The Breaking Wind Burrito is my absolute favorite. The Jamaican Me Crazy coffee is a wonderful flavor! My last experience was to stop in, get the burrito, eat inside & enjoy the morning. I was greeted with a smile, my order was taken then brought over to me when ready. It's always clean inside. It's a great spot to find a table to chat with friends or sit alone to read a book or catch up on work emails. It's easy & convenient to order ahead online, as well. This is a great lunch spot with excellent service. I was impressed with the variety of soup, sandwiches, salads, and the great desserts and baked goods. Everyone was very friendly and the food was served pretty quickly, especially if you are pressed for time during lunch. If you are a large group, there may be limited seating, although there were several comfortable chairs for those that would like to relax with their coffee. We went during the winter, so I do not know if there is outdoor seating, but it seemed like this would be a great place for an afternoon break. read more

Been visiting baked routinely since they opened on Sheep Davis road. On average I go once a week and see the same people working. The Good Solid sandwiches, better than the typical chain restaurants which are abundant in Concord. Good coffee and ice coffee Excellent breakfast sandwiches Good reward program that includes free lunches and free coffees. The Not so good Very expensive baked goods 3$ for a cookie or a brownie. come on... The lunch time rush/wait, can be long if you don't time it right. The consistency with the portions. Today I got like 4 chips with my meal (bad), meanwhile a week ago I got like 2 pounds of turkey in my wrap. (GOOD) Some of the service. One of the staff had a tract record of being rude to customers, I haven't seen him a while so he may have left or been fired. Overall a decent place to grab a healthy lunch. Baked Cafe & Bakery opened very recently in Concord located in a small strip plaza (Gateway Plaza) at the corner of NH 106 and Pembroke Rd, previously occupied by Butter's Fine Food. This is the second NH Baked Cafe & Bakery (no Downtown in the name here) location with Baked Downtown Cafe & Bakery located in Downtown Manchester. Baked Cafe & Bakery is open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner. The atmosphere inside is cozy and modern (not as big as the Manchester location) which is order at the counter with overhead menu boards, table seating and comfortable armchair seating plus flatscreen TVs. Similar to Manchester except no alcohol/cocktails and no hot entrees (yet?), they offer fresh bakery goods & desserts (muffins, cupcakes, cake slices, cheesecake, pastries, croissants), breads, bagels, breakfast burrito, a good variety of sandwiches & paninis (come with baked chips or apple slices), soups, salads, plus, smoothies, fresh brewed coffee (several varieties with self serve dispensers), espresso, & tea drinks. Gluten free items available here. The baked goods are made fresh at the Manchester location and delivered to this location. Since this cafe is located about two minutes from my office, I stopped in here for an impromtu late light lunch. I ordered the Ham-It-Up sandwich ($6.50 plus tax) with a side of baked chips and two small chocolate dipped macaroons ($0.99 each) for takeout. The food was all set in under 10 minutes. The Ham-It-Up sandwich was pretty good, which had very thin sliced applewood smoked ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, & tomato on a soft artisan pretzel sub roll. The baked (potato) chips were very crunchy and a slight saltiness, dill pickle on the side. The staff at this location were very friendly. I was greeted as I walked in the door and thanked for stopping in as I left with my food order. This new Baked Cafe & Bakery location gives me a new and fresh breakfast and lunch option to choose from in the Concord Heights area, located very close to my workplace. Delicious food, great selection of sandwiches, soups, coffee, and a mix of vegetarian options. The baked goods are delicious, good selection of cakes and cookies and other goodies! Delicious smoothies as well. The seating area is fairly small, but it is a comfortable setting, with a very cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, always welcoming customers and sending them off with a "thank you." If you've been to the Manchester location, this one is smaller, with no bar, but the quality and atmosphere are just as good! read more

This was our second time eating here - first time was great but the second time we got take-out and I was HORRIFIED to find a stinkbug in my Reuben sandwich. I took a bite of the sandwich and as I pulled away I saw the body of a bug on the edge where I would have taken my second bite. I get smaller bugs can sneak in (e.g., fruit flies) but this insect was almost the size of a quarter. It is alarming that the bug was right on the top of the coleslaw in plain sight NOT buried - so little care and observation was taken while preparing the food. I like Baked though the food is VERY inconsistent. I like the convenience of the location as there are not many good lunch options near my office and Baked is right around the corner. On numerous occasions I have gotten various salads that are on their menu and multiple times the lettuce has either been slimey and rotten or FROZEN! Seriously! Frozen lettuce. The fact that it's happened more than once is disappointing considering the prices. Others in my office have had similar experiences. When they get it right, the food is good. Service is always friendly...almost to the point of being awkward actually. I'm sure I'll be back for lunch but it will be a while. read more

