As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted and seated in a both which we prefer in a nice quiet area of the restaurant! A couple minutes later the waitress came by for our drink order which is unbelievable! We decided to order the three for 1099 and we're not disappointed at all. Who doesn't love an excellent triple dipper and a Yap session?!? I used to dislike chilis growing up, but after seeing a lot of positive content on TikTok, I decided to give them another try. I was surprised to find that the restaurant's interior looked the same as it did years ago, with the only noticeable changes being to the menu. When I visited, my friends and I were seated in the bar section and received decent service. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. I ordered chips and salsa, a Chili's staple. I enjoyed the triple dipper for my meal, which included southwest eggrolls, chipotle honey tenders, and mozzarella sticks. The southwest eggrolls were my favorite, followed closely by the chipotle tenders. The mozzarella sticks were hot and had a great cheese pull. Today I wanted to have lunch with my cousin for my birthday. Chili's is affordable, clean and the service friendly. They were running a lunch special and it was so good. The good was hot, seasoned well and timely. We were seated in the bar area and not only was our mixologist our waiter he did both with friendly and fast service. He knew the menu front and back. Had the opportunity to go to this location today. Was seated at table with bench and chairs at my request. Friend was handicapped. Needed space. Server got our order. Had nachos and beer. Then ordered. Got food. Last time saw server. Wanted to split bill. One with card other with cash. Waited 45 mins for server to come and check on us. Finally came and to save time put it all on card. Was not happy to do this as i didnt want to wait any longer . Think this server should be terminated. I know there was only 2 people while all his other tables had more people. Chili's on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills, FL. I been at other Chili's over the years and this one compares with other family restaurants. The dinner I ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. I enjoy their Mexican food and Old Timer with Cheese burger. The service is where I had my problem. My server was obviously very busy however the restaurant had few customers. She took my order and someone else brought my beverage, then another brought my salad, then another brought my dinner. I understand about teamwork however brining the food and leaving immediately without checking if it was correct or any problems with the order was never addressed. Yes, I will return there for the food, but will have to tolerate the service. Oh, and the ambiance? Like every other Chili's or basic restaurant. Don't expect gourmet. read more

This Chili's is always a solid choice for a casual night out or grabbing lunch with friends. Every time I've visited, the hosts and waitstaff are always exceptionally friendly. They always make us feel very welcome. One of my favorite parts of eating here is how the smell of your food always hits you before the plate even makes it to the table. Doesn't matter if it's the fajitas sizzling their way over, or the spicy smell of the buffalo wings, the food always smells amazing on its way to the table. Really gets your mouth watering. That said, the water here sometimes tastes a little bit off. There's a faint metallic aftertaste that's hard to ignore. It's not a deal-breaker, but if you're sensitive to it like I am, maybe stick to a soda or iced tea instead. One thing I have to bring up though, is the tragic loss of the 2 for $25 deal. I know it's been gone for a while, but I can't help but mourn its loss. Where else could you get an appetizer AND two entrees for such a steal? (Chili's, if you're reading this, consider bringing it back. Please. I would love you forever.) All in all, the food is consistently pretty good, and the staff makes the experience enjoyable. We had a great experience at this Chili's in Zephyrhills. It's our tradition to go here after the Savage race in Dade City and they always take great care of us. I had the blackberry margarita, that was heavenly. I had something a little healthy after running the race. I had the 6 oz. Classic Sirloin with Grilled Avocado: Seasoned and topped with spicy citrus-chile sauce, grilled avocado slices, cilantro & pico. Served with roasted asparagus. It was a delicious and healthy option and I'm so glad that I ordered it. The steak was perfectly cooked and the grilled avocado was a great addition. Yeah, Chili's is typical food to get. Going out to eat and driving by to find a random restaurant someone will eventually pick out and you get 5-7/10 food. Chili's is one of those places. It's good, many choices on the menu if you want variety. Alfredo pasta is amazing. Water tastes terrible. Servers are aware of that as I've stated it's bad before and they just brushed it off with a "Yeah, I know." Place is dimly lit. Has a full bar which is great if you like sweetened sodas such as cherry and coke or cherry and sprite. Or if you just like alcohol. The one star is not for chilies but for the bartender Kevin who was working sat night. I am a regular and sit at the bar. I also have been in the hospitality business for many years. I also run a bar and food establishment in zephyrhills. Never have I seen so many health violations and poor customer service as I did tonight. I witnessed him putting his fingers inside of margaritas containers while making drinks and grabbing ice off the top of a margaritas glass. I poitined this out to Ashley When it happened. I placed money on the bar to pay my bill and waited 20 minutes to recognize that it was there. I know it was busy in the restaurant but bar patrons should not have to wait this long. This is unacceptable in the food business. If he is not replaced I will not be coming on a Saturday again. I have been coming there for over 15 years and have never had such bad service. Great food and service! Stopped here on the way home from the Renaissance Festival in Dade City. The nachos are out of this world. Got them without the beef. Fried pickles and onions petals were great. The veggie fajitas were amazing as well. Our server was professional and attentive. Chili's is a good choice if you're stopping by a chain restaurant. After being kept waiting I got the bartenders attention who kindly went and asked the manager if we could be served as it was only 11 minutes past 10pm. He refused us service without even deigning us with his presence or offering an apology or explanation. So anyone planning on going... remember closing time is really 10pm, so plan your evening accordingly. Super accommodating! Held my mother's birthday party there on February 7th. Made arrangements for 20 people. Called weeks ahead and then double-checked days before. No problems. Some of us arrived early and the tables were already set up. They allowed us to set up early and stored the cake in the back for us. The manager "A.J." And our waitress "Amber" were very attentive and helpful before, during and after the event. Our food and drinks arrived in a timely fashion and were delicious. Chilis took great care of us. tonight i ordered a carne asada dinner. the soup was good and the rice and beans were as expected but the meat was terrible. besides the fact that it was cold, it was also mostly raw and so tough and full of gristle as to be unchewable. regrettably it was take out so i could not send it back. i feel like i definitely did not get my moneys worth tonight read more

I thought about giving two stars but Chili's scored one extra for adding Mango-Chile Tilapia and Mango-Chile Chicken to their 2 for $20 menu. Normally I'm stuck with the Cajun Chicken Pasta which comes with enough cholesterol for two people and zero vegetables. I was pleased with the new choices (including the new flat breads) but don't really understand where they're going with the pizzas. This ain't Papa Johns. To the suprise of no one we ordered chips and salsa as our appetizer. Then Mango-Chile Tilapia and Margherita-Lime Chicken for our entrees. My husband enjoyed his Chicken and my Tilapia was surprisingly tasty, covered in mangos, pico de gallo and avocado with mango-chile sauce. It was just the right amount of flaky, sweet, spicy and salty for me. I was bummed though because the dish was served on a rectangle plate with my sweet potato fries in the middle so I couldn't mix my fish and rice easily. Also the fries were extra salty and overdone. The only problem we had was finding a parking space and a table. The wait was long so we sneaked into the bar room where a vacant table was located. The food, served on a hot iron plate, was worth the wait. Service by Heavon was outstanding, considering the place was packed and the wait staff was overburdened.
