Extremely disappointed from my experience at this Hooters location tonight. I've been to a large number of Hooters locations, locally and also across the United States. Usually there are at least one person or more at the front to greet and or seat people arriving. My family and I approached the host station and waited a few minutes. Then a guy flys around the corner and asks how many in our party. He proceeds to show us to a booth in the front area which was stuffed with people. He seemed in a rush at that time. We sat and were looking over the menus and made our decisions on what we wanted. From the time we were sat, we were never acknowledged by anyone at all walking by that worked there!! No greeting, no drink orders taken, no nothing!! It was busy tonight, but sitting ignored for 15 minutes!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in how your location operates. read more

We had a wonderful lunch at this Hooters this week. The hostess helped us right away, no waiting around to be seated. The booth was clean as well as the bathroom. The waitress was attentive and got our long order correct! We picked this location this go around as our typical Hooters location service was going downhill. My husband and I both agree this Hooters will now be our go-to. No pictures were taken as we ate most of our order (took some to-go per to enjoy later too). But, in case you're curious we ordered: buffalo shrimp tossed in medium sauce. This app has just the right amount of crispy without overdoing it and the medium sauce was a perfect pair. My husband ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with a side of tots. This entree is his new favorite because the chicken breast is so juicy and tender! I ordered a 10 piece original some for lunch some to snack later (5 mild, 5 honey Thai) with a side of curly fries. The fry portion was great! Hooter's fries are my favorite so it made me happy to see the amount of fries we received. It was good for sharing. Looking forward to coming back. read more

I took back to back L's at this location tonight, and quite honestly, probably won't be back. I walked in at 9:00pm, and let me preface this by saying, they were completely dead - there was one table seated in the dining room, no one outside on the patio, and approximately five people sitting at the bar. So, again, I walked in at 9, and after I was finally greeted by the bartender, which in my humble opinion, took way too long, she took my drink order, then never acknowledged me again after that, meaning, I never even received my drink. This went on long enough for me to get frustrated, and ask for a table. Of course, there was no one at the host stand, not a server in sight, so I just stood there, again - waiting to be acknowledged, by literally anyone . I finally did get a table and expressed my experience with my server, which was then met with, oh that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. It was 9:22 by the time I finally received my drink and placed my order; and once I finally did receive my food, it came out wrong. I really wish I had not wasted my time, and gone some place else. read more

Stopped In for a late dinner, got loaded tots and a chicken Caesar salad. Very weird lay out inside, small bar which are close to other tables. We sat at the bar friendly quick service :) noticed a few 'regulars' haha, seemed like a fun atmosphere, definitely cleaner than most hooters I've been in! read more

I love wings!! And when I'm in the mood, I do like to come to Hooters for their Daytona Style ones. They are just downright delicious. It was mom dad date night since kiddo didn't want to tag along. This place was BUSY! And the only seating was patio otherwise it was like a 25 minute wait. This momma was HUNGRY so we chose the patio. Our waitress was quick to come take our drink orders and we both started off with a bowl of clam chowder because it's good and it was cold outside. Oh my was it not good at all! It was extremely watered down and lacked any substance! Lack of clams or potatoes. Mainly watery broth. Bleh. Wings made up for it because they really hit the spot. I like wings. So does the wife and she asked to go to Hioters so I bit the bullet and said ok and took her.... Pulling into this location, which is relatively new, you see the iconic irange owl sign. There is a bar on the inside left that leads to an outdoor covered patio. The hostess seated us outside on the patio (it was packed that night, and only outside seating was immediately available). Our server came up and brought silverware and took our drink orders and then left us to decide on food. When she vro7ght our drinks, we settled on the clam chowder and an order of 20 daytona style wings. The soup came out pretty quick. It tasted decent, but it could have been better if it was thicker and/or had more chunks of potato and clam. I'd give it a 3 out of 5 rating. Was good, but not above average. The wings were actually pretty tasty with a slightly spicy and sweet BBQ flavor. The wings are definitely Italy smaller than at other places, but we're cooked and seasoned well. 4 put of 5 stars. Service was pretty good too with the server checking in on the food and keeping drinks refilled. Another worker even accommodated us and lowered the large window awning shade as it was a bit chilly and windy that night. I'd give the service a 5 out of 5. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and I'll ne on the hook to bring the wife back when she gets the urge to get wings. I will not complain. read more

