This Chilis is constantly busy as it gets with orders & they truly try their best. I haven't been In a couple months but Chilis was my go to place. For 15$ you can get 3 separate items & it's literally cheaper than fast food places. I always got a cheeseburger with grilled onions & everything on the side since I live 20 minutes out. Hello Chili's reviews and I'm here to say that the popular mozzarella cheese sticks is amazing taste but the aftermath of it is horrible like they put laxatives in the damn mozzarella. My whole family that ate it had to take a fat ass shit after it. The service was literally so slow too like there was not that many people at the moment and the food took forever. We like this Chilis over the one in Metairie. You can't beat their 3 for $10.99 deal they are having now. Chips and salsa are always fresh and tasty. Our burger was cooked medium like we requested and juicy and tender. The fries was great as well. Our grandson had the Quesadilla and loved it. The mozzarella sticks were more like mozzarella bars and were delicious. Service was good. The margaritas were too sweet and not strong which is common at chain restaurants. The restrooms needed attending to. But if you're looking for a restaurant that's family friendly, this is a good choice. read more

The service was a little slow despite having many employees on the floor at once. Everyone was polite, though. I didn't have to wait too long for my food and drinks. However, the margaritas packed less of a punch than I'd of expected from an adult beverage. Seemed a bit diluted. Food- bowl of baked potato soup might have been 8 oz- better known as a cup. Lukewarm and had the appearance of canned potato soup with a few sprinkles of cheese and a couple bacon bits. Overall, I enjoy Chili's as an establishment however, this particular location was not my favorite experience. The service was extremely slow for a Saturday night and for it not to even be crowded. I sat at the bar since I was dining solo and it took about 25 minutes for the bartender to input my order. I wasn't even greeted until about 15 minutes into my sitting down. I ordered food from their smokehouse section (jalapeno cheddar sausage, crispy tenders, fries, and grilled corn on the cob) and had their 2 for 1 strawberry margaritas. The 2 for 1 margaritas is probably the best deal for their happy hour. I usually come back just for that. The food was tasty per usual and I enjoyed being able to watch the March Madness games in peace after my food arrived and I truly believe paying on the table kiosk saved me another 15 minutes during this visit. read more

I was not shocked at all to see that this location only has 2 stars on Yelp. I was a bit surprised it was that high of a rating. I do not like to leave bad reviews but if the service is bad, somebody needs to hear about it. My hope is that someone, anyone, that values making a profit, remaining gainful employed, or cares in the slightest that their restaurant has such poor reviews, will read this, and begin to connect the dots. This Chilis restaurant is by far the worst location that I have ever been to. A co-worker and I decided to grab a bite of lunch here Monday 10/09/23 at around lunch time 12:30 - 1:00. We walked up to the hostess stand, waiting to be seated. We stood around for a few minutes and were never greeted by a single employee. We should have left then and there but I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I have worked at restaurants before, I understand that sometimes you are understaffed, and behind. I get all that. So, then we seated ourselves at the bar. Now the restaurant was not full, it was lunchtime on a Monday afternoon. I looked around the restaurant and I could see 3 or 4 individual piles of dirty plates scattered throughout the bar and tables. This should have been the second indicator to flee from this unsightly, unfriendly, and unmanaged dumpster fire. If these employees are too lazy or incompetent to clean off a table, I can guarantee you the deep fry grease is not being changed out properly and the kitchen is not being cleaned properly. The servers literally live off the tips they receive. And they are incapable of finding you a clean place to order food? We sat there at the bar for a good 8 minutes, waiting for any acknowledgment from a staff member. I couldn't even get eye-contact from a single employee. I don't think a single employee ever knew we were even in that restaurant. Chilis is the perfect name for the environment you will receive at this location. All signs point to bad management. Does anyone run this restaurant? After the terrible service, we left and decided to spend our money at a much more superior restaurant down the street called "Olive Garden". We walked into Olive Garden and immediately were greeted with a friendly greeting. The Hostess showed us to our seats and a drink order was soon placed. Pretty much the standard for frequenting any restaurant in the past 100 years. As usual the food at Olive Garden was amazing! We each tipped our server $10 each, she was an amazing waitress we had at Olive Garden. Her name was Elle. Very friendly, down to earth, and helpful. If anyone in the North Shore Mall area is looking for some great food, good atmosphere, and employees that acknowledge your existence, I highly recommend the Olive Garden. I am not going to swear to it, but I will probably never step foot in another Chilis restaurant for as long as I can. I don't even like their menu. Chilis is always the last choice. This poor location is not even a choice at all. I do hope this restaurant closes soon, so we can make room for some new restaurants that know how to run a successful business and are trained at the most basic restaurant etiquette, and that is knowing you have a customer ready to spend money at your store. WORST experience EVER...Arrived waited about 10 mins for waitress to come and take our drink order and appetizer order of chips and salsa as well as chili queso. Waitress brings our drink and chips and salsa but NO queso. We placed our order for our entrées. Waited about 20 mins still didn't have our quest. We have finished out first round of drinks and have now asked waitress about our queso and for drink refills she tells us it's coming. 20 more mins later finally get our queso but still no refills. My husband then asked to speak to a manager, the manager comes over and apologizes and offers my husband refill on his margarita. 10 mins later our entrees come out and they messed up my husbands order and gave him shrimp which he is highly allergic too. Mine and my sons orders were correct. They took my husband's order back and fixed it but took them another 20 mins to get him his order, by the time he got his food my son and I were already done eating. This Chili's location is ridiculous. They weren't excessively busy, the waitress literally to had 3/4 tables the entire time we were there. Sabrina was her name, she was more worried about making sure that her larger table was taken care of then making sure that all of her tables were taken care of. My husband has previous work experience in the restaurant business so we understand that it can get busy and over whelming at times but the lack of effort that was put in by this waitress was ridiculous. Stopped in for a VERY quick lunch and ordered the classic ribeye with broccoli and swapped out the loaded mash for asparagus with garlic roasted tomatoes. The ribeye was solid, the broccoli just right, the asparagus - was tasty but not trimmed properly so you kept biting into stringy vegetable fiber. Minor complaint but that's a completely solvable problem. The roasted tomatoes were actually the best thing on the plate. Atmosphere is fine, upbeat, relaxed - the bartender/server was good and attentive. Maybe if Yahoo allowed it I would think about 3.5 stars. But that's just the thing with Chili's - they have good prep standards so no matter where you are it will be cooked similarly. And it will be good and certainly above average but - so far - hasn't ever blown me away. But it's always a sure bet and worth trying if you haven't been there before. read more

