My Last Visit Here the Service Was Awful. We were very patient bc it was Labor Day, but everything faltered. My husband ordered the special in the Fall Menu and just said no onion and ham instead of bacon. They didn't even bring him the cheese, egg, and avocado on the entree. Server proceeded to say it was his fault that he made modifications and shouldn't have done that. When looking at our receipt, she charged for an extra coffee which I did not have. Lastly, he had a birthday coupon yet he had to pay full price for his entree that half of the ingredients were not even there in the first place. The server tried to care at the end bc of her tip but hey to little too late. This location also has a huge echo and you won't be able to have a conversation.

Biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes. Very good gravy.

Been here several times, every time is a winner. Food good, service good, atmosphere good. Biscuits and gravy are phenomenal. Belgian waffles fresh. Kids menu good value.

Today we needed a pick me up and came by for a late breakfast. Were greeted promptly and seated in a booth. Tiffany our server brought coffee and helped us with selections. My eggs were perfect and the bacon crispy. My husband's omelet made to perfection. It was a nice place to regroup to continue the day. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant tidy. Check it out.

    Such a delicious omelette :)

One of my go to places for brunch on Saturdays! I always love the atmosphere and ambiance coming here. Wide open dining room really gives a homey and communal feeling. The people working here are friendly and super awesome. They bring the food out quick and keep the coffee and drinks full. The food itself was delicious as well. My omelette was a huge portion size, with lots of breakfast potatoes and some delicious multigrain toast. They also did not skimp on the filling in the omelette. Just know that Saturdays can be super busy, so sometimes it can be hard getting the attention of your server. But otherwise, fantastic place! :)

3 things about this place: 1. Welcoming staff and was seated right away. The place was a little hidden for me but was able to find it without a problem. Clean environment with wide spaces with different seatings available. The waitress was fantastic and couldn't have asked for a better one. 2. Coffee was excellent and was freshly brewed. Omelets, Biscuits and Gravy, and Quinoa bowl were ordered and they came out faster than I anticipated. Portions were a good size and the price was very reasonable. 3. Omelets tasted very good along with the quinoa bowl. However, water had to be asked since it was never brought to us. Water is a given at a restaurant and shouldn't have been asked. Overall, this place is great for breakfast/lunch spot and will be back to try other items on the menu!

What a fantastic find!! Looking for great food and service well this is definitely the place, friendly atmosphere quick service and delicious food and drinks. It was good we returned the next day for breakfast again!! The good is prepared fresh and nice size portions, both days food was delicious. They offer fresh juices, flavored creamers, just love. The decor with the unique lighting and openness of the restaurant. Unfortunately I live in the West Coast. We don't have this type of restaurant out here, but returning to Florida. I'll definitely be back.

Went on a Sunday right after church service. We made it just before the rush started to happen around 10:30 am. The waiter was great. Food was great. The food came out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Though there was a wait at the door, we didn't feel rushed by the staff to scarf down our food and leave. Ambiance was average. The coffee was really good!

Oh how I'd love first watch, but every location you go to is always so different. This is the location closest to my house and my preferred location. They always have extremely pleasant service, and food times are relatively quick even when the store is busy. Food Freshness is always top-notch. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the coffee, but that is just because it is too dark for my liking. They are a chain restaurant, so corporate decides these menu items. My lack of five stars is due to my personal experience, with takeout. I have had several instances where multiple items have been missing. But I want to say, how management handles these situations, is make it or break it for me. Mistakes happen. This location prides itself on making sure their customer experience is satisfactory, and is happy to make things right. It is the reason this is my preferred location, as it feels like having a family breakfast. I will always give them the benefit of the doubt, and every time, my experience has only gotten better.

Met a friend there at 11 AM. It appears to be a good time to go as it's not packed. The food is always generally good and although the ambience is somewhat noisy, the surface was good. I ordered the vegetable omelette and was absolutely delighted with the taste as well as how beautifully it was served. The chef managed to sculpt a rose in the middle of the omelette. First time I've ever seen anything like it.

