This is the best bagel shop!!!! My boyfriend and I have been going here almost every Sunday since we discovered it last September. The bagels/sandwiches are always top tier because they make all of them in shop. Also the staff is so so kind and friendly. We haven't gone to any other bagel shop since finding this one because it's affordable and delicious. It has such a cute vibe/ambiance. If you're looking for somewhere will the best bagels and staff this is it!! ps BLT and chicken sandwich are amazing read more

Jill and Manny were amazing. Their combined customer service and attitudes made me instantly feel welcomed like family. The food was delicious and the extensive possible flavour combinations borders on overwhelming but yet is still fun and exciting. The ambiance it full of antique photos and decor. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Enjoy read more

As a baker myself, I'm a little picky when it comes to coffee shops and bakeries, etc. Maybe I'm a coffee snob lol. I love this little shop! I have only tried a bagel and a cookie and I intend to go back! read more

Great bagels with a good selection. Not my first time here but first time bringing my kids so we got a bunch of different bagels that were all awesome! My favorites were the jalapeno cheddar and the cinnamon sugar. Staff is very friendly as well! read more

"What a Bagel", huh? My ass! Ya know how they say first impressions are the lasting ones? Well, I'll never forget my first impression with my bagel sandwich today. Put it this way: that bagel was so pale, I wanted to book it a flight to the Florida keys so it could get a proper tan. Seriously, it almost looked raw. Tasted like it, too. The innards were....alright, I guess. Making the whole thing technically edible isn't much to write home about, however. 2 out of 10; couldn't even finish the damn thing. Honestly, the French cappuccino was the best part of the whole meal. One minor problem though....the little stirry stick thingie that goes in your coffee? Yeah, the....uh.....tip broke off. Like...INTO the coffee somewhere. And no, I didn't swallow it because I never even got to the bottom of the cup anyway. Should have ordered a small. Nevertheless, coffee was good. 7 out of 10. I ordered delivery, hence no check in. But I sincerely doubt I will ever again. This place is bland and uninspired. To think....such a place can even function in the midst of New England. I give What a Bagel 2 very pale bagel sandwiches out of 5. read more

Absolute Gem! By far my favorite bagel spot. The bagels are fantastic as are the sandwiches, oh..and the fresh baked cookies and blueberry muffins..SO GOOD! And to top it off, the service is awesome. Some of the nicest, friendliest people I get to interact with weekly. read more

I came here with my girlfriend because we were frantically trying to get some breakfast after a long morning in bed...if you know what I mean. I want to start by saying that I think this place is veteran owned, which is going to skew this review because I am a vet too and I support my homies. To make this as short as possible... This place really wants to be good. There's a lot of variety of the different types of bagels and shit and I am sure they are decent with some butter or cream cheese. But the reality of the situation is that this place is like a Boujee dunkin donuts. I had a muffin too, that fucker was rock solid and drier than the mojave. read more

New owners and best service. The bagels are made there...and they are awesome. The service was awesome....a very friendly atmosphere.

Amazing bagel place! Called to see if they had cinnamon sugar bagels and they put some aside for me fresh out of the over. The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. Can't wait to come back here. All of the staff was wearing masks and following Covid guidelines. Overall great place and fantastic bagels. Also everything is homemade daily & wicked fresh read more

What A Bagel - Cinnamon Sugar bagel with cream cheese 10/10 - Bagels Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

My husband adores garlic bagels and has been unable to find them for years. I walked in and they had one left and plenty of the other flavors. I am guessing this means that they are a hot commodity here. My husband said that the bagel was outstanding. Thank you for having so many options of bagels available. I did also find out that they offered to make any flavors I wanted in a half doz just by calling ahead and giving them 15 min heads up. read more

This place was cute for sure. They had super friendly staff and were prompt with our order. They have a decent selection of bagels, including a rainbow one which is always cute! The bagels and coffee were just okay. I ordered a large pumpkin iced coffee with my bagel and it was clear when I drank it that it was hot coffee just poured over ice, so it didn't taste very good and I wound up throwing more than half of it out. They put a decent amount of cream cheese on their bagels though! read more

Best bagels. Consistently excellent. Great service and wide selection of bagel and cream cheese flavors.

This bagel shop is a place everyone should visit. It's the kind of place where the people make you want to stay, with the added bonus of delicious bagels. The bagels are fresh, sandwiches are well crafted, and there is a plethora of fresh coffee flavors to choose from. The main reasons I'd say to come here are equally the food and the people. It is as if each person who walks in, is a friend of someone who work here (A Cheers reference comes to mind). read more

What A Bagel - Bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel with salt pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce. - Bagels Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

Bagel perfection! They had an amazing line up of bagel flavors and we visited later on the day on Sunday and they still had a really great amount available. The service was so nice - I think it was the owner as he was chatting with everyone that came in and seemed very engaged. We ended up getting a Asiago with rosemary (very unique combo) with veggie cream cheese which was so delicious. Loved that cream cheese. My partner got a lox on the pretzel bagel. Again, nicely done. And that pretzel bagel means business - super salty (in the expected pretzel good way)! They had a nice selection of coffee flavors, too. We went with the nutty caramel. No complaints here as it tasted as advertised. We joked upon leaving that this might be our go to spot and main reason to visit Nashua's downtown in the future. read more

Ordered the Southern 15 minutes ahead over the phone and it had no red peppers or Sriracha. The cheese wax divider was left on the cheese, and also they weren't wearing mask plus it's impossible to social distance at this place. read more

Best bagel place on the planet. And the nicest staff ever. They never fail to make me laugh and provide me with delicious food. I've never had such a perfect jalapeño cheddar bagel in my life. The spice to bagel ratio with a bit of cheese is magnificent. Everywhere else I go has jalapeño cheddar bagels that taste like plain bagels. If you want a good bagel with servers that actually care about not just your food but your person too, then head up to what a bagel now! read more

