Burger was cooked a perfect medium! Southwestern eggrolls, not so much. Chili's can grill, so take advantage.

You know, I'll always have a warm spot in my heart for this place. This Chili's was, after all, one of my first employers. That was 12 years ago, when I was a 17-year-old busboy, right around the time of this location's grand opening. I was a little disappointed on my last trip, having discovered the mushroom, onion, and Swiss burger had been removed from the menu. It has always been one of my all time favorites (I ate LOTS of them after my shifts in my bussing days). Oh, and the broccoli cheese soup was gone, too. What the heck! The service here is above average. Maybe I'm being biased, because even after all these years, there are some familiar faces still working here. The employees are as dedicated as they come. As for the food - well, the cooks are pretty good with the meat temperatures. My buddy ordered a burger done medium, and it was darn near perfect. Other than the steaks and burgers, I'd shy away from most everything else. I can't fault the cooks, but the chicken and appetizers are pre-cooked and simply reheated in a pan, broiler, or microwave. That's just the way these types of places operate. The pasta is even pre-cooked, so when it's reheated before the meal, it tends to come out sticky and gummy - all sense of texture is lost. I must say, though, the nachos will always be a guilty pleasure of mine! I don't care how they're prepared - I love 'em!

Wish was a place leave no stars. We first waited in the waiting area over 10 minutes not a single worker was on the floor even in the bar area they were all in the back talking I get staffing short but they had plenty of staff they were just hanging out the back talking. We finally get seated and about another 5 minutes waiting someone comes our table said your server will be with you soon I was serving earlier but I'm at the bar now ( if youserving the bar not sure why you came all the way to us to complain your at the bar now and we're serving earlier). Also the place was not clean you can see from the picture how the salt shaker was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. We barely saw the staff out the kitchen area you can hear them back them talking no refuels on drinks. I'd say that's why no one goes to to Chili's anymore there service doesn't change soon I don't see them open much longer They used be a great restaurant.

On Friday we decided to start our weekend celebration and went to Chili's for dinner. We were happy because there weren"t many people inside. It was approximately 5:30 pm. when we entered they welcomed us and told us we had to wait 20 minutes. We looked inside the place and it had few people. We did not understand why we had to wait. But we accept. I think Chili's low on staff. At exactly 20 minutes they called us. The waitress was very kind but you could tell that she had a lot of work, She never offered us water, nor did she offer napkins. The drinks took approximately 20 minutes and the food took more than 35 minutes. If I give it 3 stars it is because overall the service was not good. I want to think that my bad experience is because due to the coronavirus they still do not have enough staff. As for the food it was tasty. There was an option of fajitas. We chose it with meat, chicken, and shrimp. It was quite a generous portion. We also ordered some new pulled pork quesadillas. I didn't like them they were super spicy. Too much. I ordered a sandwich with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, and tomato. It was very good and it came with French fries. the drinks were delicious. Maybe later we will visit the place again because the food was good. The waitress within the madness that was in the place was kind. Some things were missed but we will return when things are more normal to see if they deserve 5 stars.

    Ice cream

This place is a joke. First the waiter brings out our entrees and we ask where the appetizer is. He said someone bumped it and nobody ever brought it out to us. So we get our app finally after the entree. Then we get the cookie with ice cream on top. He said all of the ice cream was melted and this was what they had. Really? No manager ever came over and talked to us and waiter asked once the entire time we were there if we needed anything. Mind you they are at half capacity. Never coming to this Chili's again.

Bean dip or queso?? Grease pit.

Drinks 8/10 Service 6.5/10 Food 3/10 - sucks sucks sucks; normal chilis is fine but this one is deplorable beyond the chips and salsa. Skillet queso is a greasy burnt mess (how?), wraps come out busted and missing sauces (dry lettuce), anything with chicken is Tyson frozen strips reheated.. or still frozen as with the wrap. Pics to follow, this is the third time I've tried here because I've liked these places since childhood.

