The food at China Kitchen is fairly priced and really good. The chicken with broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lomein and spare ribs are always tasty. The service is good and the dishes are always made quickly. We usually get our food to go but you can also eat at one of the booths inside the restaurant. Stop by and get yourself some awesome Chinese food today.

This is the place to go to if you want the real deal!!! Chinese takeout is authentic. The service is good too; they're quick and the food is ready by the time I pick it up. The place is small and not ideal to eat in, but there's still room if you want to.

Jalepeno Chicken with Lo Mein

Whole in the wall with good fresh food!! Usually get the Jalapeño Chicken with chicken Lo Mein!

I honestly LOVE this restaurant for so many reasons. This is the first and only Chinese restaurant that I've seen offer PORTION sizes. Most things you can get as a small, medium, or large order, others small or medium. Examples. Chicken friend rice you can order as a S, M, or L. If you ordered the Mongolian Beef you can order the S or L portion size. What a GENIUS idea. Women never eat their leftovers, at least my friends and I don't lol. Wasting money, on food you don't eat, does NOT make sense. The Mongolian beef was exceptionally great in flavor. It comes with a large order of white rice. The chicken fried rice tasted good, yet needed to be more "fried" Some of the onions weren't fried on the oil so it just looked like sliced onions thrown in it. The Cheese Wontons are a must have. They're HUGE, comes 8 to an order, and are 6.95! Such a great deal! This place is very decent on their prices and the food is amazing. The lady that gave me my order was sweet. It was clean and you can tell they had a lot of extra orders they were working on! Gotta love good Chinese food and great prices! It's a little rough on the outside, but the inside is extremely clean and cute.

Been eating here for 1 year now and I always have good things to say about this place. Order the orange chicken with lo mein was delicious and the orange chicken was crispy and very tasteful and this place gives you big portions I can never eat it all but I'll definitely keep coming back

Great tasting Chinese take out at great prices, and their portions are huuuugggeeeeee. You definitely get your money's worth here. Only downside is they don't accept Discover credit cards, but other than that you should be good to go if you have other cards or pay in cash.

This little hole in the wall has an app! Okay that's amazing because their food is awesome too. We order from here a ton and pick up. It's always hot, ready and right. Apple map says it's by Little Caesar's but it's on the other side of the shopping center so there is plenty of parking. We usually get house special fried rice, boneless pork and sweet and sour pork. Fried rice is always full of all kinds of meat. It's a really nice mix. The devein (or I call the poo poo trail) the shrimp too. Major yay there. Husband is always happy with the sweet and sour pork. They are very generous with the sauce. Boneless pork is made to perfection. Ug just thinking about it makes me want it.

One thing that was consistent about this place was every dish being consistently bad. We started with the garlic wings, which were incredibly underwhelming. Tiny, with barely any meat, and the flavor? Not buttery, not garlicky, just bland. The fries were actually the best part of that dish, and even those were forgettable. Their snails with salted egg yolk were a huge letdown. The flavor was strangely reminiscent of mashed potatoes...no cheesy richness, just an odd texture that made it hard to finish. The tamarind eggs were just sour, and not in a good way. No balance, no depth. I couldn't even force myself to finish that one. The only halfway decent thing was the soft bread they served on the side...and that should never be the highlight at a seafood spot. Usually, I can find at least one dish I enjoy, but this was consistently disappointing across the board. The service was friendly, which earns them a second star, even though they messed up part of our order. Houston has way too many great spots to waste a meal here. They need a new chef...

Almost like "dirty crawfish". After 1 bite I didn't finish them. The sauce was very good. I gave it 3 stars because I went in with 3 other people and what they had was tasty. I'm going to try other items- when we return. Maybe they are still working the bugs out. Went today again and tried the Phillycheese steak loaded and Egg-rolls ... absolutely fabulous!!

The staff does not fully understand what the menu items come with and thinks that everything is the boil sauce. I order the garlic noodle box with extra garlic sauce. When my food came out it was covered in the ohh la la boil sauce. When I explained that the sauce that usually is with it is clear not red, she said this is what they use. I said it doesn't look like the photo on the board, her response was bc I asked for extra. I said extra does not mean change the type. She then just looked at me. I asked for a remake so it's like the photo. It seems that they rinsed off the noodles bc they were cold and thru the smoked sausage that I bit off and egg that I bit and placed it on top and smothered more red sauce on it! This is the last time, and I will not be bringing my family and friends or suggesting this place to anyone.

It def took us out of our element, but we can appreciate the positive energy. As for the food, I got their signature Krav'n fried rice in the spicy level-- while I thought it was a good level of spice, my friends thought it was too spicy. I'm a bit of a spice freak though so it's hard for me to find something that really makes me sweat. I think the flavor overall was pretty good albeit it needed more salt imo. I find that their signature kravin sauce to be a little too thick (like a gravy texture) and heavy to be incorporated into the fried rice-- because of that texture, it made the fried rice soggy. However, the garlic butter mussels (seafood boil) they offered was delicious and the portion sizes over all (for all the food) were generous for the price. The fried catfish was pretty standard and didn't stray away from what I expected from a Cajun place. It is nice to find a local Viet Cajun restaurant nearby so I would def come back to try their crawfish and other seafood boils. I wouldn't get their kravin fried rice again and would opt in for a different flavor. Overall the experience was interesting and the staff was kind.

The types of flavors that they have get you excited like "garlic jalapeño" but it's a let down with the flavor profile. Everything comes out fresh, I'll give them that but the flavors are just O.K. We even tried the fried rice étouffée, nothing that wowed us. The fried shrimp even though it was butterflied it had the shrimp poop in some of the pieces. Which shows inconsistency. The inside of the establishment was clean and open. This is a one and done for us.
