The bread was stale and hard. The cheese was so dry it was cracked. The lettuce wasn't even proper lettuce--it was the core. The red onions were completely dried out. Nothing about this sandwich was fresh. This wasn't just disappointing--it was inedible. I took a couple bites and threw the rest away. There's no excuse for serving food in this condition. This never should have been handed to a customer. And they never even put the mayonnaise on it. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
