Pasadena Noodle and Grill is located at 2335 East Colorado Boulevard Suite #110 Pasadena, California. This is a small friendly Vietnamese Restaurant located in Pasadena Plaza. It is situated parallel to Sierra Madre Boulevard, with other boutique stores and food establishments, this is a large complex which includes Von's as the primary foundation store. When I was there, they had a menu on a stand located outside the entrance. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello and guided to the customer service counter by the aroma of food cooking in the kitchen. I explained that I needed help ordering, as there were so many items to choose from. I explained that I'd like to try some of their most popular items. I was given a lot of options by two staff members. I believe their names were Emily and Heidi working on the computer. I decided to order five items. I knew it was too much to eat but there was a holiday coming up and I wanted to have extra food that would be easy to warm up. 1 x#95.charbroiled Pork Sw - #95. BÁNH MÌ THĮT 1 x C-fried Ckn Wing - C- CÁNH GÀ CHIÊN (7pcs) 1 x #1.house Pho (large) - #1.PHO DAC BIEŤ (Lón) 1 x #17.charbr Ckn WIrice -#17.CƠM GÀ NƯỚNG 1 x S.spring Roll -S-GOICUON(3) I was extremely pleased by the way that they packed up my items. It made it very easy for me to carry while walking. Items were packed individually, making it easy to put together the different dishes when I got home. The pork sandwich was very good. I enjoyed the fresh greens as well as the tender pork. The spring rolls were a salad wrapped in rice paper. Plenty of fresh greens and vegetables with an enjoyable House made dipping sauce. Just a secret that you should know ahead of time: these are not small spring rolls. Each spring roll is almost a complete meal. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly and the spicy greens surrounding them made it a perfect combination. The House Special Soup #1 was a great combination of a flavorful broth with perfectly cooked meat. This is definitely an enjoyable a dining experience. I was very happy that I had ordered it spicy. The flavors and the spice of the broth were a perfect accompaniment to the meat sprouts and greens that were added. The #17 the char-broiled chicken and rice was a perfect combination. The chicken pieces were filled with flavor. Great combination with the rice and the additional sauces. I added some sriracha from one of the packets to give it a little bit more kick for me. Next time I will order it extra spicy. Very impressed with Pasadena Noodle and Grill , there are plenty of other items that I was interested in trying, so I look forward to coming back to experience other items on their extensive menu. I even look forward to mixing and matching the items that I bring home with the different flavors and ingredients, since all of them are fresh and flavorful. Variety, quality, and friendly service. A perfect combination for a great dining experience! read more

This Bahn Mi Beef was awesome. It has so much flavor and was so good and for $10.50 that's also good. I would definitely go back for more and recommend this to everyone. read more

Pasadena Noodle & Grill - Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Pasadena, California

Pretty decent pho place in Pasadena that the family and I visit often. Interior is spacious and decorated well. We are always immediately greeted and seated upon entering. Like most pho places, service is quick and food comes out fast. The menu is pretty extensive but there is something for everyone. They even have a vegetarian section for those who have a different diet. read more

I'm back! And yes, the food is always good here! So many pho choices all served piping hot! It's a small, busy restaurant, clean and the service is quick. The staff are friendly and efficient. Their banh mi and vermicelli dishes are my back-up orders when I'm not in the mood for pho. Grab a smoothie with optional boba while you're here. They're thick, creamy, and not too sweet. Highly recommend this place! I'm never disappointed. read more

Came here on a Saturday night and food was so amazing! There's plenty of seating in the restaurant and seemed clean. Server was very attentive with our waters. We ordered the egg rolls which complimented our pho really well. One order comes with five egg rolls and I loved how it was warm, freshly fried. I also ordered the steak, flank, and tendon pho. The meat and noodle portion was great for a regular size although I did feel like there could've been more tendon. I'm so happy that I found an authentic pho restaurant nearby. Highly recommend! read more

This location is quite alright. The food here is mediocre while the service is also okay. The ambiance is very chill and the atmosphere can be stuffy without much circulation. I would recommend getting the pho as that entree is generally the most ordered and tastiest. The portions are also okay. read more

This place feels a bit like a scam. The food is decent, but they automatically give you the large size and charge you for it, even when you don't order it. You have to be very specific about wanting the regular size. I've been here a number of times and kept wondering why I was spending so much, especially since I always want a smaller portion and never order large. Today I paid closer attention to what I was ordering versus what I was being charged. Sure enough, I ordered a regular size, received what I thought was regular, but was charged the higher price. When I pushed back, they said they would make it right next time, but I insisted they fix the current check to reflect what I actually ordered. read more

I've eaten here a few times out of convenience, and was mostly mediocre experiences not worth writing a review about. It's noticeably been on a decline over the past year or so, but tonight was too egregious a ripoff to remain silent! Ordered pho tai and "upgraded" to a "large" bowl for a +$2.50 up charge. What I got was nothing more than a somewhat larger volume bowl with perhaps more soup but maybe a few bites shy of an average serving of noodles and literally 3-4 slices of "rare beef"! $18.91 before tip is such a ripoff for a poorly executed optical illusion. read more

$15.93 after tax for a large house special beef pho! The beef pho had a clear broth and there was a good amount of meat; wished there was more tripe and tendon inside. The noodles are slightly firm and thus the right texture (for me). Left the place smelling like pho. No wait on a Saturday afternoon. Service was quick and the noodles came out in less than 10 min after putting the order in! read more

Really good restaurant chill relaxing . Will come back . Big portions ambient service and atmosphere .

I got a plain pho and egg rolls. It was delicious and affordable! This place was recommended to me by my mom, and it did not disappoint. I'll be back! read more

This review is for delivery only. We ordered the chicken vermicelli plate, spring rolls, meatball pho, and a natural strawberry shake. I was surprised at the high Uber Eats price, but that's just the cost of delivery in 2025. The food was bountiful however, and probably could have served 4 people. I especially recommend the chicken vermicelli plate. It was about half veggies, and they were very fresh and flavorful. They perfectly balanced the noodles and lemongrass chicken. The strawberry shake was refreshing and all fruit. Also recommend. We had too much food to try the spring rolls. That will be another full meal for someone. We haven't had the best luck with other Vietnamese delivery places in Pasadena, and we were really happy to have this local option. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, We asked for the food to go upon receiving it since they took 30 minutes for our food to be ready. We decided to sit down and eat at this table. We were waiting at. They had zero people sitting down in 20 empty tables. We did not think it would be a big deal but as soon as we opened up our containers to eat, they asked us to leave because if we ordered to go, we needed to take it to go. Very rude and disrespectful. It was just two of us there we did not make any mass or noise while we sat down and for them to ask a pain customer to leave just because they didn't order their food to dine in is horrible. I've never been treated this way at a restaurant before first and last time I will ever be dining at this restaurant. I may add their food is horrible and their restaurant is very dirty and sticky tables. read more
