Big Q burger with fries. I came in 2:55pm so not a lot of people here. So service was quick and complete. Friends also. The music is just loud enough to hear but not keep you from a normal talk level. TV's all over.

Short wait, great food, friendly service. When you're a regular, it's like a small town eatery.

We ate lunch at Chili's Grill & Bar on Fairview after our trip to the Happy Cow Creamery. It has been years since I dined at Chili's. The menu has changed some, they no longer offer the 2 for $25, but they are offering 3 for $11.99, depending on what main course you choose. This includes a drink, an appetizer and an entree. You can also get three different dips and chips for an added $2.49. I did the three dips for my appetizer, and the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas for my entree. The quesadillas tasted like I remembered and were cheesy and good, the dips were ok. I should have gotten a dessert first, I was really wanting that chocolate molten cake, but I just couldn't do it after eating my entree. Next time though...

Make the best use of every chance to earn a customer's business.

Great, everytime we eat here. Food is hot and delicious! Staff is friendly and courteous. Have never had a bad experience here. But.....today, the service was sub-par. The chips and salsa never came out, and the burger was almost raw. Cannot explain it, and our waiter offered no excuses. The burger was re-made...and we were charged for both burgers....what? So finally the bill was adjusted....after getting the bill wrong 2 times....lunch took almost 3 hours. After all these issues, a manager did not come out to apologize or ensure that the customer was satisfied.

Yummy!!!

Service poor. Waitress never came back to offer refills on tea. We had to ask 2 different people for our check. Food was not hot or tasty.

Couldn't even get seated because there was no host. We waited about 10 minutes and just walked out.

This was almost a disastrous experience, but the manager took care of everything wonderfully. I…read moreordered online and was given a total of around $77 for take away. I go to the restaurant early and used the restroom, then went to the takeaway counter to pay my bill (I chose "pay at restaurant" instead of paying immediately online). This is where things went bonkers. Apparently, if you order online but pay in person, they add an enormous amount of fees. Credit card fees, facility fees as well as mandatory 15% tip. Nothing against the worker, but I refuse to pay 15% tip for carry out food. I approached the manager to express my displeasure and concern. He tried to explain things, but it made absolutely zero sense. He said the machine/software they use automatically adds those fees when you order online but pay in person. I asked if I could cancel the order and go to the bar to order, and he said the fees would still apply. The ONLY solution, he said was to reorder online and pay online. What kind of sense does that make? Why is it more expensive to place a to-go order in person than online? Be that as it may, he canceled my order, and I resubmitted online without the fees. The fees brough my order to $92 (from $77, mind you). It is a complete disgrace and abomination how their system works, but the manager was very accommodating and corrected the issue. The food was really good as well. We got salmon and two chicken dishes and they were all great. The asparagus was horrid, but the other sides were quite tasty. Giving five stars for the customer service but would give ZERO stars for the online ordering experience. Do your due diligence!!!

Mediocre at best, and very pricey. (What the heck is the 6% "facility fee"??)…read more My wife and I both ordered 8 oz sirloins (at $26 each!). My wife's steak was half the thickness of mine, so of course mine came out way undercooked and I had to send it back. The meals came with only one side and we both had steamed vegetables which were barely warm. We had to spend another $5 each for a salad. My wife's garden salad was the best part of the meal; my Caesar salad didn't contain much good lettuce. No bread served with our meals. We're not big fans of the chain steakhouses, but honestly we usually get better meals at places like Texas Roadhouse (plus more food at much better prices). $70 for a lousy meal. We definitely do not recommend this place.

Hubby had the spaghetti bolognese with 2 meatballs & house salad with ranch dressing. We shared the calamari appetizer. Food was delicious! I had a glass of Cab and hubby had iced tea. So good! Plenty of seating at 5:30 on a Saturday. I made a reservation through Resi, but there issues with it; no worries, we were seated right away. In the future, I will call in my reservation. My only critique would be the quality of the flatware. It was straight out of Dollar Tree quality; didn't match the ambiance of the place. I would love to see them upgrade the flatware in the future.

The restaurant features plenty of windows, a covered patio, and a spacious main dining and bar area. The vibe is very casual and chill. We had made reservations and were greeted and seated promptly by a very accommodating hostess. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We ordered Chicken Piccata and a shrimp pasta dish, both of which come with a salad. Bread with olive oil is also available upon request. While the salads were just meh, the Chicken Piccata was excellent. The shrimp dish, however, was a bit heavy on the sauce. It's a nice spot to unwind, though be prepared for longer wait times for your entrees. Our server was friendly and attentive. As we were leaving, we enjoyed the start of a two-man country band that sounded great!
