In town for work and came in for multiple cold adult beverages. Very cool place with a lot of tv's. Beer selection is incredible. Food was really good and super fresh. Alexis served our table and was outstanding. Looking forward to going back. read more

Love that there's a Brass Tap in the neighborhood. They have the best happy hour. Half off appetizers Teachers, veterans, and service workers get 50% off (depends on which night). Boom boom shrimp is fire. Brussels sprouts (plain) with sea salt and olive oil are 10/10 Live music on Friday nights. A regular told me about Trivia. I can't wait to return with friends. read more

The Brass Tap - Boom Boom Shrimp - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Lutz, Florida

Have been here a couple times now for beers and dinner. The service is a little hit or miss, but overall helpful when you can find someone. We have really enjoyed their flagship brass tap beer, and the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts appetizers. They have a nice screened in porch to enjoy some fresh air (or a Florida rain storm!). Located on the end of the strip mall so usually plenty of parking available. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see the response back on my earlier review!! We will definitely give it a tray again!!

It was alright, service and food were quick. Pizza reminded me of like chuck-e-cheese, but the boom boom shrimp was great! Good vibes to watch a sports game for sure! Not bad but didn't knock my socks off! read more

I love coming here! Great service, great atmosphere, & great food! I look forward to seeing Kelsey at the bar every time!!

Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Employees take good care of the customers. Prices are reasonable.

I have been coming here on Sundays during the NFL playoffs, however I came here on a Saturday with my cousin and after such a long time I got to see Lexi again. We got the pretzel, pickle chips, and wings (flavors korean bbq and hot). The Pretzel is one of my favorite menu items here, the pickle chips were also good, the wings I would not order again. Lexi constantly checked on us and updated us on the status of our food and drinks. Whoever was making the Old Fashioneds for me at the bar did an amazing job as well. To managment if they get a chance to read this, Lexi is a true example of what customer service should be. Friendly service with a smile and genuine concern if something is not wrong and she will do everything she can to make things right. Just her checking in on us as frequent as she did made it even more easy going. read more

I'm visiting from California and I had the best service ! First time and probably not my last , Kelsey was our bartender and her recommendations did not disappoint, the food was delicious and the ambiance was definitely what we needed in our last night here. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. read more

The Brass Tap in Land O Lakes / Lutz is new to the area replacing Beef O Brady's that was there. The interior was notably renovated. Our server was Kelsey, who did a good job from start to finish. Food and drinks were good Son had a good All American Pub Burger with fries. Wife and I each had 2 different Seafood dishes but both had a Green Coconut Curry Sauce. Both had good local beer. read more

Wings and drinks were great! Our server was very attentive. However, it's March Madness and everyone is watching basketball games with no sound. Great place for watching sports but the atmosphere didn't fit with loud music blasting. read more

Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon to try this new Brass Tap location for the first time. I see several other reviews commenting on service issues but thankfully I can say that we didn't have any problems, though it wasn't busy at this time and we sat at the bar. The bartender acknowledged us right away and gave a cocktail recommendation. We got our drinks and also ordered food (burger and wings) with no issue. The food was great and honestly much better than the burgers and wings we used to get at Beef O'Brady's, so we were happy about that and looking forward to trying other items off the menu next time. As for the restaurant itself, the overall layout is the same as Beef's though they got rid of the half wall that separated the bar area from the rest of the restaurant which makes sense in my opinion - it was never needed in the first place and opens up the room more. So far so good and will visit again. read more

You know how hard it is to find food with kick in this old white people graveyard known as Land O Lakes??? I had the grilled cheese brisket and finally I enjoyed a hot meal that was hot in terms of temperature and spice. Great food, nice staff, come here and eat. They have food for spice weaklings too! The setting and decor are pretty dope too. Go here and enjoy. read more

Such a great addition to the area, night and day compared to its predecessor! The look and feel inside has certainly been upgraded! I've been here several times and the drinks, food and service never disappoints. read more

While Land O Lakes is known for many things, its (non-nude) nightlife is not one...This is exactly what the neighborhood needed. When we walked in there was a wait as it was ribbon cutting night and a vip event was wrapping up. We were greeted by 2 different ultra nice people and I could tell they were genuinely concerned that there was a bit of a wait. Our wait was short-lived, we were sat, drinks were quickly ordered and served, and trivia began. It was incredibly busy but they were well staffed for the night and everything flowed smoothly. We weren't trivia champs but we had fun and plan to enjoy again!! read more

This location just recently opened, moving into the space once occupied by Beef O Brady's. They still seem to be setting up as when we were there an artist was painting a mural in the wall. Nonetheless they were open for service. Our waitress was very pleasant and certainty experienced in waiting tables. The menu is typical bar food. The beer and drink menu is extensive and behind the bar there is a long row to beers on tap! As for the food, I got a steak sandwich and it was just, "okay". A bit small for the price as well. The fries were good. As for the decore. In my opinion the place is too dark. Sure, I get it, it's a bar and it is customary to be on the dim side. But when I have to pull out a flashlight to see the menu, sorry, it's too dark! There are a lot of TVs along the walls with a nice large one in the center. All types of sports were on along with Chive Triva which we like to do. For me the biggest issue I see is they have way to many tables in there and it will make it jammed packed. If they get busy it will be hard to squeeze past people. In conclusion, I'm going to give them three stars and work in a few more visits to see how other items are on the menu and try a few beers before given a final grade. read more

Good thing their food is good because the service isn't. Waitress did not know the menu, did not check on us, forgot most of the additional "asks" we had (such as for ranch, more napkins, etc.) and seemed overall antisocial and like she did not want to be here. She didn't even ask how we want our burgers cooked? Not expecting white glove service here but I feel like some things are standard to the field and it just simply wasn't there tonight. Mind you, we were one of maybe 3-4 tables sat the entire time we were there, it was dead this Tuesday night. read more

First time here and all I have to say is that our server Tanya was amazing! Food was great too but Tanya made our experience even better! We are definitely going to come back and request Tanya! Thank you so much! This might be our new hang out place! ANAZING! read more

Pathetic food, under staffed Ordered boneless wings basket and it was basically kids chicken nuggets. Husband ordered the steak sandwich and there was a sliver of steak and a huge bun. Friendly service and good drinks. The food could be better. Fish and Chips are ok. Quesadillas are greasy as are some of the other appetizers. Atmosphere is fine for a pub bar. Food menus could be better. Happy Hour prices are very good. read more

I only come when Syd is working! She is absolutely amazing. I always feel welcomed and always have my drinks filled. Kate chiming in here. For I will not allow someone to bash a business based on their resented feelings towards me. I personally know this establishment is very clean and I'd be willing to bet my job on it. As it is my responsibility to ensure that it is and to keep it that way. Yes we are new, yes we have fallen short, but we strive to constantly improve on those shortcomings. That sometimes means getting rid of the things that no longer serve the business or the team in a positive way forward. We value our guests, we take pride in our jobs and welcome all to join us for what we hope will be a great experience. Please ask for myself or either one of my excellent managers. We would love the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the guests of the neighborhood. read more

We checked out the new brass tap last weekend for the first time and we were not impressed. Service and beer were good but food was sub par and overpriced. Horrible. Not a family friendly restaurant, and there are plenty of families around this neighborhood. The manager yelled at my kids and other people's kids and took away the "garbage cans" and stuff for cornhole. Mind you, this was at 6 pm on a weekday. Not late at night or on a weekend. read more
