At first, I thought the flavor was a bit lacking until I realized I didn't mix in the sauce well enough. The addition of the veggies gave a good crunch break in between bites of pork belly and rice. I did wish that the cucumbers were more pickled though. The noodle dish was too springy and chewy for my liking. The flavors were strong but my mouth was tired after going through half the bowl. The meat was more tender and easier to chew than the noodles. Overall, I would put this place in between a 3 and a 4 star but I'll round it up to a 4. The pork belly rice is good enough for me to come back to. At first, I thought the prices were pretty expensive until I was rounding out my meal. I could split the pork belly rice with my wife as a light lunch and still be full. I'll be back for other stuff on the menu too.
