I chose to be seated at the sushi bar as I was dining alone, unfortunately, it was quite a wait for the server to come to me and grab an order. I ordered a Salmon Roll + Boston Roll. When my server came back I asked for a side of miso sauce. She frowned, looked puzzled, said no, and walked away. A few moments later I caught her attention and daid, it's on the menu, may I please get a side of it. Again she told me no, stating they don't have it, she brought me a menu and I pointed it out. A few minutes later the chefs at the sushi bar are talking to her and finally, I got a side of miso sauce, for a $2 up-charge (which I was expecting, and agreed to).
