Me and my family have been eaten at this restaurant for over twenty five years. Check my parents there to have lunch and had to send my fish sandwich back.Because it was so overcooked , it could not be eaten. My elderly father got a ham and cheese hoagie and the bread was so hard he couldn't eat it , he couldn't even crush it with his fingers. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It took over 40 minutes to get our food and they had 0 others. Extremely disappointed and it cost $55. Nothing could be eaten. read more

They have a very small menu which is probably smart for a new business starting out but the salad bar is great but if they had breakfast all day I think that would be a big draw they end up at 11:00 the burgers are skimpy but the fried chicken dinner is the bomb and probably the only thing worth ordering read more

Spaghetti was $10.99, then $11.99 . Now $13.99. 2 minute breakfast was 6.49, now $8.49. Soda is $3. Coffee $2.79. Main attraction was cheap prices for ok food. No more attraction. The food here was great. Fast service, literally had the food at our table ,what seemed like two minutes. Pun intended. Tasted great and Sandy (our waitress) had jokes to make us laugh. Not what it use to be. There use to be a long line at the door. Now theres 12 to maybe 16 people most week nights. The soda machine is down. The salad bar is down. Most every thing you ask for they are out of. This was once a great place and it's a far cry from it now. And many code violations posted on social media 45 minute wait and my order is incorect. Despite the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised by what you find in this unique little diner. We have been there now for breakfast and for dinner and can't say enough good about the food. Large portions at extremely fair prices. garlic pork chops can't be beat. You receive two large and I mean large pork chops cooked to perfection. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Your meal price includes everything includes a scoop of ice cream. One of the most unique things about this place is the seating you may have to sit with people you don't know, but what a nice way to get to meet someone new. We come here off and on before we go to auction nearby. The food is decent and simple food. Nothing fancy but the prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality. However some servers are very unaware of how to treat customers. I could not understand our server initially when she asked are we eating lunch or breakfast. This was at 11:12. I did not realize lunch wasn't served until 11:30. I asked for soup just in case they had some ready in the back - she did check but came back, said not ready and rushed off without asking me if I wanted something else or a drink... so it was a bummer. We stopped by for lunch yesterday. The restaurant was empty which I had never seen before. Then we discovered why there probably were no people there. They have raised their meal prices from $10.99 to $13.99 which is really ridiculous for their so-so food. Their fish prices went up to $14.99. The salad bar doesn't offer much and their vegetables of the day are bad. They just open a can of green beans and walk them through a little warm water and serve them. No flavor. Don't know if the steep increase in price is because they are trying to get their new restaurant open which has not happened or if that is what their menu is going to be there. It also came with mashed potatoes, salad bar, drink and a scoop of ice cream for 10.99! My wife had a 12" cheesesteak, baked potato and drink for 10.99. What a bargain for each! We shared with each other to get a taste of 2 different meals. Both meals were fantastic! And huge portions! Obviously we had too much food so we have yummy leftovers to take home.! The restaurant is very small and is packed with patrons . Right there it tells you how good it is. I took my mother midge E out for her Birthday Lunch and was totally embarrassed, Service sucked!. 4 people who arrive after us got there food and ate it and left before we got our food. When our food arrived or onion rings were all in a glob stuck together. They apologized many times for the 1:45 min lunch. Kurt seemed to be worthless when we talked to him to know what was going on. Look on the walls and John Wayne is everywhere on the walls. Friday night is fish all you can eat. Let me tell you the haddock is off the chain. It's coating is flavorful I was full but wanted more of it. It's like a diner with the food done right. Waitresses are very thoughtful and it was good to be served by them. They are friendly and right on time with the service. You have a choice of salad bar or soup. I chose the soup. New England clam chowder. I cannot give this restaurant a high review because of the cleanliness of the place. Not to mention the amount of annoying flies (bugs) that buzz around your head when you're trying to eat. By the name and the exterior of this place, I would have never had guessed this was a restaurant just driving by. And maybe that's by design for the casual diner but you would be missing out... I actually thought the name was referring to getting an oil change and thought man, that's really quick for an oil change. That was until I read a local article about the diner and figured we should give it a try... We came for a late morning brunch and they weren't all that busy. The waitress told us they were switching to their lunch menu so I suspect most of the breakfast goers were probably done already. We were ok with the lunch menu and I had the country fried steak and wow, that was one awesomely good southern country fried steak. Tender and juicy, probably one of the best country fried steaks I've had in my life (granted I haven't had many). And to top it off, it came with an ice cream afterwards.