Service was friendly and the Food was exemplary! I enjoyed the Garden Cafe salad and Busted Tomato Basil. The salad had homemade croutons and the soup had a dollop of mozzarella- very nice touch! The highlight had to be the house made baked chips- yum. The cafe part of Farm to You maintains a relaxed ambience and an extensive selection of coffees both hot and iced. There were even more teas to choose from as well. The bakery case was impressive with many offerings. I will have to come back to try one! My one disappointment was that everything I ordered (besides the chips) were presented in throw away to-go containers. And to enjoy a shot of espresso there were no cups for here available, so more waste involved. I will have to try a sandwich on my next visit to Baked Farm To You to eliminate the container waste because I will definitely be back- A gem to find in Concord for sure! read more

This is such a hidden gem! My boss told me about this place, and seemingly everyone where I work loves this place. I've been a couple of times for coffee, and Baked's selection of both iced and hot coffee is great. So many options, all of which are excellent! The assortment of baked goods also exceed expectations. I finally went back for lunch today, and it was everything I hoped it would. I did the halfsies with the gobbler and Caesar salad. The Gobbler was incredibly messy but well worth the messy hands and copious amounts of napkins. Turkey was super juicy, well seasoned, and not salty. The bread was phenomenal, and the gravy and cranberry sauce they put on the side send the Gobbler over the top. Will definitely be a frequent customer! read more

This place serves fantastic coffee. I love the vanocha latte. All the Panini's are good, but my favorite is the veggi. Its always juicy, hot, and delicious. The bell peppers taste just like kosher dill pickles. I really love how the staff is friendly, and always offers a variety of choices when placing an order. They are always accommodating without complaint. I do wish the service was a little faster, but I'm willing to wait since the food is so good. The desserts are almost always great. I loved the raspberry lemon cupcake while it was still available. It tasted so fresh, and wasn't sickly sweet like some pastries. The prices are good for a farm-to-table place. read more

Our office has ordered from Baked a number of times, even giving them second and third chances. We are done ordering. The Concord, NH office has very poor customer service! We have a number of times received credit card slips and food that is not ours and then have to wait for ours. We order between 10:30 and 11:00 for a 1 p.m. delivery and 9 times out of ten they are still late. If you go there to order you would use your entire lunch time standing in line, tables there are not cleaned off and floor is a mess. They need to employ more people and more delivery personnel to keep up. Stay away from here and do yourselves a favor. Go to Constantly Pizza on Main Street in Concord where the food is just as good, the delivery always on time and the customer service is over the top excellent. read more

My husband, son and I were excited to try this place for lunch today. We recently moved to town and live close by so it would've been nice to like it and have a go-to lunch spot. Unfortunately we weren't able to try it. We showed up 2 hours before closing, but they had already closed the separate dining area. There was no where for us to sit in the main room except a little 2 person table in a corner, when there were 3 of us, but we were told that the table for 2 was our only option. I saw the empty room and asked if it was possible to use the dining room because there was no where for us to sit, but was told they'd already mopped it and wouldn't reopen it. In my mind I'm thinking why? I'm not sure if that's how they usually do it, but regardless we walked out with nothing simply because they made no effort to let us use the only space we would fit. Maybe that's the time they close that room, but if you're open and theres no where for customers to sit.... open the room. Mop again when they leave. Or in 2 hours when you close. It was pretty clear they don't care about getting business, so we won't be giving ours. I just thought I'd post on here for the company to hopefully learn from. read more

I frequent the concord baked location for breakfast and the past few times I have gotten my breakfast sandwich it has been different. This time when I received my English muffin it was soaked in butter and had the consistency of a sponge. Customer service is good and I don't have to wait long for my order but the inconsistency of the food is what make me think twice about ordering from the concord location again. read more

High hopes but ultimately was not impressed by my experience. Ordered a coffee and a cappuccino plus one of their cupcakes. Since the coffee was self serve it was not a problem. The cappuccino took so long I ended up giving up my coffee to my wife because I felt bad she sat there for a good 15 min with nothing to drink. I don't understand this place they only do cupcakes at their Concord location so if you want to order a cake you have to call Manchester, if you're having your party on a Saturday or Sunday they can't help you with that because they're not open on Saturday or Sunday so you're going to have to rearrange your whole Friday to go pick up a cake from them if you ever want to order a cake from this Bakery which I just don't think any of that is logical read more

