I live nearby and this is probably my favorite Starbucks in the immediate area. Conveniently located right off Exit 6 on Route 3 there's a Kohl's, Burlington Store, Christmas Tree Shop, LL Bean, Home Depot, Hannaford grocery store and a NH Liquor Store all seconds away. If I'm popping into any of the above mentioned stores there's a good chance I'm stopping at this Starbucks first. I will say around Christmas time the parking lot can get pretty congested because of all the stores around it. It's always clean when I go inside. The staff is always extremely friendly to me. I use the drive-thru, online ordering app and in store ordering all pretty regularly and I can't think of a time that they got my order wrong. Thank you Starbucks on Coliseum Ave! I come here every weekend to get breakfast for myself and my partner. This used to be our go to breakfast place on weekend because we live close by. It used to be quick and reasonably priced. I have noticed a major negative shift in service time it takes to get your order ready. For the 3rd weekend in a row, my orders took 10-15 longer to complete than what its apps estimated. Today (Sunday 10/26), my apps estimated that my food should be ready by 8:40am, I was still waiting to pick up my order at 8:55am. That is unacceptable. I noticed a few possible causes while I was waiting. 1. higher volume than expected. Really??? Starbucks is an experience retailer with over 50 years of retail experience and it cannot forecast its staffing needs accordingly? If that is the case, it should not be in business. 2. The food preparer batched multiple orders in a basket while tons of people stand around waiting for the food orders. A possible fix is to either have each completed food order announce so that any staff can move these ready orders to the pick up spot; or move the pick up spot right next to the food preparer so that they can place the completed food orders in the pick up spot. AND 3. I noticed that Starbucks giving priority to UberEat orders instead of treating all APPS orders the same. By the time that I got my orders today, my overpriced food was cold and 15 minutes late. Step up STARBUCKS. This is your last time to keep my business. read more

Not a great experience. The drive-through was really busy so I decided to go inside to order and to double check to make sure they had the sandwich that I wanted. they assured me that they did. I waited about 15 minutes and then when they called my name they told me that they didn't have any of those sandwiches left all and pick a different sandwich. I picked a tomato mozzarella on a ciabatta which then took another 10 minutes to make even though there wasn't anybody actually in the store.(I guess they were concentrating on all the customers at the drive-through) This is what I got... lettuce looks moldy and hardly any cheese on it (To give them credit they did give me a $4 gift card when the first sandwich wasn't available) read more

The waitress was the only kind part of this experience. She was very polite through the entire situation. My husband and I came in to enjoy breakfast when our food was less than enjoyable. My food order was not rung in correctly to where my eggs ben edict with sausage was run in as some sort of meat omelet, a completely different dish. My Husbands order arrived with uncooked egg seeping throughout his country skillet. There was an attempt to bargain with fresh eggs to be prepared, but that would not fix all of the uncooked egg soaking into the hashbrowns. Horrible service. I arrived at 9:39am exactly (on my receipt) I did not receive my plain old iced coffee (that's all I got) untill exactly 10 am. There were a few of us just standing there being shuffled across the floor like chess pieces.. for what felt like eternity.. finally a lady that came in after me asked if that was my iced coffee on the counter because hers was done and I came in way before her.. they were like oh yeah .. ridiculous. I get that the covid has us all in a tailspin but they saw me standing there.. me and two others for ever.. maybe IDK check in!?? I used to live in the birthplace of starbucks. I come from a land of 24 hour starbucks, yes they really do exist, as well as a starbucks within a stones throwing distance of anywhere you stand. Moving to Nashua was quite a culture shock. Between the lack of shops, starbucks and mom and pop shops that do in a fix, and the new england mentality (seattle is the nicest city, new englander pride themselves on their rudeness) I really would get home sick. Until I started coming here, to this starbucks, everyone is so nice, laid back, and they all make me and my husband feel like I'm home. If I close my eyes, I can almost hear the rain falling on the street over the muddled conversation and "shop tracks" being played. Staff completely ignored customers orders who ordered inside. Cups just say there and the cup line kept getting bigger. I waited over 15min for a coffee. And I wasn't the longest wait - overheard people complaining. Instead two person walked around behind the counter not actually doing anything. I've thought it was a fluke the first couple times but when i get the blueberry oatmeal on a few occasions I've been given a moldy packet of berries. On more than one occasion i also get unsweetened ice tea lemonade and it's sweetened. So i often will ask "is it unsweetened?" And sometimes they catch it and remake the drink and sometimes they just say yes but it's still sweetened. Small gripes, but for a company that thrives on consistency throughout its chains i feel like these things are important. I don't go to this one anymore. read more

