Me and my wife go to Chili's quite a bit. Enough we always get free chips and salsa in the bar. My wife ordered for us while I was a few minutes behind. Had a burger here a while back and enjoyed it. Ordered a meal to go tonight, planned on splitting it with my wife, so I ordered a "Full Rack" of ribs. When I opened it , I was extremely disappointed. The "full rack " was 7 inches in length. Well they never actually say what it came from, maybe a raccoon? Almost $50 delivered, pitiful, won't trust them again for delivery or take out. Just sad. The Chili's menu seems to never change. Generally the food is cold when we pick it up (5 mins. away), and kind of messy in the boxes. It really is a restaurant of last resort for us because everything is very high calorie and just so salty! Chili's needs to reassess its menu for healthier and more creative options. Place is understaffed, we sat for 15 minutes before we got a server. Once a server came and took our drink orders, another server came to take our order. At this point we didn't know who our server was and our beer was still sitting at the bar, came to our table warm. So then we waited for our food which also took forever ( THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT CROWDED OR PACKED) and food comes undone!! Little sliders still red in the middle, wings taste like watery rubber and Texas cheese fries look like they were sitting waiting for the rest of the food so came out cold and gross. I've been to this Chilis many times now. The in person experience is fine, the food is good, service is good, but every time we've ever ordered to go (either curbside or doordash) something is wrong with our order. This time, I ordered curbside. First of all, there are only 3 curbside spaces and all 3 of them were full of cars that didn't even have people in them. There were no other available spots, so I circled around for about 5 minutes. Finally, a couple pulled out from one of the curbside spots and I was able to park. I waited for almost 10 minutes and no one came out to bring me my order. I finally just decided to go in to pick it up because at this point it was way past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I had to wait another 5 minutes at the pickup counter for my order until someone came to help me. Turns out, my order was sitting right inside the kitchen the whole time. When I got home (I live less than 10 min away) my order was cold and the drink cup I received was a mess with stuff all over it. Very disappointed in this chilis and probably won't be going back because I have had experiences like this one too many times. read more

Well drinks are $3. Margaritas only $5! That also comes with a shaker so you can keep refilling. Our waiter failed to tell us that adding flavor costs extra. Other than that the food is great! The margarita flatbread is a must try, absolutely delicious. The guacamole is fresh and also comes with salsa. Good size portion which is also a bonus. Overall great happy hour deals. The last 2 times we went and today especially were horrible. You served me my fajitas in the shape of a bacon strip (skinny) on my fajita skillet and the bowl of beans half full. One teaspoon of sour cream, guacamole and sprinkle of cheese is what was on the metal boat for a 3 serving skillet ?!. The burger has also changed back again and is way smaller, the bacon was wimpy. What happened? Cost ? Service was horrible too. All we kept hearing amongst tables was " I'm sorry " and people complaining and people yelling in the kitchen. I called for a refund for take out food that was never picked up. The female Manager on duty told me, no problem. 3 days later, refund wasn't processed. I called the restaurant again, & spoke to another Manager named Armando. He told me, he'll call me back cuz he has to call the Mgr. I spoke to to see if she processed the refund yet. He never called me back. I called him the next day around 5 pm because I wanted to give him some to sort this out with the other Manager. He never attempted to call me back.
