I visited this coffee shop in Concord, NH today for the first time, as I'm visiting Concord for a couple days on a New England wide work trip. You gotta check this place out! It was convenient on 135 Loudon Rd. across from Keach Park, Concord, easily accessible off of Loudon Rd., sufficient parking and easy drive through ordering around the building, I was welcomed upon entering, the outside and inside of the building was nicely decorated, the employees were all friendly and efficient, the dining room was clean with sufficient, varied kinds of seating, music playing, big windows to let the sun in!, a good size menu of drinks and light food items to go, the restroom was clean, and the free WiFi worked well. read more

Had food and coffee delivered from this place today, absolutely awful coffee and gross breakfast food. 2 coffees 2 orders of egg bites and a sandwich...$50. Food was total mush covered in oil and was just flat out terrible. Egg bites were grainy and had a weird aftertaste. The coffees were both burnt and made incorrectly. We paid for add ons in the coffee and never received them. Order from somewhere else. read more

Went for the first time yesterday. I always judge a coffee place by their black coffee, no sugar (that's how I drink it). Their dark roast was hot, tasty, and strong! My wife had a latte, and she thought it made Dunkin Donuts lattes look bad. We also had a couple of their sandwiches. I had the sausage egg biscuit and she had the egg white flatbread. They were both hot and flavorful! We went again today (Christmas Eve day), and got the same drinks, but different food. I had the spinach feta stuffed pretzel, which was great, and my wife had a healthy something or other muffin, which was like carrot cake, and delicious! The attitudes of the young ladies working the windows were great! Friendly, helpful, and positive, on both days. No hipster baristas here, just nice, friendly people. We'll be back! read more

I really want to love this coffee shop, but they so frequently mess up orders, and don't seem to understand actual coffee drinks... Just because New Englanders love their Dunkin, it doesn't mean that every coffee order should include drip coffee. I ALWAYS order a latte, and about 75% of the time have been given drip coffee with a splash of milk. If I wanted drip coffee, I'd go elsewhere and purchase it for less. A LATTE is steamed milk with espresso, and it would be nice to assume that a coffee business would understand that and get the most basic of orders correct. Additionally, multiple times, I went for an espresso drink and was told their espresso machine was cleaned and shut down for the evening. If they don't close until 9, they shouldn't have the machines shut down at 6. Own a coffee shop? Do better. read more

After a disappointing lunch at a local eatery, I needed a pick me up. We came to Aroma Joe's, the line was reasonable. The young woman at the first window was very helpful, gave me suggestions to how my coffee should be made so it was how I liked it. The next window the person was just as friendly. The coffee came out perfect with just 1 sugar, cream, and the flavor infusion of my choice. Definitely would go there again. read more

I go to AJ's quite frequently for coffee and a ham and Swiss croissant. Yesterday, my croissant sandwich came out from this place ice cold. Felt like the croissant was slightly warmed up, but the egg, ham, and cheese were, like I said, ice cold. Doesn't normally happen but I was disappointed read more

I've never been so dissatisfied with a coffee shop experience in my life. I've literally been buying coffee from this Aroma Joe's since the day they opened. I prefer their coffee over drunken donuts. I've delivered change to the store when the owner was too irresponsible to make sure her employees had change to give customers. I've worked on their HVAC system. I've always been kind and I tip every time. Today as usual, there was 10 cars in the drive up. I went inside with no mask because our state doesn't require it anymore and was accosted by the owner and made to leave. I will never ever do business there again and will make sure the whole city knows that aroma Joe's pushes fear and disrespects customers who refuse to buy it. #stickerpimp is coming for ya read more

This Aroma Joe's replaced the old KFC on Louden Road. Aroma Joe's is a small coffee shop chain in Northern New England. Working on the heights in Concord I am thrilled they opened up. It is nice to have a coffee option that taste better than watered down dunkins and is a cheaper/less uppity alternative to Starbucks. The Storefront is nicely updated and has a drive through which I plan on utilizing. The coffee was very tasty, not watered down, reasonably priced and I Didn't have to order some weird size like a tall that actually is a small. I have not tried any of their food options yet but I will be returning! read more

Please update the hours to reflect when the workers actually are willing to work. I arrived at the store before 8pm and no one went to the window to take my order. I could see people inside the store clearly and the bright sign lit up saying open. The employees simply ignored me for five minutes while I waited at the window and didn't even have the decency to inform me that they did not feel like making any orders. I eventually drove off after being ignored. Terrible business don't waste your time here. read more

Aroma joes has the best coffee and service around! I drive through every morning. They know my order and hand it to me with smiles on their faces. I recently won free coffee for my workplace and everyone loved it! My husband buys the decaf grounds to have aroma joes at home. Not very impressed with this Aroma Joe's drive-thru service. I originally tried to order a marshmallow square; they didn't have it and tried to order a cookie which they didn't have either along with two hot lattes. Waited for about 3 minutes and got two iced lattes instead, so I had to ask for the hot ones again. Finally got the hot ones without the food after waiting for almost 10 minutes. read more

Aroma Joes more like Aroma TOES....I got a strong whiff of feet as soon as I walked in, and that was matched with a very surly look from the barista. But the Caramel Way FroJo is good as always. read more