I've been here quite a few times. While the food tastes amazing, the service is always slow, expect a good 15-20 minute wait on a salad or panini. Additionally, half the time I am missing something from my order (today was chips and pickle). I truly love the food. But it's always a crapshoot on level of service and accuracy. Great food and close to my work which makes the trip easy on a busy day...BUT....they continually lack the ability to clean their lettuce for their salads very well. I ordered the Nadia Salad and found the pieces of lettuce still covered in dirty and not well cleaned. I wish they would take the time and clean the lettuce appropriately so I can enjoy my salad rather then eating grit/dirt. read more

Servers are great. Tea bags are better quality than most( I like loose leaf tea) but the baked goods are frequently stale especially the chocolate almond bars. I go with a friend every 2 weeks for tea and sweets because she likes the tea and the chocolate almond bars on the rare day when they aren't dry but I am less impressed with the food each time we go here. The macaroons are good but the Whoopi's pies, parfaits and cheesecake look good but taste like plastic to me. These artificial tasting foods are also expensive but I wouldn't mind paying if they were good quality. I've really tried to like this place but much prefer the Italian bakery at the mall, crust and crumb, bread and chocolate and true brew downtown. read more

The prices are right inline with other great establishments like Bread and Chocolate downtown. The owners are fantastic and were great when I offered some feedback on what they should do with the menu. They are completely taking out preservatives in their food. This is my favorite local sandwich shop. Great array of sandwiches, smoothies and desserts. If you love tea, hot or cold they have you covered. Delicious tea combinations. It's funny how someone compared them unfavorably to Panera, I feel exactly opposite. The sandwich I ordered, was huge, packed with turkey, bacon on a brioche. Bread is always fresh and the smoothies are amazing with so many fruity combinations. You will not leave hungry. I recommend their carrot cake, dense, flavorful and a lovely cream cheese frosting. read more

This is a small but not very good clone of Panera. My fancy name sandwich was just a simple roast beef with too much mayo on ordinary bread that appeared to be something like Arnold's oatmeal. I also ordered a large iced coffee. The counter staff almost filled a large plastic cup with ice for me to use at the self serve coffee stand. I asked her to dump some of the ice out. Why do I want to pay $2.75 for a big cup of ice. It was a busy Friday lunch time but the wait was longer than at Panera. It was a very disappointing and over-price lunch. read more

Excellent food! I'd give them five stars, but the service is quite slow- if you're in a rush, you're much better off ordering over the phone ahead of time. During peak hours it can take 20+ minutes to get your order when placed in the store, and even when they're not that busy it can take at least 10-15 minutes. read more

5 star rating on their food. The problem is, at the Concord, NH location, I can't get a sandwich out of this place to save my soul. I used to go in to order. The line was extremely long. The wait time even longer. Thought I would get smart and order over the phone. They would tell me it would be 30 - 45 minutes. I can't wait that long. I decided to get even smarter. I started calling at 11:30 to get my lunch hopefully by 12:15. Nope. Now i'm told at 11:30 that I won't be able to pick up my order until 1:00 pm. I feel like maybe I need to make a reservation the day before to get a sandwich the following day. It's beyond ridiculous. I give up. I can order online at Panera, pay for it online, hop in my car and it's sitting on a shelf waiting for me to pick it up before I even arrive. It's sad. I love some of Baked's lunches as well. But not worth the battle to get it. My whole office has started to go to other places for the same reason. No one wants to deal with the long wait at Baked. read more

First time today and NOT impressed. Doubt I will return to the Plymouth store. Passing through, but live not far away and will not recommend it. Far from it. First of all, let me say that there was a new person being trained. But it appeared other staff were all helping out. The order - one Super Veggie wrap took forever. Over 15 minutes. A party of 4 ordered after us and got their order before we got ours. Someone else came in after us, and also got their order before we got ours. Not at all good, the experienced staff member took our order and the party of 4 (who ended up with our wrap, a similar order) was not watching out for us and this potential cock-up. Then the order - remember - Super Veggie, was anything but super. I thought the food would redeem this particular shoddy experience, but it was aggressively average. By that I mean it had little flavour. It was bland. for a place like this I would expect at least better than Subway. But no. Well below Subway in quality and taste. There was absolutely NOTHING super about this wrap. The only thing super about this experience was it was super disappointing. I gave it two stars because there was someone training, and their chips were pretty good. Other than that - not impressed. read more
