Bubba's 33

I was in the area and wanted food that wasn't there same old chain, and this establishment was a great decision. Menu has a nice variety from wings, burgers, pizza, etc to main dishes that include salmon and grilled chicken dish. There is also a nice selection of salads and sandwiches. Ambiance is very cool for a sports food/bar eatery. Service was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and drink options. Pizzas were recommended and we ordered the Hawaiian pizza and a regular cheese pizza. They were both excellent and had a wood- fired taste; mmmm!!! The sauce was home made and the crust/shell was also very good/nice. The crust had a garlic butter baked in/on. Very satisfied with this selection of restaurant to give a try. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Had a nice late afternoon meal at Bubba's 33 in Wesley Chapel. Our server was both friendly and informative. The restaurant was about 3/4 full at 4 in the afternoon. Plenty of TV screens and nice music playing. As for the food, it was excellent. I had a nicely prepared ribeye with a slew of mushrooms and onions atop. So good! The fried shrimp was golden brown, a delicious experience. Looking forward to my next trip here!

Visiting from out of town & in the mood for hot wings, we headed to this sports burger, pizza & wings restaurant. Nice sports atmosphere so hubby happy he could watch football. our server was Megan & kat, super delightful. We started with the $5 buck frozen margarita's & at her suggestion add the xtra shot. They were spot on delicious!! We ordered the hot wings, those were so tender & flavor-full. On the side we had the loaded fries. Everything from service to appetizers was great.

Chicken Parmesan Sub where Chicken doesn't fit bread and Tater Tots served are pathetic in portion size

1 Star - A Masterclass in Missed Potential at Bubba's 33 (Wesley Chapel, FL) As someone who has spent years exploring restaurants across the country -- from local gems to nationally recognized chains -- I rarely write a review this harsh. But after three separate visits to Bubba's 33 in Wesley Chapel, it's clear that this location consistently misses the mark on quality, service, and management oversight. I genuinely wanted this to be a local favorite. I've dined at their Brandon, FL location several times and always enjoyed the food, service, and lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, the Wesley Chapel restaurant seems to operate under a completely different set of standards. Visit One: Service was adequate, but food execution fell short. Our pizza and nachos arrived with burnt edges, the Chicken Parmesan Sub was assembled haphazardly (the chicken cutlet didn't even fit the bread), and the portion of tater tots was meager -- almost a garnish rather than a side. Visit Two: Service plummeted. A mix-up between raspberry preserves and raspberry chipotle sauce led to an unpleasant experience that quite literally made me ill. Instead of empathy, the reaction from the server was amusement -- an unforgivable display of unprofessionalism in any hospitality setting. Visit Three (The Deciding Factor): Returning weeks later, I found the dining room nearly empty on a Sunday evening -- three other families total. We placed our appetizer and entrée orders, only to be told mid-meal that they were out of the Monte Cristo sandwich -- the very reason we had returned. Being out of bread, lunch meat, and cheese at 7:30 p.m. is not a supply issue; it's a planning failure. To make matters worse, I was told they still had exactly two of the Club sandwiches available -- which share most of the same ingredients. When asked if sandwiches were made to order, our server hesitated before suggesting they might be pre-made. Whether that's true or not, the confusion and inconsistency didn't inspire confidence in the kitchen's standards. Our waitress was pleasant but inattentive. She spent more time chatting with coworkers in the service alley than tending to the dining room. A simple request for a side of ranch took nearly ten minutes -- not due to being busy, but distracted. We were her only table. No manager was visible or checked in during our entire visit. And finally, the atmosphere -- once a Bubba's highlight -- was marred by questionable entertainment choices. Televisions displayed a music channel with explicit lyrics and provocative imagery wholly inappropriate for a family restaurant. The contrast between the family-style menu and adult-themed videos was jarring, to say the least. Three strikes, and Bubba's 33 in Wesley Chapel is officially off our dining list. Between inconsistent food, poor service, and an indifferent management presence, this location does a disservice to the Bubba's brand. With better leadership, training, and quality control, this restaurant could live up to its potential -- but as it stands, it's a disappointing example of how execution can fail even the strongest concept.

First timer at this location ! I strolled in on a Sunday to catch some sports ! Luckily the bar was empty! The bartender was named Lauren & she was very sweet ! Told me about specials & what the restaurant is known for ! The food was delicious! She was very attentive!

Bubba's Bacon Cheeseburger* amazing!!

This was our first time & we were really happy with everything! The service was above & beyond. The hostess was courteous and even stopped by to say thanks for visiting with a free app coupon. Our server Amy was fantastic! Personable, friendly and attentive, reading our order back to make sure it was right, checking back several times to make sure we were happy, and sending us home with to-go drink refills!! Traditional wings, extra crispy with Cajun dry rub were perfect. (Blue cheese could be creamier & chunky.) The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful, bacon was crispy too. The seasoned fries were crispy & delicious. The kids liked the bacon chicken Mac & cheese, especially the garlic bread, and the kids grilled cheese with tots. There are many TVs, sports jerseys on the wall, so this would be good for a Bucs game.

For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. When it was time to check out and pay, I noticed they forgot to charge me for my drink. When I mentioned that, they told me not to worry about it. It was a very nice gesture from them. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog. I am glad I chose this place again as it was near my hotel. Definitely coming back for more great bar food at reasonable prices. Overall: A

Blackened salmon with jalapeño creamed corn, tater tots and an extra side of mashed potatoes with gravy. 2. For an egg allergy, the burger bowl with bacon, cheese, pickles, greens and a side of fries. Our sever came by and told us the jalapeño creamed corn was not available and offered us different vegetables. We figured we had enough sides coming so we chose just to stick with the rest of the order The food came out fast, but the fries clever came out. Notes on the salmon: slightly overcooked but fresh. Notes on the tater tots: delicious! Order bbq sauce to dip them in you won't be disappointed. Notes on the mashed potatoes: bland, and tastes like tap water Notes on the burger: perfectly executed. No bacon in the salad. Small amounts of flavorless cheese. Fresh greens. When we were mostly done with our meal our server came by with my drink refill and asked if we ever got the fries. I declined as we were nearly done. She immediately took them off the bill. Also when it was time for the check she asked if everything was ok and we were honest and told her what we thought. She apologized. We left a reasonable tip for the good service. So all in all, I'd say a 3 star experience.

The Goods: 1) Egg Bacon Beef Burger Combo ($18.99- includes a drink and seasoned fries)- I need to start with the fries. These are the fries I dream of all of the nights that I'm truly craving fries. It has the perfect crunch with a softer middle with the perfect cajun seasoning (think of a perfected fry from Checkers). These were truly the star of the show. It was love from the first crunch. The burger- first off, it was a very tasty burger. Some mentioned it's a halal burger. Overall, it was yummy with a nice seasoning, and I do recommend it. I LOVED the bun- it was really delicious. The shortcomings on my burger were this: I was really craving caramelized onions, but I felt like my burger had hardly any onions at all, and they certainly weren't caramelized. Also, the burger itself was OVER well-done. I understand not giving customers a choice on the level of doneness, and cooking it well-done... but this burger was very, very, very cooked. The seasoning on the burger saved it, but it was still a bit too cooked for me. My mom felt the same about her burger (she also ordered the Egg Bacon). Overall, my visit to Burger Vault was enjoyable. I would definitely stop by again for at least the fries and kind service.
