Our server was great, she was very patient and friendly, which always makes the experience better. I ordered the white sangria and it was really enjoyable...light, not overly sweet, and the portion was perfect (definitely on the larger side, which I appreciated!). For food, we tried the Glory Days pasta. It was tasty and came with plenty of chicken and broccoli, honestly big enough to share. We also ordered chicken wings, they came out fresh and crispy with just the right amount of sauce...not drenched, just perfectly balanced. I recommend the stingy honey garlic. Jerhom, our server, and Karen, the manager on duty, both made sure our food was wonderful and truly treated us like VIPs. Jerhom, was truly one of the best servers I've ever had and his kindness and professionalism is by far the best ever!!!! The numerous televisions with all the sports makes the ambiance worth the drive and definitely is worth your time. I look forward to coming back in the near future. With the Wednesday special I chose the chips and salsa, and Wow was it very spicy, made me cry. The drink took 24 minutes to receive and meal, 37 minutes, only about 25 people here. My wife and I have been here several times and was quickly becoming one of our favorite casual places. Last 2 times kind of disappointed. We went today and unfortunately cannot say anything positive. My wife had the twin steak, and it looked 2 pieces of coal. Took one bite and left it, I didn't even bring home to my dogs. I had the Philly steak sandwich, Which I have had before and loved it, had NO flavor. Sometimes these things happen but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Not one smile, I saw my drinks sitting at the bar until I reminded her, about 5-6 minutes. The place was maybe 25% full. It was obvious that we were not happy because our food was mostly untouched and she didn't even ask "is everything ok?" I didn't say a word and even left a tip, only because I am better than that. Menu going to shit. Removed half there popular options. Half due to the time it takes to prep. Meatloaf gone, Buffalo chicken dip/cauliflower gone, thin crispy onions gone, burgers dont taste the same, and couple other items. Would come every week for meat loaf, chicken dip, burger. Im close to not going there anymore. Customer service great but the woke up menu to cut cost and save a little prep time is ridiculous. Changing who they get food from because its cheaper and easier to get what everyone else gets like chilli's and applebees. My family and I came in on a Monday night. There were a few people but not busy at all. Service horrible from the host taking forever to seat us to our waiter that was extremely slow and never came to check on us. The ambiance is your typical sports bar feel with tvs all over and seemed to be kept clean. It took us at least 30 minutes to flag down the waiter to get our order in. We should've took that as a sign and left but we didn't. For appetizers we got the Mac and cheese bites that were salty and tasted reheated. We also got the pretzels and imo that was the only thing delicious that we ordered. I had the glory burger which looked great but was dry and flavorless. My son had the bbq chicken salad and the lettuce looked old. My daughter had the grill chicken and she said it was overcooked. My grandson saw the Oreo ice cream sandwiches so we had to order dessert. We got chocolate soggy cookies with vanilla ice cream it definitely wasn't an Oreo cookie, he was so disappointed. We then waited for the check, finally got it and the waiter never came back to ring us up. We have been to several glory days grills around the area. This is our first visit to this one located on route 54. We ordered the slam dunk pretzels and while the cheese sauce was very good the pretzels had an older tasting oil on them and we did not finish them. We also ordered eight wings with honey barbecue which were fine and a chicken tender platter which was very good. Service was average. As for the location itself, We were surprised that it was not more busy on Saturday. I have a feeling there's a reason that is now I'm not sure why. We have been going to Glory Days since they 1st opened. A few of there location in the Tampa area. This was our 3rd or4th time to the location in Wesley Chapel. For the 1st time it was not a good experience. We had a party of 10,, so we realized that the waitress had her work cut out for her. Usually the food is hot and just like we ordered. This time it comes out cold. Also one of the gust with us tried to get his steak 3 time to get it the way he ordered. My sandwich and fries came out cold. One of the burgers did come out the way it was supposed to. Missing some items on it One of the biggest disappointments was the soup. When the soup was brought out it had maybe spoonfuls in it. The mangers was helpful and brought out another cup. We are going to take this as just a bad night there. I enjoy Glory and do plan on going back. So hubby and I decided to do the super bowl at glory days and we couldn't have been happier. It was 35 pp but we had so much food . It started at 530 the pre game we had chips and Salsa and fritos with Buffalo chicken dip. 1st quarter you got 4 different types of wings to share it wad soo yummy. It was boneless wings ,dryrub,Buffalo fire grilled wings. 2nd quarter pretzels with 2 different sauce , then we got pulled pork sliders and bbq ribs soo yummy and tasty .3rd quarter was dessert which was the cookie icecream. Everything was awesome. I also loved they had 4 different raffles sadly I didn't win but we had a great Time and probably do it next year. . We had a great time the staff and manager were great . Four stars for this chain restaurant (& I'm not a fan of chains), but 5 for its Citrus Glazed Salmon & atmosphere! Sooooo g00d! From the moment patrons walk thru the door & back out again, they will be greeted by friendly staff. This restaurant/bar (that opened the 3rd week of November 2019, just four months before Covid started its restaurant devastation) is rather nice-- 28 vibrant TVs line the walls-- for me, being able to watch ice hockey on the two very large TVs directly behind the bar was ESPECIALLY NICE! And if you are Covid-weary, there's an attractive Westside patio complete w/ ceiling fans. Glory Days even offers contactless payments. But even BETTER is the astroturf Bean Bag Toss in front of the restaurant-- SEE PIC! (Little things impress me:) The restaurant was very clean, & due to the multi sections of dining area (along w/ an assortment of table & booth styles), this is a GREAT place to gather w/ a large group, family, or coworkers for a drink after work. (The bar was nearly packed at 5 PM.) Bright ceiling lights & neon blues create quite the happy atmosphere. I was definitely impressed. (This is my 3rd Glory Days location, & easily the BEST by far.) This one however , was not one of them . Our server was awesome though and she recognized that the food that night was an issue . (We went Dec 21st - her name was Adriana) We ordered the Hero burger , with no cheese. It looked awesome in the picture , but when I got it lol , it was two flat pieces of a Hawaiian bread , some shredded lettuce and 2 dry pieces of hamburger Pattie's. Nothing heroic about that burger. I only took a couple of bites but i could tell the meat didn't taste fresh so I stopped eating. The sweet potato fries were really good though , good and crispy . My wife ordered the fish and chips with a side order of fried shrimp. The shrimp looked uncooked even though it was breaded- the breading hanging off some spots and it just looked unappetizing. The fish batter was soggy and very salty - the fish underneath the breading was solid. The side of broccoli, couldn't eat it. The garlic/butter combo tasted bad , not recipe bad because I don't like broccoli but because it the butter tasted spoiled (or it was a bad batch of broccoli that had gone bad) and then the tartar sauce .... It just tasted spoiled) Idk who was working in the kitchen that night but this was the most disappointing food experience we've had eating here it was either the 23 or 24th . The Wesley Chapel location was our favorite place to eat however, the last two times were very disappointing. The wannabe shrimp has been different the last two visits, today they were so over cooked. I sent them back and got no real apology from anyone, they came out the second time with all the batter falling off. Then our waitress Bianca started acting rude towards us.