Great place- I love how they still don't question my order even though it is no longer "on the menu" as I have been told elsewhere. The lines at the drive through are hit-or-miss. Either you are the only car- or you are one of 15. It is wedged in a corner of a shopping plaza, not allowing for much parking during the holidays based on the traffic going to Kohls and the other stores. All in all I have never been let down here. If there was any advice, it would be to make an attempt at speeding up the drive through, even though most drinks do take a bit longer than other chains. read more

I got gift card for Christmas and still haven't used it up yet because I never know when the store will be open. First the hours changed to close at 7. Then they changed to close at 5. The online app is shut off half the time. Sometimes the cafe is closed and the drive-thru only is open. Other times the drive-thru is closed and the cafe only is open. Never mind going by on a Monday or Tuesday as there is usually a hand written sign on the door saying they are closed do to staffing shortages. When I finally did get lucky and arrived when they were open, I asked what days they will be closed this week, only to get a response of "it varies". Today I got there by 4:50 knowing they were closing at 5. The sign in front of the door said the cafe was closed and the drive-through was open. However, cones were placed in front of the drive-thru so no other cars were able to get in line. I like the coffee better than Dunks for sure but I find myself frequenting Dunks more often because at least they are trying to accommodate their customers. It just seems to me that the crew that works the exit 6 location are getting away with making their own hours now and again unbeknownst to corporate. Whatever the issue, at this point would just as soon cash in the rest of my gift card and take my business elsewhere. read more

Starbucks in general is overrated. It's supposed to be kind of a hip alternative to dunkins I guess, but the coffee isnt as good at most places I go. So I either go to dunkins now, just be careful where you go, or A & E roastery in Amherst or Manchester. I buy the bags at A & E and usually make my morning brew at home. read more

Been here several times. Never got decent chai or coffee from here ever. It is never hot and it is never made properly.

Counter staff was nice and enthusiastic, very friendly and warm. The coffee I got was correct and so was my husbands, but a dark roast with a shot and 3 shots over ice isn't exactly the worlds trickiest starbucks order by any means. When we walked in we were second in line, but it still took a good five minutes to take our orders as each of the seven staff members behind the counter all seemed too busy swirling around one another that they didn't seem to have the time to notice the steadily growing line. The extra time spent in line had it perks though, it not only gave my husband time to decide that he wanted a chocolate croissant, but it gave us both time to change our minds about the dainty sweet when we noticed the flies, both fruit and otherwise, flying around and landing on the food in the case. When it was our turn to order I politely informed the gent at the counter of the bugs in the food case, and silently noted to myself the other bugs flying around the entire prep area. The counter staff was very nice and said he would inform the manager (whixh usually just means oh well we're going to ignore this for as long as possible and hope nobody else notices) when another young man stopped to ask what was going on. This is the conversation that happened: Me- there are bugs in your pastry case Him- bugs? Me - yes bugs. . . in the food case Him - bugs? *cocking his head to the side* Me- yes little winged creatures that shouldn't be on people's food. Bugs. Him - oh. *walks away* My husband and I have stayed in the Nashua area a couple of times recently as we are looking to buy a house here, despite how convenient this location is to the area we are looking in, I fear we may need to find a more out of the way starbucks in order for us to have a more sanitary experience. Flys in the building = totally understandable Flys in the case and on the food = unacceptable I feel I should remind folks of how ling it takes to get fruit flies, and that it is poor sanitation that leads to them in the first place. Every time I go to this location they are super nice in the drive thru but inside is a different story. Just because I am inside does not mean i should be treated differently. I understand the drive thru is meant to be quick but I should not have to wait ten minutes for my one drink to be made with one other customer in the store. I go in and am always treated very rudely as if I am in inconvenience and have to wait minutes for my drink. Even when I say thank you the barista usually just walks away and ignores me. No other Starbucks has ever been so rude to me. Also I ask for soy because I am lactose intolerant and on many occasions I have not been given soy milk. read more

Its kind of a love hate relationship with this one. I go a lot and so I have had good experiences and not so good. It seems that its all about timing.