I tried What a Bagel today for the first time, and I am so glad I did! I got the Texan breakfast sandwich and my husband got bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. My breakfast sandwich was a generous portion size, and had a variety of taste and spice that made it delicious. My husband, who admits to being a very picky eater (especially with breakfast foods!) raved about his meal as well. I am really glad I tried this place, and I definitely will return on a regular basis. read more

They microwave the chicken for a chicken wrap, the bacon is the consistency of a dog treat , the bagel my husband got was hard as a rock

My favorite bagels in Nashua!! The everything bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, and capers is literally the perfect breakfast any day of the week. read more

What A Bagel - Smoked salmon everything bagel - Bagels Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

What happened! I think there is new ownership. Absolutely awful! Went in for bagels and came out with inedible food. Asiago bagel is a pile of fake crap shoved in the middle and probably microwaved to "melt". The cheddar bacon(pictured) what the heck is that! It literally came off in one piece - tried to melt it back on top and the cheese was smoking and wouldn't melt - smelt like burning plastic! Rainbow bagels were definitely a few days old - crusty and hard. I am not sure what kind of management would approve this crap to be served to customers. We will never be back and will be sure to spread the word of how awful the bagels are! Don't even try to call yourself a NY style bagel spot. Also, why are all your bagels greasy? read more

Coming from Long Island I have to try every bagel and pizza shop I find. And we have a winner! Bagels were so good and chewy on the inside and just the right amount of crunch on the outside. Had a bacon and egg sandwich and it was huge. Easily enough to tide me over until lunch and then some. Will be back! read more

This place has a great food, the service is great when it comes to speaking to you or even just thinking of what you want. For a bagel shop, it's one of the best I've ever had I think. Another thing I like is how fast the food comes out. read more

My husband and I have been searching for a go to breakfast place since we moved to Nashua and we finally found it! I haven't had a bagel and cream cheese that amazing outside of New York! We are looking forward to exploring the whole menu! Also as a chef I extremely love that what a bagel uses real bacon on their cheddar bacon bagel and in the bacon scallion cream cheese! Too many places use imitation bacon bits so this was the cherry on top! read more

Clearly the locals don't know what a good bagel tastes like. On a Saturday morn the bagels were hard and very light colored. Not undercooked but no crisp on the outside. They do not carry Swiss cheese??!!?? What's that about? And the eggs on the sandwich were cold. They don't even wrap an egg sandwich in foil. The bagels have potential but they need a NYer to tell 'em how it's done! read more

Excellent bagels & service. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Love the water boiled bagels - hands down!

Owners are so accommodating and remember you every time! Great bagels and coffee, although the inside is a bit small.

Meh! Not great. Bagel Alley is much better in my opinion. Thought I would give it a chance. Bagels did not seem fresh, very chewy. The bite is just off to this Long Island girl. Didn't care for the Cinnamon Raisin Walnut cream cheese. On the plus side, the staff was very attentive and wished everyone a great day. read more

Went for the first time and last time. Ordered a latte but there is no machine for that. Wanted the wifi password (free wifi sticker on their door) but they said the wifi interferred with their cash register. Overheard a customer telling them about Butter N Jam, which they have never heard of. How can they not keep up with local competition? Other customers ordered off of the blackboard menu. Many were told they were out of certain things. It was pretty early in the morning to run out of things, considering the place was dead. The 2 people behind the counter were rather clueless in general. Don't know if they worked there or are the owners, but in either case, I don't see this operation lasting very long. It's a shame because it's in a good location with all of the auto repair shops in the area. If it was my place, I'd make a deal with all of them to send customers my way. read more

These are not good bagels. I almost think they are store bought. My breakfast sandwich was basic, nothing seemed fresh. It was like eating at Brueggers. Even the coffee was Blah. The staff was friendly and my food was ready quickly read more

These bagels are real New York bagels. Too many bagels are not proofed properly (in water with a natural sweetener for the proper duration) making them more like round rolls (too big and too soft). Service is friendly and respectful (the only part that is not like a New York bagel bakery). read more

Not just great bagels and sandwiches. Great staff. Really friendly. I love going there.

Great staff, great food! Atmosphere is really nice and parking is easy. My wife had the Southern 2 on a rainbow bagel and I had the Southern 2 on a pretzel bagel-also had a cold brew and a muffin. All the food was excellent, especially that muffin. Cold brew was fantastic. Definitely coming back! read more

We ordered a dozen rainbow bagels, 2 coffees and a delightful BLT to be delivered via Doordash. New owner at the end of winter (Feb 2019 ish) and what a difference! Earlier hours and actually open on time every day! Same great counter girl who was always friendly and did the best she could with what she had to work with. Improved bagels and some little touch ups around the place to make it all that much better. Keep it up and you will do great. read more

Went there for a bagel sandwich...was taken aback by no in the place had a mask on..3 workers, no masks....3 patrons, no masks....my town of Nashua has a mask mandate in businesses...at least wear the mask around your neck, and fake it...but not here...won't be back read more

This newly opened bagel joint has replaced bagel alley as Nashua's best bagel spot. We tried it one snowy morning and it took the crown from bagel alley easily. Deliciously fresh bagels and excellent breakfast sandwich combinations that are made on one of their 20+ flavors of bagel. High recommend if you're looking for a quick breakfast spot. Seems that more and more people are finding out about this place as it's been busier every time we go. We're still always able to get a table when we choose to stay and eat couldn't say the same at BA. Would highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar bagel, or everything bagel! read more