The staff greeted me nicely, sat me promptly, and took care of me the whole time. It took a while to decide, and I finally went with their wings and a pepperoni pizza. I mean is that an American dinner or what? The wings were super crispy and for breaded wings, they weren't overly heavy. The sauce was delicious and the ranch dressing should win an award! I almost asked for more to do shots! Then the pizza came and even though I ate all the wings, I ate all but two slices of pizza! Man that was good... the crust was perfect, the cup and char pepperoni was done nicely, and the flavor was spot on. I loved it and it was worth it for sure. They had full meals (chicken parm and other pasta dishes) and other lighter options too (salads). They also had the non-traditional pizzas with things like mortadella and arugula too. So more than likely, something for everyone (including a Vegan pizza). Service was spectacular with the waitress stopping by numerous times to refill my half-off wine (Wednsdays IYKYK) and water and soda and just checking if I needed anything. She separated the alcohol from the food and soda pop as requested and I was in and out and on my way to shop in no-time. Yeah, it's in a plaza with lots of stuff to walk around and see!

That was so good. I'd be back for just a croissant and a house salad with honey lime dressing and be happy. That salad dressing also stole the show which made me not want to stop eating my salad. I must say, for some reason, I didn't like the cheese. Like there was a weird after taste, so I just pushed that to the side. My chicken pot pie was good. I ate some and took it home for leftovers. The crust was tasty too. This made me miss Boston Market honestly. I loved their chicken pot pie. This was a good rendition. My husband had his chicken with mushrooms, carrots and rice. He said it was ok. Our service was great. Super helpful and nice.

My wife and I were looking forward to our 1st dining experience at Coopers Hawk for our 31st anniversary. Unfortunately both the food and service were extremely disappointing. My wife ordered the filet mignon: 8 oz. Filet, Steak Butter, Crispy Onion Strings, Grilled Broccoli, Choice of Side 46.99 and I ordered Ellie's chicken piccata Lemon Butter Caper Sauce, Capellini Pasta 26.99 We both ordered glasses of wine with the meal - my wife ordered a red wine and I ordered the white wine they recommended to pair with the chicken piccata Neither wine came before our meal. When our meal was brought, there was still no wine yet. The server who brought our meals to the table asked if there was anything else we needed and I said-yes-the wine we ordered to come with our meal. 15 minutes later after after meals were brought--still no wine This is unacceptable at any restaurant-but for an establishment such as Coopers Hawk that centers everything around their wines this is ridiculous. When the wine was finally brought over 15 minutes later after our meals were brought they actually still forgot to bring my wife her wine and only brought mine. I told the server that it was too late and we did not need it anymore. The server clearly saw when she brought the wine that we were well finished with our meals already but did not offer any apology up-front and only after I said that "its too late" did she offer to take the wine off the bill. She did offer that she could still bring my wife's wine out and still take it off the bill and also offered to let me keep my wine and also take it off the bill but the damage had already been done at that point as it was over 15 minutes since we received our meals Now onto the food itself-very disappointing. Although my wife's steak was cooked perfectly as far as the inside of the steak-the steak itself had little to no seasoning and had no char on the outside. Outside of those 2 things - the quality of the meat itself was also disappointing. To give you an idea - the quality of the filet itself was less than the filet you would get at a Longhorn's steak restaurant which charges about 29.00 compared to $46.99 here - so you would expect at the very least it would at least be equal (or should be better) quality beef than Longhorns but unfortunately it was worse. The Chicken Picatta on the menu clearly says "Lemon Butter Caper Sauce" there were plenty of capers on the plate but outside of 2 lemons wedges on the plate for show there was absolutely no lemon flavor whatsoever in the dish. The chicken was cooked very well and was juicy but there was virtually no seasoning on the chicken at all and there was zero (0) lemon flavor. So again extremely disappointing. The restaurant is upscale and very nice looking and has a vibrant social atmosphere but when the service is bad, the wine doesn't come with the meal (and that is the theme of the restaurant-the wine), and the food is this disappointing it all adds up to a very bad experience which unfortunately also occurred on our special occasion-our wedding anniversary
