Burger was cooked a perfect medium! Southwestern eggrolls, not so much. Chili's can grill, so take advantage.

You know, I'll always have a warm spot in my heart for this place. This Chili's was, after all, one of my first employers. That was 12 years ago, when I was a 17-year-old busboy, right around the time of this location's grand opening. I was a little disappointed on my last trip, having discovered the mushroom, onion, and Swiss burger had been removed from the menu. It has always been one of my all time favorites (I ate LOTS of them after my shifts in my bussing days). Oh, and the broccoli cheese soup was gone, too. What the heck! The service here is above average. Maybe I'm being biased, because even after all these years, there are some familiar faces still working here. The employees are as dedicated as they come. As for the food - well, the cooks are pretty good with the meat temperatures. My buddy ordered a burger done medium, and it was darn near perfect. Other than the steaks and burgers, I'd shy away from most everything else. I can't fault the cooks, but the chicken and appetizers are pre-cooked and simply reheated in a pan, broiler, or microwave. That's just the way these types of places operate. The pasta is even pre-cooked, so when it's reheated before the meal, it tends to come out sticky and gummy - all sense of texture is lost. I must say, though, the nachos will always be a guilty pleasure of mine! I don't care how they're prepared - I love 'em!

Wish was a place leave no stars. We first waited in the waiting area over 10 minutes not a single worker was on the floor even in the bar area they were all in the back talking I get staffing short but they had plenty of staff they were just hanging out the back talking. We finally get seated and about another 5 minutes waiting someone comes our table said your server will be with you soon I was serving earlier but I'm at the bar now ( if youserving the bar not sure why you came all the way to us to complain your at the bar now and we're serving earlier). Also the place was not clean you can see from the picture how the salt shaker was absolutely filthy and unsanitary. We barely saw the staff out the kitchen area you can hear them back them talking no refuels on drinks. I'd say that's why no one goes to to Chili's anymore there service doesn't change soon I don't see them open much longer They used be a great restaurant.

On Friday we decided to start our weekend celebration and went to Chili's for dinner. We were happy because there weren"t many people inside. It was approximately 5:30 pm. when we entered they welcomed us and told us we had to wait 20 minutes. We looked inside the place and it had few people. We did not understand why we had to wait. But we accept. I think Chili's low on staff. At exactly 20 minutes they called us. The waitress was very kind but you could tell that she had a lot of work, She never offered us water, nor did she offer napkins. The drinks took approximately 20 minutes and the food took more than 35 minutes. If I give it 3 stars it is because overall the service was not good. I want to think that my bad experience is because due to the coronavirus they still do not have enough staff. As for the food it was tasty. There was an option of fajitas. We chose it with meat, chicken, and shrimp. It was quite a generous portion. We also ordered some new pulled pork quesadillas. I didn't like them they were super spicy. Too much. I ordered a sandwich with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, and tomato. It was very good and it came with French fries. the drinks were delicious. Maybe later we will visit the place again because the food was good. The waitress within the madness that was in the place was kind. Some things were missed but we will return when things are more normal to see if they deserve 5 stars.

    Ice cream

This place is a joke. First the waiter brings out our entrees and we ask where the appetizer is. He said someone bumped it and nobody ever brought it out to us. So we get our app finally after the entree. Then we get the cookie with ice cream on top. He said all of the ice cream was melted and this was what they had. Really? No manager ever came over and talked to us and waiter asked once the entire time we were there if we needed anything. Mind you they are at half capacity. Never coming to this Chili's again.

Bean dip or queso?? Grease pit.
    Mike B.

Drinks 8/10 Service 6.5/10 Food 3/10 - sucks sucks sucks; normal chilis is fine but this one is deplorable beyond the chips and salsa. Skillet queso is a greasy burnt mess (how?), wraps come out busted and missing sauces (dry lettuce), anything with chicken is Tyson frozen strips reheated.. or still frozen as with the wrap. Pics to follow, this is the third time I've tried here because I've liked these places since childhood.

I'll be honest, I didn't know much about this place going in, but I'm really glad I went and I'll definitely be back. Walking in, the first thing you'll notice is a beautiful, large fish tank built right into the wall on your right. The restaurant is dim and upscale-feeling, but still very family-friendly and not loud or overstimulating, so you can actually have a conversation. They have both booths and tables, and the space is very open and spread out. As a parent, you can even strategically seat your family in view of the fish tank or the windows to give the kids something to look at. It's great for a casual family dinner, a date night, or even a birthday celebration. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no ramps, you can roll right in to your table. It's located in a plaza but set apart, so parking was never an issue. Plenty of spots, including handicap parking up front with just a short walk to the entrance. They have a solid variety on the menu including alligator bites, burgers, pasta, salads, and more. It is on the higher end price wise. Most entrees start around $14 and up, and even the kids meals begin at $8.90. The cocktail menu is extensive and the dessert menu is worth a look too. They also have a lunch menu where prices vary a bit more favorably. I ordered the Coastal Cheddar cheeseburger burger with no tomatoes and it was excellent. Very fresh, well seasoned, and served with shoestring fries that were equally on point. They also bring out a ciabatta loaf with butter to start, which was a really nice touch. Food came out quickly (always a plus). The staff is genuinely incredible. There's a tag team mentality where anyone on the floor can help you, refill your drink, or check on your table. My server was very attentive, and even when they got busy someone always stepped in. No reservations needed, at least when I went which was on a Sunday around 1pm. Highly recommend!

