My burger arrived but it was the wrong burger, the new burritos are amazing though. The desserts are great too! My wife and I had dinner here last Thursday night (August 2018), and I'm delighted to give the restaurant five stars. I'm a former business traveler, have been to all fifty states (and three other continents)-- I've been around. This was a great experience. The service at this restaurant was superb-- our waitress was very attentive, helpful, pleasant-- great listener. We got our iced tea quickly and our food, when it arrived in about ten minutes, was exactly as ordered. The food was excellent-- very well prepared and delicious. The prices were great. The follow up by our waitress, the atmosphere, even the music choices-- great. We will definitely eat at this location again. It's always nice when a chain restaurant gets it together, and this one definitely knows what they're doing. read more

We order and both plates came out wrong I sent my back but they did a quick fix and I still ended up with it tasting bad (the taste of swiss on my chicken) but I ate it any ways. my husband got the guts to try something new.. the mushroom swiss ( he never does because if this). and they left off one of the ingredient (grilled onions.) we asked to fix it and the server brought it out and they were cold he didn't know till after he put it on his burger the (ice cold ) onions mad the burger taste cold. he could not finish his food, we spoke with the manager and they said the never serve them warm and they don't know how they would. he was completely oblivious. we still payed and left. One of my favorite Chili's locations. The food is always fresh tasting, hot, and quick. I also feel they have the best wait staff and customer service vs some of the other locations. The amount of seats is smaller than most of their other spots but it's never really a problem. The TV's are located throughout the restaurant where you can always catch a sports game and see no matter where you're sitting. Of course can't beat their specials and pricing. Def must go to spot if in zephyrhills! read more

I've always ordered the chicken crispers original and they have always been real good. This is the first time that I've been disappointed; they were over cooked! Must have a new cook that doesn't follow directions. Not sure if I'll order again from them. read more

Food is what you expect. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. I haven't eaten at a Chili's for well over a year. The menu/seems to be larger than I remember but I opted for a standard app plate with potato skins, chicken crispers and onion rings. It was a lot of food with 3 pieces of each, I only ate 2 of each. Tried the featured tequila drink, some tequila "remarketed" or something like that by Justin Timberlake. It was fine but at $9 it's higher than most of the margaritas on the menu. I'm giving Chili's an extra star here for adding the Zoisk system at the table. I can see some of the features of it being useful but the ability to pay at the table and not have the server take my credit card away from me is a big deal. I thank Chili's for being proactive here and hope to see more restaurants follow suit quickly. read more

We stopped in today sunday ti have an appetizer and watch some of the football game, we ordered the nachos what a mistake never have i seen a cheep plate of food it was disgusting,and being from the north i though all chili's were the same,I was wrong it states it comes with shredded cheese ,none,picode gallo about the size of a dime sour cream again none, we had to ask for things and to top it all off you get about 9 chips that is it for about 12 bucks!!! What a rip off ,we should have taken a picture of the garbage they sent out never again!! For a giggle we went on the web site to see what we should have gotten looked nothing like the pictures and were unable to eat them not once dod the bartender ask us if something was wrong or why we didn't eat them just gave us the check out machine and walked away. This chilis location is great! Very quick service. I came at 12:00 expecting to see a large lunch crowd but was seated right away. The server was very attentive with my drink and brought me a new one every time I was getting low. I never had to ask for a refill. The bottomless chips and queso are delicious, and I like that they bring more with no extra charge. About a month ago, they had a $10.00 fajita lunch special that came with an appetizer and the molten chocolate cake for dessert. They have since stopped that lunch promotion. It was a great value and I'm disappointed it is no longer offered. Overall, my experience at this chilis location was better than others. read more

This is probably the worst restaurant I have ever gone to. Let's start off with the service. To put it simply it was terrible. We spent at least an hour and a half waiting for our food and by the time we got our food it was cold. I asked for it to be reheated and I got it back cold again. The food was terrible. It was not well cooked and it tasted raw. The restaurant also smelled really bad. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I would not recommend going to the restaurant ever. read more

I was at this chilis last night for dinner. It was BUSY, but it was a Friday night so it's expected. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't the best. Some very friendly people though. I'm not really a big fan of these restaurants and this one still didn't change my opinion on them. I had got sweet tea with my meal and it was like straight syrup in it. Hate these stupid credit card machines on the tables. One person seats us, another gets drinks. A third brings us our food. Who do I tip? And when no one is doing more than one thing, why do I tip? This stupid credit card machines are the last straw. read more