The interior dining area is relatively small and clean, though I would not recommend it for large gatherings. I thoroughly enjoyed the "get that corn outta my face" and was thankful to have the option for it in a bowl (otherwise I wouldn't have tried it.) it was a unique blend of flavors and textures that had me questioning the first bite or two, but the more I ate it, the more I liked it. (If you get the bowl, I recommend stirring it up first to evenly distribute the ingredients.) Service was prompt and courteous when they brought each of the meals to our table. This is a counter style establishment, so that was appreciated. The theme of the restaurant focuses on the Nacho Libre movie (menu items named after key movie points) and other movies focused on luchadores. It is unfortunate that the thumb wrestling rings never returned to the tables following Covid. This is a fun and laidback place to grab a quick bite. I love the quirky atmosphere and the delicious food. My recommendation would be to go during down times so you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere without the wait.

Stopped by on May 30, 2025 and really looking forward to getting a Nacho. The last few times I have come to this store I no longer got the "Welcome" which I believe made this place stand out above all others. It appears now that Moe's is making all Nacho orders "To Go" regardless if you are ordering the item in the store or not. There is a significant portion size difference between what you put on the tray and what they put in a small plastic container. I was told that this is how they make them now and was first told that the portion size is not different. Then I was told that they are now making them all "To Go" so the portion size is what you should have been receiving. However the price is still the same or more. I see this as Corporate Greed and trying to cut corners to save a little hoping that your customer does not notice. However with the Nacho it really stands out. Now I did speak with a manager there and she did offer to make the Nacho the old way but I did decline since they already made a Chicken Club for me. I didn't want to waste food. I have noticed that the Chicken Club is being presented different then it has in the past. They seem to stack the two pieces directly on top of each other. In both my cases I have had this it makes the item rather soggy and something I would not like to eat. Maybe it is just me but small things like this make a huge difference to the customer experience and deciding if I want to go back. I do know for awhile they have changed their cheese to a white cheese. I do believe the cheese Moe's used before was much better. I have had hit and miss on the lettuce. Some times I get the shredded lettuce which I prefer and sometime they have much larger lettuce which I don't think is good with their products. In my opinion consistency would be better and again small things like this make a huge difference. They are very quickly to tell you that something is going to cost "Extra", which is a good thing. However both my wife and I have had to remind them on the item we are getting that Guac is included and not "Extra". This comes down to proper training and again it makes a huge difference on the customer experience. They are staring to make me think that I am in Chipotles where it seems like everything cost extra. The point system has also change and not for the better. They had a simple point system that once you hit an amount you got 10$ which could be used on anything. Now you need a specific amount to get a specific item. It also takes a lot more to get the item. Again I see this as Corporate Greed. At one point they had a good App for their system. They made changes and redesigned it and I can't see how it was for the better. I do hope that Moe's will go back to the way they was before because this was one of my go to locations for this type of food.

Quick service, hot fresh food and a clean well maintenance dining area get my vote for a good bite.read more

