Robin is the best! The tomato soup and Fig pizza were amazing! The service was great!

We generally like 110 grill and think it's decent... However this specific restaurant is one of the grossest places we have eaten. Everything from the seats, tables, floor, all the way to the ceiling is grimy and dirty. Ceiling tiles missing as well. Just makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is too. Hopefully not as disgusting as the bathrooms. The waiter literally just asked us if we used the side plates with our app and when we said no, he put them back in the stack he pulled them from. Awful. Food itself wasn't good either. Never again will we come here. Good luck if you do. read more

I loved the fact that there is a specific gluten free menu that has a great variety of items that you can't get at other restaurants. It made me feel normal being able to choose something from a full menu instead of trying to figure which of the 3 GF options I would wind up with. I appreciated that they had a designated server to deliver my gluten free dish to avoid any cross contamination. I would recommend this as a restaurant for those who are gluten sensitive to visit. I chose the Hot Honey Chicken which was a pickle brined, breaded, cajun seasoned fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. The chicken was really big extending past the bun both ways showing a crispy fried exterior with a small puddle of the hot honey puddling on the plate. The first bite proved it wasn't false advertising, it was tender and juicy inside with a nice flavor of spice with a pleasing crunch from the breaded coating. I couldn't put the sandwich down, mostly because I didn't want to put my sandwich back in the puddle of honey which would have made my bun soggy but also because that chicken breast poking out at me was begging for another bite. My Boo noticed I was really into the sandwich because he said it was unusual that I wasn't devouring my fries while they were piping hot (I love hot fries). They were good too but that hot honey chicken - yum! My Boo had, from the regular, not gluten free menu, the clam chowder soup and shrimp poke bowl. He enjoyed them both and they both look very appetizing but I only had eyes for my hot honey chicken. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the food but it came out very pleasing to the eyes. The only thing I thought the restaurant could improve on is the attire of their workers. First impressions matter and though the hostess was pleasant she should have given more attention to her attire and appearance. Also, our waittress didn't offer to refill our water. Other than that we enjoyed it. When we travel back through here, I'm coming again. read more

Went in for lunch today and ordered the turkey burger slider lunch special. I asked for an upgrade to fries and the response was no upgrade and bartender just walked away. I would have gladly ordered a side of fries and paid but she wasn't interested in what I had to say. But she wasn't exactly polite to other elderly customers either at the bar so I guess it was just her demeanor. The sliders were just ok but one of the two buns were completely soaked and non edible. When I mentioned I wouldn't recommend the turkey sliders her reply was "it's popular everyone else likes it". I ate half a plate. She never asked me what the issue was or a way to fix it. This is the second bad experience at this location specifically!!! read more

Food was tasty and service was great. Only complaint was that Brussels sprouts were undercooked and too hard to eat.

We waited a little longer than normal for our food but the service was great. Cameron kept us updated and was attentive through out our dining experience. read more

Maya is the reason I keep coming back to 110 Grill. She's warm, genuine, and always makes you feel like family the second you sit down. I've been coming here for a while, and she never misses a beat--friendly conversation, great service, and seriously the best drinks. She's professional but still fun and easy to talk to. If you're lucky enough to have Maya as your bartender, you're in for a great experience every time. read more

Cameron was a great waiter! Very friendly sat an talked for a couple minutes. Great waiter

Takeout service at the Berlin location is terrible. Always forget items in order, this time it was onion strings. Also ordered grilled cheese sandwich for my son, realized it was just a cheese sandwich when we got home. read more

A really fantastic meal due to extremely hospitable and genuine kind service from our server Cameron. He is pleasant, helpful, patient and timely with his service. Thank you Cameron. read more

I stopped in for a late lunch today. So glad I did! I got salmon with apricot glaze (cooked perfectly) green beens and risotto with feta, it was outstanding! I sat at the bar, nobody was there at that hour. Bartender was friendly and prompt. I had an amazing meal at their Marlboro location too. They are especially good with allergies and gluten free options. read more

Our waiter Cameron was so attentive, kind and extremely a pleasure to have as a waiter.. he went well and beyond for his patrons! He also took time out, to have a simple conversation with us in the course of the our 4 hour stay there! As we sat there catching up with friends we dont get to see that often he made sure all our wants and needs were met! Definitely we will b back and hope to get Cameron again as our waiter read more

Another quick review. Brought a good friend that has food allergies here today. My girlfriend and I are longtime fans of 110 Grill, but hadn't been to the Berlin location in a while. My friend happened to be in the area this weekend and I suggested we go here for lunch. The wait staff is always great, but today was exceptional! Lily, our server, was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond with her very friendly demeanor and attention to detail. The food was outstanding as always. read more

