I order through Uber Eats, and the receipt clearly shows the additional sauces as paid items that should be included with the order. Having this happen once would be understandable, but four times in a row is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially when I'm being charged for items I'm not receiving. I've enjoyed ordering from here, but after repeatedly having the same issue, I'll unfortunately have to stop ordering if this continues.

Not a bad seat in the whole place to be honest. The wife and I shared the appetizer trio. Burgers, mozzarella sticks, and boneless wings with a side order of the bang bang shrimp. All of it was super fresh and quick to come out. We also spoiled ourselves with a few shots before happy hour ended. Staff was great! Came around often and helped us make our choice on shots as they were short on a few things but could make a play on drink as a substitute. Cant wait for the season to officially start and watch so football at this establishment!

The lager was solid, so I stuck with it. For food, I ordered the Louisiana platter. The fish, shrimp, hush puppies, and fries were all good and hit the spot. The only thing I didn't really care for was the crawfish étouffée, but everything else was enjoyable. Overall, a solid experience. I'll definitely be back, maybe even for a nightcap or two.

First visit... Finally! This place is hidden way back by the sports complex. They have a lot of…read moreadult beverages to choose from including hard liquor. For example they offer three different kinds of vodka with Tito's being one of them. It's on the fourth floor of the hotel with a view of the western sky for sunsets along with the sports fields. We kiddingly said parents could sit up here with alcohol in hand and cheer on their kids way below on the field. Seating: inside they have bar seating with about seven chairs. There is a single TV at the far left of the bar (see pic), so this is not ideal to watch sports on TV. No sound or closed caption. Outside it is just plain hot this time of year until the sun goes down. They have fans but for some reason they weren't on and the temp was 95. There were a couple people sitting outside but they didn't last long. Around sunset I'm sure this is the place to be. There are multiple sofas and areas to sit outside. Also a large Jenga stacking block game is available to play. There are at least two larger TVs outside. The parking lot indicates parking should be paid for. There are numerous signs with giant QR codes to do this. Since we were only there for an hour to grab a single drink we didn't pay for parking. When there are large tournaments going on at the neighboring sports complex I'm sure the hotel does a better job at patrolling who parks at the hotel and maybe then expects parking to be paid for. Drinks: happy hour is from 5p (when they open) to 7p. There is no happy hour menu (this would be a suggestion to make things easier on both the bartender and the customer). We were there at happy hour so took advantage of $8 white sangria and $8 cranberry with house vodka. They also give 10% off to locals. They normally have cards they provide for future use, but the bartender indicated they ran out and were on order. Food: There is a few food choices, including a smash burger and appetizers. They also had a couple cake slices on special. We didn't eat so can't speak to quality or time before ready. Service was average. There was only one bartender at 5:30p on a Wednesday with no sports going on at the complex. We got our drinks fairly quickly. They were tasty but served in small cocktail glasses and not much alcohol. For happy hour discounted pricing this is commonplace. I will be back to try it again, hopefully for a sunset this time!

Our waitress & waiter in training couldn't have been more kind, accommodating and made mom feel so special (thank you!). In to the food - We started with the fish spread - nice presentation w cucumber slices, chips and pita wedges. Mom's caesar salad w grilled chicken was lovely and very flavorful. The onion soup was also very nice. Unfortunately after our waitress assured us the lobster rolls were delicious, with large pieces of lobster and hand shucked we went for it - but instead we got a brioche roll barely half filled with dry scraps of lobster (see pic). We didn't want to say anything to distract from Mom's day but for $36 each we expected much more. Hate leaving a negative review as we were really looking forward to the reopening but this was a huge let down.

We went last night for Wednesday Wing night. My wife had the wings, but I opted for the blackened fish BLT with coleslaw, which was fantastic. They also offer the fish fried or broiled, with fries on the side. I started with the seafood chowder, which is rich, thick, and amazing. We were also there last Friday for their Prime Rib special--my absolute favorite!!!--which is available Fridays and Saturdays from 4 PM to close. For dessert, my wife enjoyed the Key Lime pie, and I devoured the brownie with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and an ample helping of whipped cream. For the second time in three weeks, we had Alexis as our server. She is incredible and seems to anticipate everything we need, right on time. Alas, she can't be there 24/7 but I am pleased to report Ukulele Brand's was astute! They hired and trained other attentive personnel as well. Although we sat inside for dinner this time, we usually prefer the outdoor seating. They have great fans and tarps, so you can comfortably enjoy the breeze even during afternoon rainstorms. They also host open mic nights on Tuesdays and live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Conveniently located on Land O' Lakes Boulevard (aka US 41) between SR 54 and SR 52, they have plenty of parking by both the main entrance and in the back.
