I Highly recommend if you are vegan. Delicious food! Five stars. Excellent service! The only thing I can sweetly suggest and hope this place changes, is the fact they use it as more of a coffee/ Internet spot which deters a lot of us who just want to come for the dining experience. ;) For example when guests come in to actually eat you are sometimes waiting for a table that is taken by someone who is NOT eating but just using chimera for free internet. ;) So I definitely recommend calling and reserving a spot. loved this, loved the sense of history you get, knowing the extensive history of the Chimaera. It's really quite lovely as the sun sets. We were there off-season so not at all crowded. I read below that at times people are BBQing marshmallows and sausages--we didn't think to do that or might have! I'd be a little careful with smaller children--after all, there are open flames all over the place! But also you'll have to carry them when they get tired, which will not be so fun. Come here if you LOVE coffee! When you love coffee, you know you don't usually find coffee with exceptional coffee flavor. But the coffee here is really really really good! Brewed almost every way you could want. Had a macchiato, and enjoyed it so much, I got the cold brew to go. I'm sad I'm only in Tulsa for the weekend... the menu looks really good, too. Chimera is the new Middle Path Cafe. Wonderfully Healthy with a full bar back if you are in the mood for a libation that can have a healthy slant too. Their menu items of all things green, fresh and grainy (and meaty if you choose)are perfectly prepared and presented. I think I tasted coconut oil in their dreamy gravy. It worked. Their food is as beautiful to look at as it tastes. You can't help but follow longingly every plate that floats out of the kitchen and lands in front of some salivating hipster. I loved the vinyl brunch - eating fresh, healthy breakfast on a Sunday was made even more refreshing by listening to great music. I've never been there at night, but the amount of board games in the corner told me that it is probably an entertaining place to go for a drink and games with friends. I enjoyed the hipster ambiance. The food and coffee was delicious. Service was slightly slow, but on the day I went I was not in a hurry and didn't notice it as an issue. Highly recommend! read more

I'm new to Yelp and new to Tulsa, but this place is good! Really F'ing good! I had the San Diego Club for lunch a couple days ago and it was fantastic. The thick slices of bacon and avocado just hit the spot! Highly recommended and I'll be going back in soon to try something new...or do I just stick with the club? It's seriously so good. I got the hummus as a side and it wasn't the BEST hummus I've had, but it's up there. Restaurant clean, staff looked clean - great place. 5 STARS! read more

Coffee? Yes! Breakfast tacos? Yes! Lunch? Yes! Drinks? Ok you get the point. When I first moved here I thought it was just a really cool coffee spot. I slowly started being introduced to everything they offer, and now I can't get enough. The coffee is outstanding, the breakfast food is incredible, and everything else they offer is great! Great food. They have some really good vegan options but don't let that throw you off if you like meat. Even if you go for the sandwiches with bacon it is perfectly cooked every time. The prices are a bit high, but they try to make sure everything has a little extra effort put into it - even the water. It also seems like a place that is probably (hopefully) paying their staff a decent wage so that is a tough call on the prices. read more

It can be difficult to find places in Tulsa that offer a lot of vegan variety (other than salads), so I really enjoyed dinner here over the weekend. I was able to ride the trolley downtown from our parking place to Chimera, and we hopped back on afterwards. The adzuki strips added to some of the entrees is delicious! Came into this spot because I was absolutely starving. I ordered three different appetizers before even looking at the entrees. I was impressed by all of them. I also ordered a signature cocktail which was delicious. Definitely a great place for drinks and appetizers. You can come here by yourself or come here with friends. Placed a large order for whole office. Delivery driver offered to help take it to our breakroom so I didn't have to lug it all myself. Food was all labeled with everyone's name and delivered hot because it was kept in an insulated carrier. Love this delivery service. This villa was a perfect getaway. Set back from the main road, it is quiet and peaceful, yet easy access to the awesome restaurants, cafes and boutiques on the main road. Yummmy!!! I like the mexican vanilla with almonds. It's the best treat. 1 scoop is the perfect size. It's bigger than I expected and every bite was delicious! It was neat when my ice cream scooper was throwing my ice cream around in the air and catching it in the cone before handing it to me. If you haven't been here, go NOW! read more

The queue was a little chaotic, but it sorted itself out, and when it did the choice was worth the wait. Well labelled in both English and Polish the staff were happy to explain what was in any if the choices, and all seemed excellent. Help yourself to baked potatoes from the fire and you'll have a hearty, healthy meal. read more

At the end of every meal, I like to wind down my night with a coffee. Surprisingly, this place always brews my coffee fresh. Which a lot of places don't do. And I get a desert to pair with it nicely.
