I've been going to beef o'Bradys for years. Their hand breaded onion rings were delicious up to the last two visits. Hand dipped no way straight out of a bag. My burger was just okay, coleslaw was sour I added sugar to it made it sweeter but still sour. I bought my husband home a salad the lettuce is whilted not very appetizing. I was just overall upset for 30.00 odd dollars I could have gone next door for sandwich fries and drink for 10.00. You can do better than this! Beer battered onion rings no way. read more

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and pleasant staff member. We were disappointed when our actually server arrived. She could not have been less interested. She was full of misinformation and was less than helpful. When the food arrived we were severely disappointed. Portion size was child size. We waited, almost an hour for cold food in a dirty restaurant. There was no reason as very few tables were full. Definitely a one and done!

It is the worst Beef's location I have been to, and I have been to a lot. The almost fully waitress staff does not get along, have witnessed multiple arguments. They often quit serving food and or close well before advertised. I normally put up with a lot too, but tonight was the last straw. Before I was even served, the bartender literally came to me and said, "one of the girls in the back said you were kicked out of here last time." I was like, "what? Not only did that not happen, it has never happened anywhere." Meanwhile another waitress and the people at the bar were staring at me like I just killed someone. I asked the waitress, "was it you who said that?" She said, "no." And the bartender said, "it doesn't matter who said it, I'm just asking." Came in happy, for a few drinks and some wings - left not happy. I will never go back. Note, it's not the tall, sweet blonde bartender - she has always been really nice to me. And, I have never even had a disagreement with anyone there, just great conversation. read more

The Honey BBQ wings were phenomenal and I love the atmosphere here and in general. The reason for the bad rating was the young lady behind the bar was being a horrible person for the time we were there. I got the impression that she bully's the waitresses. She was hostile and toxic and I almost said something directly to her but I know the type and she would have just been worse. I didn't even get her name. However, I'd say this isn't the first time she's earned a complaint for her personality, so her behavior likely is enough to out her. I left an extra tip for Nicole and told her she can do better. Nope. After hearing more of her hatefulness I went and got her name. This jewel is Jolene. And I have never been so offended for another person in my life. My 3 stars just dropped to 1. This was our first time trying Beef O Brady's. After reading the other reviews I was Leary but all those concerns are gone. There is new management and I think they are doing a great job. The food was very tasty and came out quickly. The service was friendly and the manager stopped by the table to check on us. It was a good place for the kids as well. They loved that they got to choose curly fries instead of regular fries and got a rice crispy treat as well. We will definitely come back. read more

Food was very good, service was very good. The furniture, atmosphere and acoustics get a big thumbs down. Benches and chairs hard wood, no cushions! Very uncomfortable! Painful really. All hard furniture, walls floors were an acoustical nightmare. Especially when you have a 3 year old spoiled brat in the corner booth. Mom was just the worst. Kid yhrows menu, mom fetches it likr a golden retriever and gives it back, for another toss n fetch! This kid never stopped screaming. Mom and grandma (i assume) were just fine with the crap that was going on. Honestly if your kid acts like that, take her to McDonalds FFS. Patrons paying money should not be exposed to that terrible child rearing and disturbance. Totally ruined my experience. Other than the food & service, it fails the "would you go back" test. So I'm guessing this must be a front from something else because I have been to a few Beefs. I've never had an issue. Food, service and drinks have been good. I mean it's not a 5 star restaurant chain but the food isn't horrific and they are usually good for friendly bartenders and great servers. Not sure what is up with this location but we won't be back. The bathrooms are dirty, the tables are ridiculously sticky. We asked to have it wiped down and the oh so friendly server said it's not dirty it's the varnish wearing off. Ok. Owners: FIX THE TABLES! Clean the place up! It's a dump! The food; I ordered the new Chicken comfort bowl; no description and the server says this is a new item so she doesn't know much about it. We also had the fish n chips and steak bowl. The chicken bowl arrived with two pieces of chicken one atop the mashed potatoes and the other over corn. The corn was swimming in salt water and I'm guessing butter. The chicken absorbed the nasty salt butter sauce and was soggy underneath. Wasn't good and couldn't eat the corn because it was too salty. i didn't attempt the other piece because at this point I lost my appetite. My husband had the fish n chips... he peeled most of the breading or crust off and didn't finish it. He wound up getting nauseous. Our friend had the steak bowl ; his answer was this sucks but I'' starving and I don't want to piss off Miss Friendly. don't waste your time. the owners should just close but you guys don't care and it shows read more

They aren't perfect but I love going here they are the best beefs in the area and sometimes I'm just craving greasy bar food and this hits the spot the service is friendly and they aren't the fastest but I don't mind waiting. The only thing good about this location is when Holly is here. I should have walked out when I noticed she wasn't here. First never give two day old wine to a customer. It simply tastes BAD. My fiance and I stopped by last night (which was a Thursday) for dinner and it was the worse experience ever. I wanted to go to Beef 'O' Brady's since I had not been in a while. I want to say it was maybe just this location and not all but OMG never again. Besides the side salad and the mozzarella stick appetizer, we left the whole meal and got sick. He ordered the Surf and Turf with grilled shrimp and his steak "medium well." His steak came out burnt. Not even well done, it was burnt. the shrimp had no seasoning on it either. I had the Big Catch with a side of zucchini. I asked for my fish to be blackened. My fish had such a strong fishy odor and was soggy. The zucchini was also extremely soggy. I might as well have been eating a fish and veggie stew. I had to stop eating the fish because something was definitely wrong with it. By the middle of the night I was sick to my stomach and so was my fiance. They need to inspect their food before serving it. Never again. Not worth $59 read more