Ordered buffalo shrimp starter and came out with the entrees even when we told the server to start with shrimp. Ordered Daytona wings and they were smaller than the lemon wedge for my tea. This is embarrassing for a place known for wings. Taken forever to get a refill on tea to the point I'm chewing on ice from the cup. Sitting with garbage on the table and no one has picked anything up as everyone has walked by. Couldn't even get silverware as we were told they were running it through dish after our entrees showed up but nothing ever came out. Once I mentioned the embarrassing size of the wings the first thing the server did was take them off the bill. I didn't even ask for that but they knew they were too small. The table across from us got sat at a sticky table and floor to the point they were picking up their feet and you could hear their shoes sticking to the floor. Overall it was a meh experience. You know what you're getting when you go to Hooters. It wasn't very crowded in the dining room so we were seated immediately and the server was quick to take drink orders. The wings were excellent and pretty good sized. The manager stopped by to check on us as well. Overall a good experience until it was time for the check. However, I was eventually able to catch the sever's attention and she quickly took care of the bill. We will be back!! read more

Came up to the Hooters to watch the Bucs game and got Kelsey as our waitress. She was amazing. She checked on us frequently and was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The food was good for the typical hooters food. But the best part of this experience was Kelsey. The manager even came over to us and him how good Kelsey was and he seemed indifferent. I hope the management realizes how good there employees are and actually recognizes and reward them. If you come here, ask for Kelsey! We personally do not know Kelsey so this is a real review. read more

As many know we frequent hooters quite often. We are sold on the buffalo shrimp, boneless wings, and tater tots. We've ventured around a bit to different locations and don't have anything bad to say. Each time it's exactly what we expect. Recently we tried three new items: Clam chowder, fried pretzel, and mozzarella sticks. All very very good with one note that the honey Dijon is very sweet so if that's not your preference I'd suggest going with other sauces for the pretzel. Service for us has always been great; friendly and attentive. Each location has it's own unique vibe and character making it feel slightly less "chainy". read more

Not a good experience. Waitress spilled a margarita on me and my 5yo son as she was bringing our drinks. She had our initial order already, so she did not ask again if anything else was needed. Did not check in prior to bringing the bill and just brought the bill. The table should have probably been given to another waitress. This is my second time here. The first time the restaurant was quiet. But this Sunday evening it was madness. They offered me a seat in the bar, cause I was by myself but I don't feel comfortable in any bar area. So they promptly took me to a high rise table, all by myself, next to the bar. Is football season so the place was pack and loud. It needed a little bit of 'tidiness' specially when you have to walk behind the bar. I understand the place was pack so lets forget about it. My server was friendly and asked me if I was comfortable in that table. She quickly got my order and off she went. She kept me informed of the status of my food. The server in training that took my order in to go did a great job and was very friendly but as for the food I received it was gross the fries were old you could clearly tell by the taste and texture and my chicken barely had any sauce and tasted like they just reheated them in the microwave and packed them up. Fantastic experience today at the world's original wing joint. I got a rare day off and decided to stop into Tampa Bays most recent additional location to the Original's Family. I always love the drive up to the Odessa location because the cleanliness of the restaurant and professionalism of the staff. My mushroom and Swiss burger today was outstanding! I was lucky enough to be waited on by the beautiful Calendar girl Amanda. She's fantastic and professional. I've had the pleasure of sitting with her on a previous visit. She made great recommendations and was sitting a great example for her trainee. The restaurant quickly filled up and she got a ten top right after me. I never felt neglected or as if I was being rushed. I highly recommend this location and requesting Amanda. She's a excellent brand ambassador for your brand. i just ordered 10 naked wings with mild buffalo sauce which i did not get but got wings with no sauce. the wings did not live up to the hooters reputation - they were small,probably more like quail wings, and were not cleaned properly as feathers were still protruding from them. hooters is supposed to have a reputation as having the best wings around. i will not be back...... read more

I haven't been to the Odessa hooters for dine in yet, but we recently got take out. The food tasted great, but their prices are a bit extreme. They nickel and dime you for everything. I got a salad and they charged me for ranch. If you want ranch for your wings, they will charge you for that as well. So just be mindful and order one at a time and order as you need it. Still the best Buffalo shrimp though, so I'll be back nonetheless, without the side of sauce. read more