This place had the typical island flare but with a touch of class. The price of the food was a little on the high side for what they offered as far as flavor, and the amount of the serving that you would get. They did not lack in presentation. Although upon walking into the building it appeared that you would need to have slacks and a collared shirt, however it was more laid-back than that but still present it the middle class upscale environment. Sitting inside was very noisy because of the large tiled space where voices echoed throughout the restaurant. I ordered the blackened tuna salad and my husband ordered a Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken. He said that the grilled chicken was not very seasoned and he was very underwhelmed with the salad. The blackened tuna was OK, nothing to rave about. The price was bigger than the taste. read more

We have now been to three different 110 Grill locations and there seems to be a common mixed bag of pluses and minuses but enough to cause us to enjoy the benefits of other worthy restaurants. First, the positives. Our most recent visit was to the location at Highland Coming in Hudson. The staff is excellent and friendly but stretched thin by the same travails all restaurants suffer... The inability to find qualified employees. The hostess was great and efficient and had us seated without reservations within ten minutes. Our server, Alexa had our meal within minutes. I gave her a solid tip. The bathrooms were clean, nicely decorated and well above average. My love had the swordfish, mashed and broccoli. She thought it was excellent. Now the minuses. I had the salmon, cajon style with roasted brussel sprouts and broccoli. The latter two were hard as rocks and inedible. I fixed them at home. The worst thing I've found at all three locations is the floor is dirty. I know it's a staffing issue but it's a cleanliness confidence issue. This is a nice location, well lit, an active bar and a dedicated clientele. It's just my standards are different. read more

Absolutely a terrible experience. Ordered two orders of medium steak tips, and they were completely well done on both orders. On top of that, it was supposed to be 12oz of meat and it looked to be about 6oz at best for a $34 entree. This was the worst experience we've had at a restaurant in years. read more

I had a fish sandwich from the specials menu. Seriously great lunch! Onion rings were great; super thin and coated with corn meal. Great service; Excellent lunch! read more

We live close by and very much want to like 110 grill, but it's almost always a disappointment, although this is by far the worst experience yet. $16.50 for the tuna appetizer and I received a box of hacked up low quality tuna chunks with no sauces or garnishes. The Cyprus salad which usually has a nice red wine vinegar dressing came today instead with some sort of sweet orange dressing that tasted like it was out of a bottle vs. homemade and the salad itself was a few large, soaking wet pieces of iceberg lettuce and and some limp arugula. I guess we'll try again in 6 months. Maybe next time we'll get lucky and receive edible food. read more

Disappointed with the food. Had the calamari which was decent. The hot honey sandwich was sub par and thought that there was a little too much honey. Split both the sandwich as well as the salmon, less flavorful than expected. Service did their job and food came on time. Quiet place as well. read more

I like their fries. Drinks? Meh. Food is ok if you like chain-y type meals. A step up from Applebees you can get something edible. Appetizers and a beer (I don't drink beer) in a clean ambiance. My life is too short for chain-y type places so I only visit if someone is celebrating something and this is the place they choose (my millennial chickadees). read more

Move the employee smoking area! Good food can really really be ruined by cigarette smoke... The wind was blowing smoke from the employee smoking area and boy, was it awful. My waiter was nice enough to talk to the employee out there, who proceeded to not budge. The manager didn't give me much confidence that you're not going to have the same experience... As if the traffic noise and smell wasn't enough, but hey, they can't fix that. read more

I got off a plane and unfortunately came directly to my hotel in Westborough, MA where there is nothing within walking distance. SO I order Ubereats for the first time and picked comfort food - Grilled Cheese and tomato soup. Nothing special about the soup and the grilled cheese was sh!t. Bread barely 'toasted' - cheese wasn't even melted. And this isn't like some cheap american or cheddar cheese sandwich. This is one of those places that wants to make it 'Fancy' and charge a STUPID amount, but can't even get the basics down. Maybe I'm not being fare b/c I'm hangry now, but come on! It's a feakin grilled cheese and soup... how hard is it to notice the cheese isn't even melted. What a waste! read more

My first time at 110 Grill with a small group of women for a reunion type dinner. I ordered their Pom-Berry Sangria which was very tasty and enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and seating was comfortable. For my meal I ordered their 110 Chicken Caprese, a crispy fried chicken breast topped with pesto, mozzarella and roasted mini tomatoes served with a salad with a balsamic sauce. I really enjoyed this dish and would recommend it highly. Price is reasonable, one thing we went on a Monday night and the place was not that busy and the service was slow. Therefore for my not giving it five stars. But overall I would recommend trying 110 Grill if you're not in a rush and enjoy your meal and company. read more

Wide variety of food to choose from at good local chain in nice upscale setting with full bar, good beer selection, and excellent track record of allergy accommodation, hiring friendly attentive staff, and doing a decent job of keeping up with the crowds. Lots of good food keeps us coming back for more anytime we are in town, regardless of the group we are with. read more
