It's a nice bar. Great cold beer and good friends. And a place to be and people are friendly

Fair Place that was uninspiring and relatively normal. Nothing really to brag about in anyway.

If your into the dive bar thing. Good place. If not, don't do it. Very limited beer selection but what they do have is on ice. Big bonus.

Its an all right dive bar and drinks are cheap. Ive been going here off and on for about 10 years, and its consistent and l like that.

I've been remiss in reviewing Dade City Brew House, since it's as close to local as any breweries…read moreare going to get. It's good. Go there. Okay, fine, I'll expand on that. I don't think I've ever had a bad beer at DCBH, which is no small feat given the wide range of styles they do. I like pale ales, particularly hazy IPAs, and they've had great ones--but they also have great wheat beers, and porters, and sours. There's usually a kumquat beer on the menu. It's great, too. Really. The interior is spacious and well-lit, and on days that the weather permits, the roll-up doors to the patio and sometimes to 7th Avenue are open. It's a great place to hang around with a beer and write, and probably a great place to hang around with a beer and actually be social, if you're the type who does that. The service is always friendly, fast, and generally above and beyond. Worth special note: DCBH has always had a restaurant counter that's a separate business, and they've on (I think) their third one, Uncle Fatty's. They're really solid, delivering not only pub staples but sometimes surprising specials; it's some of the best food I've had at any brewery. They need to be open later on Thursdays. So: it's good. Go there.

Stopped in to Dade City Brew House for a few refreshing beers. I had their Your Da Wurst Märzen and…read moreA Penchant for the Dramatic Hefeweizen. Both were crisp and refreshing and could stand up to some of the best versions of these styles I've had. They really hit the spot on a thirsty afternoon. The service was great and they were busy on a Thursday night with music and trivia.

I've been coming to Del Carmen for well over five years, and it's still great! The food is always…read moreon point -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned every single time. Serving size is a bit much, but hey lunch for tomorrow! It's the place to go to for Margs. The chips are fine. The service is fast, friendly, and done with purpose, which really adds to the experience. The restaurant itself is well cared for and beautifully decorated with traditional Mexican touches that make it feel warm and inviting. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy some truly awesome food. In my opinion, it's authentic Mexican cuisine with a hint of Tex-Mex flair. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is the place to go if you're craving Mexican food in the Dade City area.

Del Carmen was our local go to for all things Mexican food. I had a taste for it since I had been…read morein Dade City earlier in the week, so we decided to go. We both ordered sopes which was our fave here. I ordered one, and my husband ordered the sopes platter with two sopes, rice, & beans, I took his beans with my single sopes. This time the steak tasted different and the flavor wasn't all there. It was ok but definitely have had better ones now. They use to include guacamole too. That's long gone. We ordered a horchata and pineapple agua frescas. Of course these are more expensive and much smaller now. Service was ok but difficult to locate our server. It wasn't too busy either bc it was early in the week. Not sure if we will be back here much. Now I still want more sopes bc this one didn't fill my taste buds for it. Ambiance was loud and echoey with two parties. With a full house, wow bring your headphones bc it will be super intensely loud in case you have sensitive ears like me.
