Chef practically threw portions on our plates...food falling in drink cups and all over counter & chef picking a pieces that fell on counter and tossed onto plate...ew. We were seated in an additional room with 2 hibachi grills that was also used as a storage room. Unsightly Boxes of supplies were haphazardly stacked along far wall. Cobwebs stretched from ceiling to grill vent canopy. Ended up being late to following reservations at live music venue and lost our table. Been going to Ginger Gardens past 16 years -when it was Fuji Gardens on NYE. This is second year NYE service was terrible. Gave them benefit of doubt last year; Will not go back.