I am so happy they have put a Hooters 2 minutes from my home! Living in the Odessa/Trinity area, some of the choices we have can be limited. Lately they have been starting to build up though and Hooters has been a great addition. They just opened this week and every day I have gone by they have been packed. My husband and I decided to take a lunch break together and go here for lunch. I did try to call ahead and the line was busy, it has been busy ever since they have opened up, so probably just a technical issue. When we got there, I noticed there was a wait, so I asked about sitting at the bar area and the young lady said I could check and see if there were seat available. I lucked out and was able to find 2 :) There were 2 bartenders behind the bar, both very nice and greeted us promptly and got our drink order and food order in. We both ordered the 8 wings, naked in the medium sauce and each got a side of curly fries. I will say, the wait for our food was a bit long - we waited about 25 minutes for our food. We didn't say anything simply because they just opened and are probably trying to get the hang of things. I also noticed, the one bartender, constantly checking on our food and I even saw her reach out to the manager and say our food has taken a while. I was a little disappointed that the manager didn't come over to just apologize about the wait for our food or even acknowledge that we were waiting, but I felt the bartender had our best interest in mind. I saw her walk over to the kitchen and basically ask what the heck the issue is lol. She brought over our food and said she was sorry for the wait I won't lie, our food was a little cold, felt as if it was made in a hurry because they messed up or it was sitting in the window for a long time. Either way, I love Hooters, their wings are amazing. I am sure once they get out of the grand opening phase, things will be better. In the future, I would just hope that the manager acknowledged the guests more. Especially in a situation like ours. We could have been those people who complained, but we weren't. First off. I think Hooters makes great buffalo wings. This unit however has let standard slip. A simple order of naked wings with Hooters original hot sauce. If you can't get this order right then you have the wrong sign out front. We'll start with the drink order. I asked about IPAs. The bartender told me which 2 were available. They had Jai lai and another I was unfamiliar with. I told her I'd play it safe and go with what I knew. She immediately asked me if I would like a taste of the other beer. I tried it but it wasn't to my taste....I really appreciated that she let me have a sample though. So...off to a great start. Then the wings arrive. COLD, Not room temp but cold.....so cold the sauce wouldn't stick! The bartender swung by, inquired about meal, apologized for the issue and said she would make sure I got a fresh hot order. Hi Here comes the new order. It's hot, in fact, if I didn't know better I would assume they just dumped my cold order in the fryer for 15 minutes. . It's piping hot and dry as dirt. My husband & I frequent often mostly on weekends. We went last Sunday for lunch. We were very disappointed the food we ate was not very good at all & poor quality. We ordered onion rings as an app and they were cold & looked & taste like something out of a frozen bag of no name onion rings. We also ordered the blue cheese burger. We took one bite of the burger & had to spit it out. It was gristle piece of fat & under cooked. The burger had bad taste to it. We seriously can't even think of ordering or eating a burger for awhile! This is our first bad experience. We hid our plate with napkins because we did not want to make the bartender feel bad. We have only done curbside pick up at this hooters, but we have always been happy. We order through the app and the food is always ready on time and the pick up is very quick. We usually get the original wings and kid's grilled cheese. This location is a lot nicer than the USF one we usually go to. read more

First of, Fathers Day, our daughters( st Pete ) meet my wife and I ( Crystal River ) at exit 19 0nce or twice a month for lunch, shopping etc so we have eaten at most all the places around at least once and they asked where I wanted to go today and I said HOOTERS and they agreed. So first off KUDO's, KUDO's, KUDO's to our server Sydney. In the past 4 years we would rate her the best server we have had on a walk in, luck of the draw basis and we have had some really good servers. Second, the food was outstanding, Grouper sandwiches ( 2 ), hamburger and buffalo shrimp, fries, onion rings and tater tots perfectly cooked, hot and fresh. My wife rated her grouper as good if not better than she gets in the Crystal River area where we live, crazy right? Loved the lay out of this location, bright and plenty of TV's. Again we can't say enough about Sydney, wish she was up here as our server at one of our regular places. We will definitely be back! read more

We used to go regularly and I will say the servers work so hard and are always very polite. Food has always been delicious, although sometimes the wings are small. Awful management!! One evening large group of teens came in harassing servers to the point of tears and I'm sure would have warranted an arrest for sexual assault.We reported to management- they were still there bring obnoxious and cursing when we left 30-min later. Hoping the issue had been taken care of, we continued to go but the amount of young kids without any supervision is astonishing! To the point that Saturday a toddler was climbing over the plexiglass partition, into the other occupied booth. Again, notified management and one walked away while the other shrugged. Not a sports vibe- more of a Chuck E Cheese vibe. At least other sports bars in area have designated game areas to let kids play. If you are a parent that let's your kid roam free and disrupt others, I give this place 5 stars for you! I hope you are tipping the servers very well to make up for the hearty tips they no longer get from us. read more

This place is awful. We just ordered Uber eats from here. We ordered three burgers, two chicken sandwiches, a salad, wings, and shrimp. They forgot two of our burgers and one chicken sandwich. I know it is not Uber's fault, so I called the restaurant, and they informed me that they have a new employee that packed it wrong. I was given the option of going to pick it up or complaining to Uber. With Uber I only got the discount of the food, not the tip that I applied to the entire order.
