Came to this location for the first time with friends to watch the NBA Finals. This location is certainly nicer than the iocation by me in Wesley Chapel. I loved how they had the tables set up facing the tvs to watch the game and it was a plus that they offered to play it with the audio. My buddy had already ordered a bucket of wings, spicy garlic and some other flavor that was suppose to be spicy but really wasnt. The wings were very good, exceeded my expectations. The mac and cheese bites, fries, and fried mozz were also very good. Our waitress was amazing, never had to look for her as she always checked on us. It was large came with an app, chose chili and side(fries). Fairly large bowl of chili and plenty fries. We had leftovers. Service was adequate. Total cost $30, not expensive especially for the quantity and quality. Food quality is more like 3.5 but can't give 1/2 stars. To be fair I rated 4 as most that come here are looking for a sports bar to watch several games simultaneously. Overall not bad food or portions or price for a sports bar. read more

So I went to catch the Huskers first round NCAA Playoff as it was on espn+. I sat on the patio and a football game came up instead. The manager sat down, looked through his phone and found it was the streaming service and not a channel. So I thought I'll just eat my wings and beer and go. Then the waitress Kristin, who was a wonderful conversationalist, pulled up the app on her phone and propped it up against the napkin holder right in front of me! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! I watched 3 great sets of Husker v-ball with delicious wings and cold beer. It really made my night and talk about going the extra mile for a customer. We live on the coast and Springs so this was a destination for us to arrive to be friends coming from outer Tampa. I came in at 9:50 PM because the place was advertised as being open until 11 PM. I sat at the bar and waited... and waited... but was never greeted or acknowledged. There was no bartender in sight. One server seemed to be handling the entire restaurant, and the only other staff member I saw was someone who came out of the kitchen briefly to deliver food, crack a few jokes with guests at the far end of the bar, then disappear again. Overall, the experience was disappointing. If a business claims to be open late, it should provide at least basic service to guests who arrive during posted hours. Conveniently located within walking distance from a few hotels. This is a sports bar atmosphere. They have a fairly diverse menu. I had the grilled salmon with a side of broccoli. The salmon was served with a citrus glaze, however, the fish was swimming in ithe glaze as there is so much of the glaze poured over it. The fish itself was over-cooked on the outside yet nearly raw in the center, which tells me it was likely previously frozen and not completely thawed when grilled. The broccoli was fresh and fine tasting. They have a good number of drink specials, especially on their margaritas and sangria. These are both served in a large martini-type glass and it looks very impressive and quite the bargain, however, they fill the glasses full of ice before they pour in the drink. I'm guessing there's 8 ounces of liquid max in the glass. Service was great, especially considering how busy they were. Overall, I like the atmosphere and the prices weren't bad, but my food just fell way short on quality and taste. read more

When my husband took our boys to use the restroom. Not one but two toilets were completely backs up either feces. Stopped into Glory Days while in the Odessa/Lutz area for lunch on the way back home. Around 3pm, there wasn't too many people there. I guess it's the before dinner and late lunch folks like me. Decided just to get a burger as it's been a while and to make it fancy, throw on that egg. The glory burger was cooked med well to my liking so it was juicy enough and had that char taste as well. This is in our neighborhood, conveniently close. We've been here almost 2 years, and we kept wondering if we should try it. Well, tonight was our night. It reminded the hubby of Bubbas, it has the sports theme and TVs all over. We unfortunately sat right next to the wall with all the TVs. I think they purposely sit family with kids there as Nickelodeon channel was on showing Sonic, so naturally, our 4-year-old was glued to the screen. Our waiter Brandon/Brendan was great. The food was hot, fresh, and tasteful. We appreciate the variety of the menu options as well. Hubby had the Jameson wings with fries, I had the salmon strawberry salad, and our son had the hot dog with fries. Hubby loved he could taste the Jameson, my salmon was cooked perfectly lettuce was very fresh with just the right amount of strawberries and pecans, my son loved that his hotdogs bun was actually toast according to him it's the grill cheese bread. It was a Friday night, so it was busy, but we didn't have a long wait for anything. They have outside seating and games outs front which there were a good amount of kids playing. Great sports bar, they have televisions galore. Fantastic place to watch a game. Their food is great too, not just bar food, they have extensive offerings. I had the Strawberry Salmon Salad: Grilled salmon over spring mix tossed with strawberries, feta cheese, candied pecans and served with cane vinaigrette. This is my favorite salad here, it's my go to. I've probably had it 6 times throughout the Glory Days in the area. One time the salmon was overcooked but before the server brought it out, the manager came by apologized for the delay. Explained the issue and made me a completely new salad with a delicious piece of perfectly cooked salmon and adjusted the bill accordingly. Now that's great service and quality control. Because this is such an upgrade from the typical culinary experience at a sports bar. --- --- --- This Glory Days location has become a Browns Backer's Bar, which is the reason I decided to visit during Week 2 of the 2018 NFL Season. To be honest, I've driven past some Glory Days locations in the past and just assumed that they were your typical, unappealing sports bar. But I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food from here - especially on a day during the NFL season when there was hardly an empty seat in the house. In addition to the food being pretty tasty, it came out hilariously quick after I ordered it. I went with the B.O.M Burger because it seemed to be the most popular item on the menu and it was definitely a solid burger! I actually struggled to choose something here because there was a bunch of different items that looked appealing. For dessert, I couldn't resist the oreo sliders. They're exactly what they sound like - giant oreos with vanilla ice cream in the middle and hot fudge on the side. The fudge was a bit over-powering, IMO, so I just opted to eat most of this sans fudge. I came back for Week 5 and tried the Beef on Weck and the Bread Pudding and ended up liking my Week 2 options a bit more. The bread for the beef on weck was super soggy on the bottom, and that's before I even dipped it in the aus ju. It wasn't bad, but it was super messy to eat. And the bread pudding was alright - more along the lines of what I'd expect from a typical sports bar. The waitstaff could not have been nicer and more attentive - again, despite my visits being on NFL Sunday with a million people in the house. I'll definitely be back again this season to take in another Browns game with some fellow Cleveland fans! read more

This restaurant is in a very cool & walkable area... and it just happened to be near my hotel. My coworker and I were looking for a late dinner and a drink, this restaurant had the best reviews. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. There are plenty of TVs and tables, plus there are also plenty of booths if you are more interested in a traditional (non-bar) situation. You can bring your family here. We had a great waitress, and a great visit from the manager, she was just checking in. They were happy to make recommendations and they also accommodated my coworkers dietary needs. This place gets an A+ from me for the service, it made our night. read more
