years, I have to say I am pretty over it. On a side note, Star Bucks is now pouring SHORT shots, yes thats right, you don't even get a full shot when you order shots of espresso from them. What I once ordered (4 shorts over ice), now must be order 6 shots over ice to get the same amount of coffee and even then sometimes its short. Luckily because of all this nonsense I was forced to look elsewhere for coffee and breakfast, and I found a WONDERFUL place that has NO long lines, nice and friendly baristas, and I get 4 FULL shots for $3.00 instead of $5.29. So thanks mean girl barista at Star Bucks, thanks for pushing me out the door because YOU did one thing right, you saved me money. My advice to all you current Star Bucks fanboys and girls - go to a mom and pop shop, THEY will appreciate you A LOT more than Star Bucks ever will. You don't have to put up with attitude, long lines and expensive coffee and frankly you should not have too. read more

Absolutely awful service, due to covid-19 I completely understand closing before 8pm, so closing at 5 is reasonable however when it's 430pm and you're one car away from the ordering screen with two cars behind you and a man walks up to your car to let you know that the person in front of you will be the last to order because they've decided to "close early" is completely unreasonable, uncalled for, unprofessional and rude. by far the worst starbucks location i've been to. read more

Very slow and rude service. They were busy and I was patient but when I had received all my drinks, except for one and waited for 5 mins, I approached the counter. I looked for a ticket with my name and the young man with the baseball cap backwards asked what name. When I told him, he said I don't see it and when you get is when you get it. Then he went to someone else asking for my drink saying that I was eyeballing him. If you had simply been polite and told me you had the order, I would have waited patiently, you did not need to be so rude. I didn't cause your store to be busy. I will not be returning! read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to... From the cashiers who never listen and after waiting over 10 minutes for your order because of how slow the employees location function, you get the wrong order. Ordering from the mobile app has failed me at this location as well. There is rarely an occasion in which you can be in and out quickly and with a correct order... This Starbucks has ruined my day several times over the past couple years while attending classes in the area. I will no longer be in the area as of next week, And I cannot wait to go back to a normal to fast paced Starbucks in which my order will be expedited accurately.
