Well this was a treat. I have been looking for some good fine dining options in my area for a while and Chimney Park did not disappoint. Let me just start by saying the bartender was amazing and knew his wines. Great selection that paired well with my meal. Everything i had was tasty, i've never had a thick cut duck breast before but it was fantastic. The crab cakes were good but a little overpriced for what you get in my opinion, i would skip them next time. For two years I have been dining at this Beautiful Amazing tasty place. I can't believe I have not written about it yet. I am a huge foodie. This place is so freaking amazing I cry every time I eat here. Tears of joy. Get the chefs tasting menu. Understand things cost money and this is well worth it. From the service to the food to the set up, it is all so worth it. You can pair the tasting menu as well. For those of you low on cash, don't forget to tip but also, the happy hour is decadent and affordable. They have wonderful holiday menus, wine selections, deserts, and the ambience is spot on. I've wanted to try this place for awhile. I so want NoCo to have some fine dining, alas I am so far let down. Tonight we went to Chimney Park, we were greeted by a confused hostess that didn't know if we were even able to get a drink at the bar. She ran back to ask and came back to tell us that the bar was all she could offer... exactly what we requested. We accepted and were sat. The server was attentive and friendly and informed us we were welcome to order dinner if we desired. We ordered the ricotta cheese gnudi, lobster bisque, scallops, ribeye, and cheesecake . None were bad except the cheescake... the Gnudi was lackluster, edible but not notable and generally lacking substance ,complementary flavors or lasting impressions. Lobster bisque was suggested by our server, she said it was the best she'd ever had but I found it bland and watery as other reviewers have said. I asked our server for her recommendation of her favorite main. She recommended the surf and turf which is by far the most expensive, when pressed she said she doesn't eat lobster and would actually opt for the scallops. To be honest the scallops were the only thing on the menus worth a damn. The peppers complemented and balanced the flavors and I was not dissatisfied in anything besides the portion size. The ribeye was ok, I was shocked that there was a thermometer hole at this price point. Texas Roadhouse is better for less money. The cheescake is obviously not made in-house and was too salty which the staff blamed on the Carmel sauce... if you know why are you still doing it? Overall I was so underwhelmed, for $300 for two we will not be back! read more

Fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. Exceptional food and service by our waitress Alexa. Best duck I've ever had. Drinks were also very good. Made reservations for my husband's birthday and our anniversary ​first off I had to remind the waitress of my husband's birthday even though I let the restaurant know when I made the reservation. Second I am unsure if they got a new chef but a year ago we came and had the chefs tasting menu and it was delicious. This time none of the food brought out was very good. We went to Chimney Park for my parents 50th Anniversary. It was Amazing! We had 7 in our party and Jason the owner was incredibly accommodating in helping us get a reservation. We had a great round table in the corner and felt like we had the room to ourselves even though we were in the main dining room. The restaurant is beautiful, the music was at a great volume so we could hear each other speak without having to yell. My father normally struggles to hear at restaurants with music and a lot of background noise but had no problems which he was so thankful he could be part of the conversation. The staff from the hostess to our many waitstaff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond. Our drinks were never empty and we ordered a bottle of wine which they didn't have so they brought us another recommended bottle and matched the pricing. We ordered 3 appetizers to share, grilled Spanish octopus, crab cakes and the ricotta gnudi (it's like a ravioli/dumpling) and all were fantastic. The favorite of the table was the octopus. It was perfectly cooked and not chewy/rubbery with a grilled lemon flavor- highly recommend to try it. Entrees we did a la carte. I had the scallops and they were perfectly cooked and soooo good!!! I tried the pork tenderloin, Bison Steak, New York Strip and the Fish and not a single one dish was disappointing and I would eat any of them. All were incredible!!! Deserts we had the creme brûlée, a chocolate (chefs whim) desert, the floating island (lemon meringue/sugar cookie/tarts) and again they were all amazing! Overall this was a 12/10 experience from start to finish. We have now declared Chimney Park as my parents anniversary dinner tradition and I plan on going more than that. And the best part about it all is for how great it was it didn't break the pocket book. If you are considering going here do not hesitate as I guarantee you will be pleased. This is the premier way to enjoy this place. I must say, though, I have had equally satisfying meals here when I just want a first, a salad, and a dessert. I'm not sure where to even start with how good this restaurant is. The space is intermittent and unique. You will feel as though the restaurant itself is serving just you and your guests. The service and attention to detail is second to none. Be sure to make a reservation as it may be difficult to get in without one. I have been here on many occasions and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the chef's tasting menu which includes a series of courses ending in desert. Chef Jason is an extraordinary chef and knows how to pair the local flavors with high-end cooking. If I could afford to eat here more often, every day, I would! The menu is ever-changing with the season and the variety of options are always top notch. They even have vegetarian options that will appease even the most discriminating pallets. From start to finish the experience here is lovely. Food was good, but for the price point have had a lot better. Very nice atmosphere. Do not show up In street clothes, you will be judged. Every restaurant in downtown was on wait so we decided to dine here. We were not dressed to par for the restaurant (we were in board shorts, vans and a hats). Wait staff blew us off for the most part until they realized what vehicles were ours out front (Porsche and Mercedes). I get it's an upscale restaurant that a lot of people in the area go to for big milestones, for us it was the only place that could seat us right away. At the end of the day a paying customer should be treated like a paying customer and not by what clothes they're wearing and assume if they walk into your establishment they have already looked at the menu/prices. (This was a year and a half ago pre COVID, things hopefully have changed) read more

12 years ago was about when we tried this place. We ordered the scallop appetizer and got one scallop for $20.00 or so. Then the entree' was tiny and looked pretty but was undercooked. This was the best meal I have had in Greeley/Winsdor. Foie Gras on Brioche was decadent. Charred Spanish Octopus was tender and seasoned with an outstanding herb gremolata. Pan Roasted Duck Breast was crispy on the outside and a medium rare on the inside; Madeira Sauce provided the right balance of sweetness. Seared Cobia was perfection, with crisp skin and accompanied by perfectly roasted fingerling potatoes. The New England Sea Scallops with Corn "Succotash" were a bit over-salted, but cooked perfectly. Lemon Meringue Ice Box Cake was a great way to finish off the meal. Service was attentive and the interior beautiful. Will be going back...soon. read more
