It's a chain, so it has what you're expecting. What makes this Chipotle stand out, hence the review, is that even at the busiest of times they move the line along at unbelievable speed. When I walked in last time I was only just able to close the door behind me (i.e. the line was all the way to the door). Still, I was out in less than 10 minutes with hot, fresh food because they were able to man the line efficiently and had a great back-of-house staff to keep all the ingredients coming. This Chiptole is hidden among a grocery store and a boutique so it may be hard to find at first, but I highly recommend you check out this location! The inside was unlike many Chipotle's I've seen. The dim lights and dark wood paneling, create a really intimate environment that I was surprised to see was in any chipotle. On top of that, the service was incredible. I only visit this Chipotle because I live so close but today was probably my last visit unless I'm stopping in for chips and salsa only. The staff is disinterested and gives VERY uneven portions (example: 1 half scoop of steak and 2 handfuls of cheese) and the quality of the food is poor. The steak on 2 occasions was so tough I could not chew it and after spitting it out I gave up and picked out the rest. My boyfriend tried the left over steak and couldn't believe the texture. I ordered a salad previous to this visit and the salad dressing given to me was warm, when I asked for another I was given a nasty smirk by the cashier like I'd done something wrong. I don't like this Chipotle and it's worth driving further for better quality and better service. read more

This Chipotle is awful. The workers act like customers are a burden to them. There is always something they're out of that when a customer asks for it they THEN put it on the grill and tell you to wait 5+ minutes with no apology or anything (that would be good customer service). Mind you this happens even when there are no people there. This happens too many times.. will not be returning and I'm sure I'm not the only one. This Chipotle location is fine. The service is fairly friendly and they move the line pretty good. My issue with this location is they always seem to run out of stuff I want in my bowl. The last time I was there they had the peppers and onions on the grill and I asked if I could get some of them for my bowl. They tild me they weren't ready and they weren't available at the time. Buy the time I got to the cashier they were done. I like coming here for a quick lunch and needed to get back to work but I think that they could've threw some of them on there. read more

Love Chipotle in general... But the reviews about this specific location are correct in regards to how long it takes to get a simple burrito. The employees actually said they are told by management to not move from their station no matter what. So if there's a huge backup in the middle, like there always is, no one can help. If that is true, which I really hope it's not, they need a new management team. It's a pretty simple business model... Fill the gaps where the backups are. Most confusing chipotle I've ever been to. Like, line out the door, and the service was so slow that I reminded me of publix in florida.

Came here for lunch and no fajitas. I had to wait for about 20minutes for them to be cut and cooked. Chipotle is usually good about prep and quick service. It took 20 extra minutes out of my lunch break which is super frustrating but they ended up giving my meal for free which was a plus. read more

I eat a Chipotle very often, and I can honestly say that this is the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. They are skimpy on everything and the people working there are downright scary. By the time I finally got my burrito it was double wrapped, yet they still managed to rip the tortilla. Go to one of the other hundred Chipotles in Maryland if you can. However, I must admit that the burrito was good as always. If you get lucky you'll get the proper portions, but if you can make it to another Chipotle location, do so. read more

I frequent this chipotle about once a week because it's an easy place to stop off on my way home from work. The food quality is pretty standard to all the other locations I have visited, but I have been inconveniences several times to wait for more of an item to come out (white rice, fajitas, and chicken all on separate occasions). I would think that they have enough turnover to have a second pan of each ingredient ready to go at all times. One time I did opt to wait 20 minutes for more white rice, and the manager did comp my meal. I was appreciative of this, but it should not be happening repeatedly! I would also like to note that their portion sizes seem a little smaller than I have experienced in the past. I used to always have leftovers from my burrito bowl for lunch the next day, but I am often able to finish a bowl now in one sitting. I am not sure if this problem is specific to this location or if it is a company-wide change (it has been a while since I have been to another location). I will still be coming here because it is convenient, but I wish these problems would be addressed! read more

I have been to this Chipotle 4 times and each times and each time I had to wait for them to cook the rice, peppers or chicken. I mean, how does a Chipotle run out for white rice!! I am done giving this place another chance, which is a shame since i live 2 blocks away. The only reason i gave it two stars was because the food was good and fresh. I have visited the Chipotle about 7-10 times over the last few months. I love Chipotle in general, the food is great however the service at this store is consistently terrible. There are always 6-8 employees standing on the line however it takes forever to get served. The portions are always off compared to other stores and the employees are NEVER pleasant. Obviously I am a fan of chipotle. But this particular location is soooo slow. I dread coming here because I know I will be in a line for awhile. The location at the Columbia mall has twice the line and I get through twice as fast. The customer service is still great here, but the wait time can definitely take a toll on me. I know it sounds like I am super impatient, but I am jsut used to a level of speed at this chain! Poor service. Not worth the cost of $6.84 per chicken fajita bowl. Started with employee serving asking what I wanted. Then after the order, he asked me 3 different times what I ordered again. I thought after the third time I was in a Key and Peele video skit for Chipotle. Then, he barely put any rice in the 3 bowls I ordered. He could have cared less about what he was doing. I just placed an order with this location through order up. Probably should have read the reviews before hand. Spent $25 here, my kids meal was wrong, barely anything in it, didn't send the chocolate milk like requested. I have a 5 year old so imagine the meltdown when he didn't get his chocolate milk. Now to my "burrito bowl" or if you would even call it that. When I say I finished it in 5 bites, I'm not exaggerating. There was hardly anything in it! The contents inside barely filled the bottom. I called and they said if I brought it back they would fix it, but hence why I ordered through order up as I'm not able to get back there in time since I'm working. You shouldn't need to fix it. It's really not that difficult to do the job. By the looks of it, it looked like they purposely were trying to be ignorant. Very disappointed with the ignorance of this location and won't be ordering again. read more