My favorite was the Lobster Bisque. It was creamy and deliciously balanced. The clam chowder tasted like "old soup" as per my daughter's review. It was OK, but did taste like it was canned and therefore we didn't eat more than a few spoonfuls of it. (The crab and lobster soups were gone.) We both thoroughly enjoyed the gator bites. They were well prepared and very tender. My daughter enjoyed stated that she was surprised it reminded her more of chicken than what she had expected. The dipping sauce added a nice touch and was not too peppery or spicy. It was well balanced. The seafood gnocchi was filling and flavorful. My daughter enjoyed it and had enough leftover for another meal the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed my lobster roll and ate the whole thing. There was an abundance of fries, which I did not eat. They were good, but did have a bit more of a greasiness than I prefer. The drinks were typical Coke products, which wait staff were attentive to keeping filled. The ambiance is a great place for a casual quality meal with family, friends, work colleagues, or a date. The salt water tank in the "lobby" is always nice to look at. The place is always clean and well maintained. The booths are spacious and you can talk comfortably without being crowded by other patrons. I love this place because the food is always good and the atmosphere is calming with the dim lighting.

Located a bit out of the way in the Flying Hills golf course, but worth the drive. Sports bar- Eagles vibe w/ a decent draft list. The kegs weren't working (seems to happen at every bar we attend these days) but still enjoyed a Mike & Merrill Philly Hazy IPA. Wings a good size, crisp, you know, the way wings used to be before everyone started charging an arm & a leg & serving broken pigeon wings. Classic "Buffalo" sauce & blue cheese dressing were good. FINALLY tried famous Caramel Burger (which I missed several times at the Hamburger festival). It did not disappoint. Good size, flavorful patty, & what these people do best- the bacon jam & caramelized bacon. The sweetness of the onions sings thru. Order it! Husband ordered seasonal special Frikadellen/Bratwurst Smash Burger. Skipping right to it- the cottage fries. (Gracie's/Louie's if you had this all the time we'd have no beef! LOL) INCREDIBLE! Crisp, thin, tender, amazing. If you follow me you know I am over the frozen fries served at every eatery in this country. Finally, amazingly pleasant, genuinely happy, server- Reese. She was on my side throughout this whole foodie journey, even the beer & burger mishap (initially burger served w/o cheese sauce). She's a keeper! We'll be back & will spread the word! The food menu has a large selection of different types of food so almost anyone can find something to eat. Great selection of beer with a lot of regional offerings. Also seem to run a special for different types of alcohol for most nights of the week ($6 large draft IPA beer on Thursday night). I ordered the brisket meatloaf sandwich that came with BBQ sauce and gouda cheese on top. The sandwich was very tasty and I especially enjoyed the pretzel roll it was served on. I liked that I was able to substitute a side of perogies instead of chips. The moon ranch grilled chicken sandwich was a little underwhelming and the moon sauce was the only positive to that sandwich. The service was good and our server checked back in with us multiple times during our visit. My husband and I assessed Austin's differently. He ordered prime rib which he said was nothing short of perfect. Cooked medium rare as requested, tender, juicy -- he savored every bite. I scanned the menu. Nothing jumped out at me. (I generally don't gravitate to steakhouse-type restaurants.) I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs. My point of comparison is Longhorn's which offers more of a bang-for-a-buck, and in my opinion better tasting ribs. Not to say that Austin's aren't good. They are. Based on the popularity of Austin's, it's clear management knows what they're doing. But I think a small salad and baked potato should be available with the price of the entree -- not worth the extra $7 I was going to be charged. The salad is listed as 'field greens,' -- which it's not -- but reading the menu you'll see they mean iceberg and romaine. The salad was good, enhanced by their garlic ranch dressing. We washed down our meals with well-priced drinks: merlot ($8.90) and Blue Moon ($6.90), then splurged on dessert. Austin's flourless double chocolate brownie a la mode is very rich. One order for two adults is plenty. Austin's is aptly described as a family restaurant. A lot of kids. A lot of noise. Service is friendly and on-the-ball. While not my kind of restaurant, if prime rib is your thing -- this could be the place!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. We got menus right away. The service by Thea was attentive. The diner looks a bite runned down but clean. We ordered an appetizer immediately since it had been sometime waiting at the other place next door and we were famished! We got our drinks and appetizer of three dolmas on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, feta, black olives, cucumbers. It was delicious! We ordered our entrees which to our surprise came with soup and salad bar! Everything at the salad bar was fresh, though small but had the basic toppings for a salad. I particularly loved the chicken orzo soup. My husband loved his Italian wedding. Neither were overly salted and the carrots in my soup tasted fresh as well as the potatoes (Not the canned type). Now here is the reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 4, my entre was roasted chicken with homemade stuffing. The chicken tasted of freezer burn, old, dry and the flavor was only in the skin. It came with a lemony gravy which I didn't care for. The homemade stuffing had a texture that was similar of when you vomit a sandwich. The side I chose was Mac n cheese and it was lukewarm so I had to ask Thea to heat it up really hot. I took the grated cheese from the salad bar and mixed it in added salt n pepper but it just still wasn't good. The "cheesy" cream tasted like flour sauce and the cheese I added wasn't a cheddar so it didn't add too much flavor. My husband ordered the T-bone steak with mash potatoes and coleslaw on the side. The slaw wasn't sweet so we did like but did have to add salt. The steak was typical diner steak, dry. The mash tasted like box flakes made with only water, no cream or butter flavor. Not creamy at all! I can only recommend the salad bar and soups! If I ever go back I'd try the burgers, they looked decent.