We got done with our dinner and I notice We got over charge on the quesadilla .. So I brought it up to the waitress she told me one minute she went to look at the menu and then she went to the computer and hit something to make it where my dinner was 3 for 1 deal .. she told me she forgot to do that and I got a drink for free but I didn't get nothing for free cause It was a part of the deal and when I got done paying for that she went in the back got me chips and salsa to go ..I told her what is this for she says for take home so I start looking at the bill again ok the 3 for 1 deal came with the appetizer I didn't even choose the one I won't and I was already ate When she did this .. So either way I was going get overcharged or get the 3 for 1 deal but no appetizer because who want the appetizers after they ate their meal .. I asked for the supervisor but he was no help .. Just said sorry she most understood me and that was it on that .. I will never ate there again .. I work on the roads so I eat at many restaurants but this his top it off lately.. they brought the food out but I didn't see the waiter till the end when I was getting ready to pay for the bill . Most places the waitress will come to the table lease one time and ask you do you need a refill or how was the food didn't happen in my case... oh I forgot I asked her can you make the quesadillas one half cheese and chicken and the other half the bacon ranch style she told me know because they was busy and they were messed it up I look at the front door and there are no customers waiting they're not that busy and there was empty tables at the restaurant I thought that was kind a rude .. It was an interesting dinner, we both had a bacon burger , she had broccoli and I had fries. We both chose no bun on our burger. Here's the interesting part, the meal comes on a metal tray with a piece of paper as a liner. The burger no bun mind you was just sitting on the paper, no plate, as was her broccoli. Thinking once we cut into the meat the paper, now wet was going to fall apart. We asked the waitress for plates and she apologized telling us without buns it should have been plated (not the first time we've ordered like this and it came plated). So now the manager came over and said he heard we had a problem and then said kind of rudely"that's the way it comes" if there was a bun I could see. The funny part, the fries were in a container as were the condiments, lettuce, pickle and tomato. He also told us the server was wrong and he'd have a talk to her. He could have just said he was sorry but nooooo. Maybe he's in the wrong line of busness.the experience won't detur us from returning and we know next time to ask for plates because "That's the way it comes" !!! read more

Just came from Chili's. The service was very good, we sat in the bar area. We both had the chicken enchiladas and the plate was very hot, but the food was cool in the center. Four stars for a chili's per standard chili's ratings go. Wasn't the best I've been too, but definitely not the worst. Service was adequate. We used to come here very often as it was close to home but the last couple of times we were there the waitress, which happened to be the same one, was very unprofessional & rude. The first trip was my birthday, she pretty much threw everything on our table. My husband asked if we had done something to upset her she no but that she was exhausted because she worked a double & shouldn't be there right then, we asked for our food to go since we hadn't received it yet, she didn't respond then 15 minutes later brought all out food out, not in boxes. She brought boxes for us to do it ourselves, said she didn't have time to do it. We both got fajitas which has about 10 little condiments each, she threw little cups for us to put them in. The last & final time we will go there my 14 year daughter started feeling sick to her stomach, we asked politely if we could please get our food to go due to our daughter not feeling well, she still brought it out with boxes for us to do ourselves. My husband at this point was furious & asked for a manager she refused and said she would get it in to go boxes. She took the food back yelling through the dining area that her table demanded it out in boxes. She was very rude & it was uncalled for. We will never return again!! read more

We went to this chili s location today and it was not a good experience. My husband was served the wrong food and when we told the server,she said "sorry, I was confused with the specials" but did not offer to bring the right burger. She then brought just 1 of the missing ingredients and made a big deal out of it, like we were asking for something extra. I walked in to order togo the employee that was supposed to be at to go desk was doing something else and her boss alerted her that there was someone at togo counter A.K.A me. She said LOUDLY and with an attitude, they can wait I'm working on a party platter. Boyfriend and I were starving so we came here. Walked through the door, no host/hostess which is normal for lunch time usually! Empty restaurant, took about five to seven minutes to be seated. Five to ten minutes for drinks and luckily we already knew what to order so that process was quick. I ordered what I always order, classic nachos, they're a super safe order but taste much better with jalapeños which didn't end up on my plate. Which is fine! My boyfriend ordered chicken enchiladas, and after eating a whole enchilada he says "I don't think there's chicken in this", he breathes food into his body without realizing what it even is sometimes. But there wasn't any chicken, we checked the rest. This is fine, mistakes happen! Waitress checked on us 10 minutes later and he explained the dilemma. Of course by the time this was brought to her attention I was done with my food and he was ready to leave. She didn't ask us what we'd prefer which would be to honestly just pay for my food and never come back, instead she just went and got him a new order. Which is still good, she was really nice about it. We go to pay for our meal and there are 2 chicken enchilada orders. It took us 25 minutes to get someone's attention and for it to be fixed so we could leave. I understand that we went to chili's. I wasn't expecting to be wowed. If all of this had happened, but with timeliness of management/employees in general, I wouldn't have left THIS frustrated. If the restaurant was packed, I also would have been more understanding. Still left a tip for our waitress, it's hardly ever a waitresses fault and the effort they give with how little they are paid makes them always worth tipping! read more

We love the selections on the menu, always such a variety to choose from, makes it hard to decide its all so good.