Time to pull a quick 180. My last review praised this little Latin American/Caribbean joint because…read moreit was bold enough to say our town was over inundated by taco jawns. Also colloquially known as taquerías. And now I find myself just LOVING the P. Rosel for its tacos. Yes, we have a million kajillion taco shops in like a three mile radius. But they are all so freakin' good! I don't think having a million places that can dish out a top notch taco is necessarily a bad thing. I guess it gets kinda boring and redundant after awhile, but when you're craving a taco, it ends up being a blessing. Now, I know these tacos are authentic, because they are served with stuff that I would never expect to be served with a taco. Like, a side of cucumber slices? And sliced radishes? Also, we have legit Mexican cheese here. Queso fresco. No pepper Jack here. I think that's what most Americans put on their homemade tacos. Some sort of cheddar. Pepper Jack if they're feisty. That's about as exotic as they go when it comes to cheese. Ok, ok, they sometimes use feta. "Oh hey, I made a Greek salad! It's a mix of Romaine lettuce and fried chicken, croutons, and FETA CHEESE! TOTALLY GREEK!" In addition to a little taco sampler, I had snag some fajitas. Chicken was on the dry side, but I liked that they gave me a nice side of lettuce and pico de gallo. No sour cream, unfortunately. I'm serious about this - if you can find a Mexican place that serves a complimentary side of sour cream with fajitas or basically any entree, CHERISH THEM. Sour cream, as we we all know, as gone the way of guacamole. It's now a "premium" side that will cost you sometimes $1 or more. I'm pretty sure 10 years ago, restaurants were GIVING out sour cream because that shit sits in those commercial fridges so long, they NEED to give it away before it goes bad. But now we have to spend that stimulus money on those upsells that were once not a privilege, but a right. The last dish I got was the Molcajete Ranchero. I thought I knew what "Ranchero" meant until this stage in my life. It apparently doesn't have anything to do with ranch dressing. This is one of their specialty dishes. Or maybe they just have amazing SEO. But when I Googled "Molcajete Ranchero," Paraiso Rosel was the first hit. Sadly, I think they screwed up my order. On their website, the description says it's grilled nopal with a bunch of other stuff. What is nopal, you ask? Well, it's cactus leaves, duh. I feel like the cactus leaves would have added a whole other dimension. HAHAH, who am I kidding. I'm just complaining about the lack of something that I probably wouldn't have liked anyway. I'm complaining that something wasn't there, but if it was there, I'd complain about it because I would have thought the texture was "icky' or something. Now I know why restaurant owners pull their hair out when they read these reviews. Alright, so my final take. Would I order from here again? I mean, probably? As mentioned before, we just have so many really great Mexican restaurants. And for real for real, I want to try them all. So it takes a helluva lot for me to re-order from a place when in the back of my mind I want to try a new place. Like, my time on this earth is limited, you know? I have high blood pressure. I drink too much. There's people still walking around without masks. I could croak any minute. Now listen, if I lived within walking distance of this place, I'd go three times per week, easy. But a man's gotta live. I may never be back, but this was a meal I'll never forget (even if I never got to experience grilled cactus leaves).

I did a quick DoorDash search and came across this place. I've been wanting to try birria tacos after the recent surge in popularity (thanks, TikTok), so this seemed like a great opportunity to do so. I ordered the birria tacos with a side of rice. The delivery came super quickly and the food was still piping hot when it arrived. And my life was quickly changed. These tacos are INSANE. A super crispy corn tortilla filled with the most flavorful beef I have ever had. It's a complex flavor profile - sort of spicy, sort of sour, savory, salty, bright, DELICIOUS. And when you dip it in the consommé, which is provided complimentary on the side? Nirvana. I was absolutely stuffed, but I couldn't stop eating until I had totally cleaned my plate. The rice was also fluffy and tasty. I have tried to make my own birria tacos since this, but just can't replicate it. I'll definitely be eating here again as soon as I'm back in town.

My husband and I assessed Austin's differently. He ordered prime rib which he said was nothing short of perfect. Cooked medium rare as requested, tender, juicy -- he savored every bite. I scanned the menu. Nothing jumped out at me. (I generally don't gravitate to steakhouse-type restaurants.) I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs. My point of comparison is Longhorn's which offers more of a bang-for-a-buck, and in my opinion better tasting ribs. Not to say that Austin's aren't good. They are. Based on the popularity of Austin's, it's clear management knows what they're doing. But I think a small salad and baked potato should be available with the price of the entree -- not worth the extra $7 I was going to be charged. The salad is listed as 'field greens,' -- which it's not -- but reading the menu you'll see they mean iceberg and romaine. The salad was good, enhanced by their garlic ranch dressing. We washed down our meals with well-priced drinks: merlot ($8.90) and Blue Moon ($6.90), then splurged on dessert. Austin's flourless double chocolate brownie a la mode is very rich. One order for two adults is plenty. Austin's is aptly described as a family restaurant. A lot of kids. A lot of noise. Service is friendly and on-the-ball.
