Then the waitress Kristin, who was a wonderful conversationalist, pulled up the app on her phone and propped it up against the napkin holder right in front of me! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! I haven't been to Glory Days in a couple years and I am so glad I came back. Great food, great service! The mushroom truffle burger was one of the best burgers I have had and the steaks were great. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the butter that comes with the roles was barely edible. I think it was supposed to be honey butter but it was brownand clumpy. Conveniently located within walking distance from a few hotels. This is a sports bar atmosphere. They have a fairly diverse menu. I had the grilled salmon with a side of broccoli. The salmon was served with a citrus glaze, however, the fish was swimming in ithe glaze as there is so much of the glaze poured over it. The fish itself was over-cooked on the outside yet nearly raw in the center, which tells me it was likely previously frozen and not completely thawed when grilled. The broccoli was fresh and fine tasting. They have a good number of drink specials, especially on their margaritas and sangria. These are both served in a large martini-type glass and it looks very impressive and quite the bargain, however, they fill the glasses full of ice before they pour in the drink. I'm guessing there's 8 ounces of liquid max in the glass. Service was great, especially considering how busy they were. Overall, I like the atmosphere and the prices weren't bad, but my food just fell way short on quality and taste. read more

I came in at 9:50 PM because the place was advertised as being open until 11 PM. I sat at the bar and waited... and waited... but was never greeted or acknowledged. There was no bartender in sight. One server seemed to be handling the entire restaurant, and the only other staff member I saw was someone who came out of the kitchen briefly to deliver food, crack a few jokes with guests at the far end of the bar, then disappear again. Overall, the experience was disappointing. If a business claims to be open late, it should provide at least basic service to guests who arrive during posted hours. I ended up leaving without ever being spoken to. read more

I felt so bad for the waitress she was running around and did the best she could but the establishment is obviously having trouble. BOTH the bathrooms were disgusting - I went to change my baby and the koala station had wet sticky stains all over the inside. I ended up changing our daughter in the car. When my husband took our boys to use the restroom. Not one but two toilets were completely backs up either feces. The waitress mentioned the "kitchen was off their game". The kids got chicken tenders, the Nathan's hot dog and a grill cheese and the grill cheese was the only thing they'd eat. Stopped into Glory Days while in the Odessa/Lutz area for lunch on the way back home. Around 3pm, there wasn't too many people there. I guess it's the before dinner and late lunch folks like me. Decided just to get a burger as it's been a while and to make it fancy, throw on that egg. The glory burger was cooked med well to my liking so it was juicy enough and had that char taste as well. While I was leaving I saw a man sweeping up and asked if he was the manager, he said he was. He apologized and offered to take our table himself but I was already annoyed and declined the offer. This is in our neighborhood, conveniently close. We've been here almost 2 years, and we kept wondering if we should try it. Well, tonight was our night. It reminded the hubby of Bubbas, it has the sports theme and TVs all over. We unfortunately sat right next to the wall with all the TVs. I think they purposely sit family with kids there as Nickelodeon channel was on showing Sonic, so naturally, our 4-year-old was glued to the screen. Our waiter Brandon/Brendan was great. The food was hot, fresh, and tasteful. We appreciate the variety of the menu options as well. Hubby had the Jameson wings with fries, I had the salmon strawberry salad, and our son had the hot dog with fries. Hubby loved he could taste the Jameson, my salmon was cooked perfectly lettuce was very fresh with just the right amount of strawberries and pecans, my son loved that his hotdogs bun was actually toast according to him it's the grill cheese bread. It was a Friday night, so it was busy, but we didn't have a long wait for anything. They have outside seating and games outs front which there were a good amount of kids playing. Great sports bar, they have televisions galore. Fantastic place to watch a game. Their food is great too, not just bar food, they have extensive offerings. I had the Strawberry Salmon Salad: Grilled salmon over spring mix tossed with strawberries, feta cheese, candied pecans and served with cane vinaigrette. This is my favorite salad here, it's my go to. I've probably had it 6 times throughout the Glory Days in the area. One time the salmon was overcooked but before the server brought it out, the manager came by apologized for the delay. Explained the issue and made me a completely new salad with a delicious piece of perfectly cooked salmon and adjusted the bill accordingly. Now that's great service and quality control. But I have had it several times now and ordered and picked up some for my sister's surprise birthday party! This local chain sports bar/ burger spot is better than most. They have daily specials every week. The seating is comfortable but the noise level can be too high for conversation during busy hours. In general it's a choice for low priced burgers on Monday. The service is adequate to good depending on the crowd. I keep going back so I feel it is better than the other similar choices. The room is always clean and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. They have a "club card" that actually gives you access to the discounts they offer....suggest you join if you like sports bars. Because this is such an upgrade from the typical culinary experience at a sports bar. --- --- --- This Glory Days location has become a Browns Backer's Bar, which is the reason I decided to visit during Week 2 of the 2018 NFL Season. To be honest, I've driven past some Glory Days locations in the past and just assumed that they were your typical, unappealing sports bar. But I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food from here - especially on a day during the NFL season when there was hardly an empty seat in the house. In addition to the food being pretty tasty, it came out hilariously quick after I ordered it. I went with the B.O.M Burger because it seemed to be the most popular item on the menu and it was definitely a solid burger! I actually struggled to choose something here because there was a bunch of different items that looked appealing. For dessert, I couldn't resist the oreo sliders. They're exactly what they sound like - giant oreos with vanilla ice cream in the middle and hot fudge on the side. The fudge was a bit over-powering, IMO, so I just opted to eat most of this sans fudge. I came back for Week 5 and tried the Beef on Weck and the Bread Pudding and ended up liking my Week 2 options a bit more. The bread for the beef on weck was super soggy on the bottom, and that's before I even dipped it in the aus ju. It wasn't bad, but it was super messy to eat. And the bread pudding was alright - more along the lines of what I'd expect from a typical sports bar. The waitstaff could not have been nicer and more attentive - again, despite my visits being on NFL Sunday with a million people in the house. I'll definitely be back again this season to take in another Browns game with some fellow Cleveland fans! read more

This restaurant is in a very cool & walkable area... and it just happened to be near my hotel. My coworker and I were looking for a late dinner and a drink, this restaurant had the best reviews. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. There are plenty of TVs and tables, plus there are also plenty of booths if you are more interested in a traditional (non-bar) situation. You can bring your family here. We had a great waitress, and a great visit from the manager, she was just checking in. They were happy to make recommendations and they also accommodated my coworkers dietary needs. This place gets an A+ from me for the service, it made our night. read more

Very disappointed again with another RARE burger when I ordered a well done burger for my 9 yr old child. Come on! This is not ok. I had written a review about this before (same problem) and took it down, but this one will stay. My son said he was full and I asked how his meal was. He said the bacon was good but not the burger. Oh really? Why is that, I asked? He said it just wasn't good. I look at his plate to see how much he ate and was horrified that he ate half of a rare burger! Yuck! We ordered the wings, dry rubbed with Thai chili sauce which my husband likes and orders frequently and my steak and baked potato was very good.