Beefs of Zephyrhills is always a nice place for chicken wings!! Depends on the time of the day, it may be packed and slightly slow service. Or you can show up for lunch through the week and have great paced service with a smile!! Always friendly vibes when I stop for lunch, will more than likely end up here for my chicken wing needs again in the future! Would recommend to anyone! WOW! JUST WOW! This USED to be my favorite place when I was younger, but never would have imagined the lack of customer service or environment we were subjected to by the server. Got in and sat down. 10 mins later finally getting to order lunch. I ordered a cuban, lo and behold I get server a Reuben. No apology, just a lame excuse of "I thought you said Reuben." Maybe it's just me, but Cuban and Reuben don't start with the same consonant pronunciation. Maybe it was because she was too busy trying to flirt with the guys at the bar or maybe the countless LOUD conversations she was having...... FROM ACROSS THE RESTAURANT!?!? She was LOUD! I couldn't hear my wife or my daughter speaking above her from a conversation she was having about some phone call with another customer, again.... ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT! Was it busy? NO!!!! 1P on a Friday and slow? I see why! I will NEVER go back again. Then when I spoke to others about the experience, they expressed the same dislikes and said, "The Dade City location is better, we go there." If Beefs management or corporate sees this, you might want to know that this is probably why this unit is so low in sales and revenue. I grew up in restaurants, managed, and owned them. The food was very good and our server, Beautiful (yes her name was actually Beautiful, and so was this pleasant young black young lady) the older lady I believe was the manager was not pleasant. Our poor server has only been there 4 days and was doing a wonderful job. The manager had her put all her orders in behind the bar, the other servers had another place to enter their orders. The others got orders faster and we waited over 25 minutes for our order and was entered before the other large tables. Probably won't go back her in Zephyrhills, the one in Dade city is much nicer and not much farther to drive. read more

This is my first one-star review and if I could have given it a zero I would have. I can not begin to describe how awful this encounter was. We arrived at 4:30 hoping to get some grub and watch the NFL playoff game. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table, at which point we ordered a beer. 15 more minutes pass and we finally get our beer. 20 minutes later, we are asked for our order, and we order an appetizer and our meals. I also ask for another beer. 30 minutes go by, and the meals come out before the appetizer. Still NO beer. Finally get my beer after asking again. Wife ordered the fajitas and got a dipping cup full of cheese and the butt of some lettuce (see pic). I needed to use the restroom and was appalled at the smell and cleanliness of it. Additionally, the shirtless wonder was drunk at the bar whooping and yelling, adding to the already unpleasant environment. After eating quickly, we were long ready to leave. It took another 30 minutes to get a box and pay so we could run out of there. The place was half full, so there is no reason why my beer would be warm before I saw another waitress at our table. The service here is abhorrent, it's dirty, and good luck getting what you pay for. It's been years since I was here, and I guess I just forgot why I didn't like it in the first place. read more

Now keep in mind that this restaurant is maybe half full if that. Also Our order was 1 sandwich and 12 wings. Now let's jump to when we was done. It took another 20 minutes for our waitress to comeback. She was to busy chatting it up off duty employees. Every time I've been to this location the service is absolutely awful. But this last time I went will be my last. Me and my friend came here for a late lunch around 4:00pm yesterday. All the booths were dirty and the place was dead. We sat down and the table was sticky and had crumbs all in the seats. It took about 20 minutes of us sitting there before the server Jenelle finally walked over to our table to ask us what we wanted to drink. We ordered some appetizers to start which again took forever to get to our table and were luke warm. Than we placed our order for our food and we ordered two wing baskets with fries. We sat there for probably another 40 minutes before our food came out. Both our drinks were completely empty and our server was more invested with standing behind the bar on her phone and counting her tips. I couldn't think the experience could get any worse until when I went to go grab a second wing and there was a dead fly laying right on top. So naturally it took another 10-15 minutes of me sitting there trying to wave a server down before a different server came to our table. Her name was Holly and I pointed out the dead fly on my wing to her in which I got a totally nonchalant response of, "oh that looks like a love bug." She didn't even apologize for the fact that there was a dead fly on my food. And than asked me if I still wanted them or if I wanted her to make new ones or take them off the bill. To which I had her take them off my bill because I didn't even want to eat anything else from this place after having a dead bug in my food. Needless to say I will never be back. The customer service here sucks and the fact that they treated me having a bug in my food as no big deal makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I've went there twice now. I ordered the same thing each time, the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The first time I went the service was fast but then again there wasn't that many people there at that time of day, customer service was good. My water tasted funny like there was a hint of soda in it... Or they didn't clean the glass enough both times. The second time it was crazy busy and it took forever for someone to even bring us a menu or even acknowledge us. And the Philly this time tasted sooo peppery.
