This is our go to in neighborhood chinese restaurant that is reliable and quick. We love their shrimp and lobster sauce over rice and sesame chicken w brocolli which is good. Their portions are generous and the food is prepared very quickly! We love that its a small family that runs this business and they are always super kind. Placed a good size order last week, fried rice was missing but we let it go, however we ordered 3 dishes all with beef in them, this was the worst beef from any place we have ever had, first this was a pickup order but placed it t there was very cold when we arrived home 10 mins later, but the BEEF we ate was like chewing shoe leather on all 3 dishes, it was so tough I would not let my son have any for fear of choking, We have been here before but never this bad, doubt we will ever return, best part of our dinner was the crab rangoon, how sad is that read more

This place had a very small buffet, unlike most you find. I should have left noting the lack of variety and cleanliness (just look under the buffet!), but I was there and hungry. NONE of the food was hot. Some you might call warm. Nothing there with appetizing appeal and quality extremely low. Likely the lowest quality chinese buffet I have ever experiend anywhere. For contrast, Imperial in Shrewsbury is a solid 3-4 stars. As Super Buffet. Selection and MUCH better food. Wegman's, albeit much more expensive, is a quality, small Asian buffet. Small Chinese restaurant near downtown Hudson. Ordered takeout on a Saturday late afternoon. Singapore rice noodles, Hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and Mandarin triple delight. Soup and noodles were nicely spiced and loaded with fresh ingredients. Triple delight had many favors and delicious. Egg rolls were crispy. Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Finally finally found our go-to take out Chinese food restaurant that hits all the boxes for us. After the last year of literally testing out 10+ (not even exaggerating) different Chinese takeout places we can say that the hunt is over after trying Peking Garden. I never pegged myself as a picky eater or a Chinese takeout connoisseur but I feel like I've earned the title a bit at this point. Peking garden has a great user friendly website for online orders which includes some awesome coupons you can apply to your order for some free items without having to dig up a code or search anywhere. They are very efficient with quick turnaround times and I also love that they have a few parking spots off Main Street so you don't have to deal with searching for one on a busy Friday night in Hudson. My go-to order is the General Gau's tofu, veggie lo mein and some veggie spring rolls. I was so excited that one, a good tofu meal was available that has good flavor and doesn't contain pork, and two that it is exactly as gooey and fried and delicious as I was hoping! I ordered takeout last night and it was awful. I did order crab ragoons which was the only thing that I ate. The crab Rangoon's were nice and crispy. The beef teriyaki was not cooked & pink in the middle. The Peking ravioli had too much dough and the filling inside was all of gristle meat. I ended up throwing away about $35 worth of Chinese food. Do yourself a favor and go to Lotus Blossom in Sudbury or lotus flower. Do not waste your money here I was extremely disappointed but wanted to support local businesses. read more

Bland Chinese food may be what local customers want, but it's neither authentic or flavorful. We ordered a "Chef's Specialty" Shanghai noodles, are typically a thin rice noodle, but in this case they were a thicker, dense noodle with no flavor. The beef with broccoli had a little more flavor in the brown sauce, and the vegetables were plentiful and still a little dense, which is the way we prefer them. The entire time that we were dining, the young child of the owners was playing a loud game on his phone while running around between tables ( for more than twenty minutes). Both parents behind the counter were busy with their phones and did NOTHING. The food here is really bad. The shrimp egg foo yong was bland. The shrimp fried rice was soy fried rice without bean sprouts, onions nor any other typical fried rice ingredients. Then they took pre-cooked shrimp and just mixed the fried rice with it. Don't waste your money here. read more

Came here twice from Clinton but wanted to stop here as the Chinese in Clinton have always been good. Pretty much the same stuff we went to everywhere, Rangoon crab, General Ko, teriyaki beef, chicken fingers, pork fried rice, chicken lo mein We went for two weeks in a row and back at the Clinton place, the kids couldn't help but Eat their food wondering what's wrong with it. We pull up it's a little ahh ? Well we went on in anyway . It was Freezing and very dingy, dirty and gross looking ? Yet we still tried ? There was not a lot to pick from and what there was ... eheheh was really GROSS , half the items were so overcooked I didn't even know what they were . I tried the dumplings which I love with the Ginger Sauce ? WHAT ???? I just can't explain what a joke this place is . I found the only Chinese restaurant in New England that gives North Carolina Chinese food a good name. When I am in New England one of my first stops is for Chinese food. It usually does not matter what Chinese restaurant I go to, all are usually head and shoulders better than any in NC. Stopped in to look at the lunch buffet. There was one unisex restroom, which was freezing, tiny, and filthy. No place to put a purse or hang a coat. The buffet is very small and almost entirely meat. One vegetable dish only. Other than that, one rice, one noodles, and about six kinds of meat. None of it looked high quality- just greasy and cheap. One very stressed staff member. If you are a meat lover, who isn't very picky about quality and just wants a big calorie load to get you through a day of manual labor, this place might suit. For anyone who wants a positive restaurant experience or a good, varied, appetizing buffet, this is not for you. REVISED REVIEW: This used to be the best Chinese food around, food was fresh and delicious. It was previously owned and run by a wonderful family, they were very nice and friendly. The quality of food has suffered under the new ownership and communication is difficult as the new owners don't speak much English.