The queso was questionable color and texture, looked more like hamburger helper that was left out over night to fester. The chips were so rubbery they were impossible to chew let alone digest. Tried to call at dinner time to amend my online order, I could not (using 3 different lines) get anyone to answer my calls for over 30 minutes. Then when I mentioned it to the man (who answered the call) he was rude and indignant. Telling me how busy they were. By then, I had already arrived at the restaurant. They were definitely not busy. Regarding the $64,000 question about the food. If you go on numerous occasions, you'll find inconsistent degrees of quality. From average to substandard and cold. I'm only judging their take-out quality of service and food preparation. One time they'll wrap the burgers and fries or the triple dippers meal separately (just 2 examples) in foil so the stay warm and another time they do not. No one likes handled cold dipping sauces mixed in with the warm food they're going to eat. I will try to not order food from this location. Too many problems on too many take-out orders. Consistency and courteous treatment, regardless of time of the order is placed should be the minimum one should expect from any restaurant. I'll try to order from the 21 location, if I want to eat Chili's take-out. Though, it's not a convenient location. I wish this location would get their act together for locals! Update 12/10/21 - I guess we're gluttons for punishment. For some reason I'm now informed by the 'manager' Kimberly, nothing take-out is put in aluminum foil. I was told it's for our benefit to use a microwave. So two orders of Triple Dippers and dipping sauces are just loose in a plastic container. No hamburger's are wrapped either. I told her we had take out there only the day before and everything was individually wrapped. The food stays warm and different types of food doesn't shift around together and sit with dipping sauces that were handled in someone's bare hands. No one wants their cooked food touched by strangers hands. Interestingly, Danielle has never gotten our order wrong even once! But, Kimberly says it's Chili's policy not to wrap food! And, it's in the customers best interest. I can't see a single reason this is in our best interest, except it's easier for the cooks to just throw everything in and be done with it. I was really hoping for a decent meal for my wife and I but was horribly disappointed. My wife got the crispy chicken tender s on the triple app plate and they were literally rubber !! She couldn't pull it apart with 2 hands!!! The server ask if she wanted the other style to replace it with and he brought them out just a couple minutes later and it looked like one of them had been picked apart already and they were oozing like they just weren't cooked fully. The quality of the food here has really gone down hill. The service is even gotten worse. Went to lunch with my mother in law and they sat us at a dirty table after waiting 20 minutes in line. Waitress never brought refills. The appetizer we got was cold. When I got my food there was a hair in the quesadilla before she even set down the plate I told our waitress that and she said "do you want me to get you something else?" And I said no you can take it away. Being a server myself I understand things happen, nobody's perfect and I never expect it to be. But after my mother in law was finished eating, the waitress brought the check and didn't even bother taking off the quesadillas. I asked her if she could take them off because she took them back immediately and I didn't order anything else and she said they can't take anything off the bill, it was against their policy. I work at a restaurant and know good and well that if my customer had a problem with something, I'd explain the problem to the manager and ask them to take it off the bill. Ordered the loaded wings. It was comical how different they looked in real life than in the picture that was right in front of us. They only took up half the skillet, and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. We had to ask for the ranch that came with them, and there was a hair in it. Margherita chicken was good. No complaints there. The black beans that I had as a side were COLD. I think they had them sitting in the serving bowl the whole time they cooked the chicken. They were the same as the temperature in the restaurant, in January. Cold. I enjoy being able to order and pay from the kiosk on the table. I like their rewards system. The staff was friendly.
