I had to pack it back up, leave the office, and drive back to the restaurant. I showed them the fly, and they were apologetic, but only offered to remake my meal OR give me a refund. Given that I was very hungry and didn't have much of my lunch hour left, I told them to remake it. I dis tell them that I felt they should give me a refund and remake the meal, but they said that they could not do that. I had to sit and wait for them to make me new food, and the only other thing they were willing to do for me was give me an iced coffee (which, for the record, was disgusting).
